Very slow sluggish check-in, wifi does not work half the time very slow, and the light goes off every so often and the AC has to reset should woke me up all night long. Location is very nice but everything else needs mayor improvement, I do see the owners and everything work hard but they are definitely missing the bigger picture.

It was amazing visit where everybody at the resort was friendly and accommodated all our needs. Very clean and peaceful to surroundings, wonderful safari and the food were simply delicious thank you for a lovely stay.

房間整潔衛生，寬敞。還有75cl 免費紅酒。 早餐豐富，早上有生蠔吃。 服務超5*。每個工作人員都十分專業，從你走進酒店一刻起，都會感受到他們的服務的細緻。半夜不適，可以打電話到接待，會有緊急隊到房間，clinic 要早上7點才有，住客是不用收費。 園區內幾間酒店/casino/welcome centre (shopping mall)是可以行走過去，也可以坐他們的shuttle bus. 不想在酒店吃飯，可以到 welcome centre 吃。如要訂活動可以找他們待定，有會講普通話的員工啊。 再次感謝工作人員的照顧。

Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard .

We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

Das Fünf-Sterne-Hotel in Sun City hat einen guten Gesamtstil. Es ist kein ausgewiesenes Hotel für die Reisegruppe. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Es liegt in der Nähe des Geschäftszentrums und bequem zu allen Orten.

Das Zimmer ist groß und komfortabel, die außenbedingte Umgebung ist elegant, unterhalb ist **, es gibt auch ein chinesisches Restaurant, die Einrichtungen sind alt, es gibt keine chinesischen Sitze, das Handy ist nicht bequem zu laden.

Das Personal war großartig und sehr hilfreich, obwohl es scheint, ständig neue Einstellungen zu trainieren. Normalerweise fühlen Sie sich entspannt. Essen ist nicht groß, aber es ist auch nicht schlecht. Es ist das beste Hotel in der Stadt, aber es fühlt sich nicht wie ein Top-Class Protea. Mehr als eine Firmengeführte Einheit als ein einzigartiges Erlebnis - ziemlich unpersönlich.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place is quiet and not too busy. I enjoyed the swimming pool, but it can do with a little bit of cleaning by removing insects and leaves that keep floating around. I enjoyed my stay and willing to go back ❤️
