Ein exzellentes, gemütliches kleines Hotel. Alles ist neu, und das Personal achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit. Das Riff ist wunderschön und man kann dort tauchen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Das Abendessen wird als Buffet für 15 Dinar angeboten, und mittags kann man à la carte bestellen. Und das ist wahrscheinlich das größte Manko des Hotels: Es gibt kaum Ausflugsziele; die nächste Stadt ist 30 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein Taxi nach Aqaba kostet 8-10 Dinar. Im Hotel gibt es keinen Alkohol! ABER das Hotel bietet einen Hin- und Rücktransport zum Spirituosenladen für 10 Dinar an, wo man Alkohol kaufen und ihn völlig legal im Hotel konsumieren kann. Man kommt mit einer Flasche Wein zum Abendessen, und der Kellner bringt sofort einen Eisbehälter und Gläser. Sehr praktisch! Es gibt immer Liegestühle, einen großen, tiefen Pool und einen Whirlpool! Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet, und vielen Dank an die Managerin Svetlana!

das Call Center in Ägypten war sehr brutal auf mich hängen , die zweite Anruf zu bestätigen die Reservierung sie sind hilflos und dauerte sie 18 Minuten zu bestätigen einfache Sache
Sie hielten mich für einfache Dinge fest, sie waren hilflos ohne irgendeine Kenntnis von Hotelbuchung und Zimmer
Einer unserer Zimmer 631 a/c funktionierte nicht
sehr enttäuscht mit Hilton diese Zeit

Das ist mein zweites Land, Rajing, das ich auf meiner Reise nach Jordanien lebte, und das ganze Haus ist nicht gut, insbesondere nicht der Service. Ich habe diese Reise bei meiner Buchung eindeutig geschrieben, dass es unsere Gedenkzeitreise ist. Das Hotel hat keine Arrangements getroffen und die Rezeption hat uns nichts gesegnet. Nicht nur nicht enthusiastisch, sondern auch die erste Nacht, weil die Touristengruppe an diesem Tag das Zimmer voll besetzt hat und mein ursprünglich bestelltes großes Schlafzimmer in ein Doppelbett ersetzt hat, Das ist nicht anders als der Service des Toten Hairy Chen Hotels. Ich empfehle keine Freunde, die in dieser Wohnung kommen, ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

Die Pool-Landschaft ist sehr schön. Es gibt 2 Adult-Pools, die Familien Pools und die Rutsche sind so gelegen, dass sie die Adult-Pools nicht beeinträchtigen. Die Beach ist schön, man kann schnorcheln. Sehr aufmerksamer Service. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, weil direkt am Roten Meer. Abendessen kann man auch gut ausserhalb des Hotels. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist üppig und vielseitig. Ein sehr relaxter Aufenthalt.

Ehrlich gesagt, das erste, was in die Handtücher und die Betten hatten Haare.
Und der Klavier im Badezimmer ist nicht hinzugefügt.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

Ein schönes Hotel in der Nähe des Zentrums, aber es gibt nicht viel zu tun.
Das Hotel ist ein Friedenshaver, wo Sie von der Welt geklebt sind, Sie kleiden sich wie Sie wollen, was nicht unbedingt der Fall ist.
La plage privée est petite, dommage qu'on ne peut pas accéder aux autres hôtels (des murs délimitent les hôtels)
Kleines Badesalz, weil alle Schiffe in der Nähe fahren.
Pour un 5* les rideaux troués c'est moyen.
Sonst ist alles gut.
Das Buffet des kleinen Tee ist riesig und vielfältig. Die Restaurants sind jedoch teuer und nicht hoch in der Stadtzentrum. Sie hätten ein Restaurant in sich selbst wie morgens schaffen sollen.

GGastnutzerWe had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com.
After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me.
After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com.
Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking!
Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE!
I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

ВВиталийАРоскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр. Благодарим за заботу!
