I like the ideal that it's a relaxing place, the staff is cool on registering you in for extended staying, the service ask if you would like more accessories for your studio apartment room, the parking is cleans and nice with no disruption from the other guests, I like that I have a refrigerator in the place and the bathroom is very nice, Extended Stay America Suites is nice for getting yourself together and no one is rude to me and Yvonne my partner

Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Little bit of a culture shock staying at a resort for the first time. The staff would not help with any activities outside of the resort. I found we were on our own finding transportation to boardwalk hall for concert. I am use to hotels providing knowledge of local services and attractions but at this resort they refused by claiming they have no knowledge how to help.

Der Umbau der Badezimmerdusche weist einige Mängel auf, der Wasserdruck ist jedoch ausreichend und es macht nichts, wenn das Wasser gleichzeitig auf und ab fließt. Dieses Hotel ist von Straßen umgeben: Wählen Sie es nicht, wenn Ihnen der Lärm etwas ausmacht. Gehen Sie aus dem Hotel nach links und laufen Sie 200–300 Meter bis zum Stadtbus Nr. 112. Er kostet 8 $ und ist sehr praktisch, um in die Stadt zu gelangen, aber der Bus ist nicht sehr pünktlich. Bei Bahnstreiks ist die Nutzung des Busses kaum möglich und Taxifahrten sind sehr teuer. Wenn kein Streik stattfindet, beträgt er 65; bei Streiks sind es 80-100, das hat aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Es ist sehr praktisch, es zum Flughafen zu tragen. Insgesamt gut.

Das Zimmer ist groß, der Service des Hotels ist sehr gut und es liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens Newark verfügt über ein kostenloses Auto zum Abholen und Zurückbringen vom Flughafen. An jedem Passagierterminal gibt es feste Abhol- und Bringorte (weitere Informationen finden Sie auf der offiziellen Website). Es ist auch bequemer, direkt neben dem Flughafen zur Isle of Man zu gelangen. Sie können zunächst zum Passagierterminal des Flughafens gehen, den Flugzug nehmen und dann in den NJ Transit Train nach NY Penn umsteigen.
