Der Service am Empfang war ziemlich schwach und sehr langsam. Das Hotel ist jetzt ziemlich datiert und mehr als 3 oder 4 Sterne, max.
Das Essen im chinesischen Restaurant war auch nicht großartig.
Insgesamt ziemlich enttäuschend Aufenthalt.
Das Zimmer ist nicht zu groß, nicht zu klein, gerade gut, das Badezimmer ist getrennt, es gibt viele Arten von Frühstück, insbesondere Bäckereien und Kuchen, viele Menschen sind auch gut zusammengefasst.

Having read that the Pearl Continental was a 5 Star hotel, made me look forward to staying there.
Upon arrival, the staff at the reception desk were very courteous and professional. Check-in was slow due to some alleged computer issue.
The rooms were nothing special and looked very tired and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom, which was on par with a 1 Star establishment.
Breakfast was acceptable and service reasonable. Definitely not to 5 Star standards.
Again the reception desk staff professional and courteous upon checking out. The icing on the cake for me was when we checked out, I asked where would be the best place to get a taxi. They said they have a desk near the entrance and the staff there can arrange transport for us.
So we approached the desk and told them where we wished to go. After tapping on a calculator for 5 minutes the chap told us the fare would be 10,000 Rupees. 10,000 I exclaimed! This was more than double for what the journey should be. I was expecting it to be slightly more as it was being arranged by the staff of a so called “5 Star” hotel.
I shared my thoughts on the fare but the chap was not interested. I reluctantly accepted the fare, paid the 10,000 rupees in cash, whilst trying to convince myself that it’ll save me walking a few hundred meters down the road and haggling with the taxi walas in the midday heat.
So we were escorted to the vehicle by the chap from the desk. The vehicle wasn’t anything special, just a standard saloon, which had seen better days.
The chap from the desk, gesture for me to follow him back to the desk, whilst he asked my wife to make herself comfortable in the car, and the driver began putting our cases in the boot.
I followed him back towards the hotel entrance and asked what was going on? He casually replied that he had miscalculated the mileage and would require more money. To which I laughed and replied that the cost was already more than double. How could he be asking for more!
I shouted to the driver to take the cases out of the vehicle and asked my wife to not get too comfortable.
I then told the chap at the desk that I have never been dealt with in such an unprofessional insulting manner. I voiced that these type of extortion tactics are very unbecoming of a so called “5 Star” hotel. I demanded my 10,000 Rupees, which he grudgingly gave to me.
Suffice to stay, I will never be staying at the Pearl Continental in Rawalpindi ever again.
It’s most definitely NOT a 5 Star hotel in any shape, way or form.
With staff like the guy who tried to rip me off, not once but twice, in broad daylight, just highlights the festering desperation, greed and total disregard of any form of respect or decency that exists here. Absolutely no shame.
Anyway we walked 6 feet outside the hotel and got a taxi for 4,000 Rupees for the same journey.
Be careful, everything isn’t what it seems. Watch out for these smiling passions and daylight highwaymen.

But due to fully booked on that day, the reception staff couldn’t change. That’s is fine not to change due to fully booked but they didn’t do any reaction to stop noise. I invited reception staff (Mr.A) 2 times to let Mr.A hear what kind of noise I heard and Mr.A said maybe housekeeping on different floor is still working (1 am at night!), I will check it etc, but even 1 hour later I still had strange noice. Obviously Mr.A didn’t do anything to stop noise and I again invited reception other staff (Mr.B, senior of Mr.A)to my room but Mr.B didn’t hear anything from Mr.A and Mr.B didn’t know also anything what Mr.A did for the noise even Mr.B is senior position. Mr.B promised to ask Mr.A what Mr.A did for the noise and give me feedback. But Mr.B didn’t give me any feedback.next day on 8am I requested to change room but since the reception staff (Mr.C)seems to be sick, Mr.C said Mr.C request other staff to change room. But nothing happened. So around 11am,I again went to reception to request change room. But then other staff (Mr.D) said still there are no available rooms since check out time is 12 noon.but it means even I requested to change room at 8, until 11pm I again went to reception, they didn’t inform me anything. They should have informed to wait until noon etc in advanced. I was very much disappointed such poor service. They didn’t react anything about the notice issue at all and next day they didn’t inform me anything about changing room until I requested again and again. Very poor and unprofessional staff at reception.
Das Ramada-Zimmer ist recht gut und die wichtigsten Dienstleistungen sind sehr gut. Es wäre schön, wenn es im Doppelzimmer mehr Ladesteckdosen gäbe. Ich habe 20 Tage lang in 4 Hotels + 1 B&B in Lahore übernachtet. Ramada ist das Hotel mit dem höchsten Ruheindex in der Wohnumgebung. Im Restaurant können Sie auch Speisen essen, die für den chinesischen Magen geeignet sind.
Ich werde das NISHAT HOTEL (das über dem Einkaufszentrum Emporium im Jonisha Hotel) nicht erwähnen. Die gefälschten 5-Sterne-Dekorationsmaterialien und die Schalldämmung zeigen überall, was gefälschte 5-Sterne-Hotels sind. Als ich das Hotel abholte, fragten sie mich zusätzliches Geld verlangen. Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück ist nicht so gut wie in einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel und die Hintergrundmusik ist unangenehm und laut. Das gleichnamige 4-Sterne-Hotel Nisha im Stadtzentrum ist ziemlich gut, zumindest der Fernseher sieht am besten aus. Meine Bewertung ist sehr objektiv und ich hoffe, dass die Zuschauer keinen falschen Weg einschlagen.

It used to be possible to park my car in the basement and get into the lift and go straight to the floor of my room. This has been discontinued because of security reasons which is understandable. Good range of food from their restaurant delivered to your room; prices are reasonable, the taste is authentic. I am a happy customer overall.
Abgesehen von der alten Hardware im Zimmer ist alles andere sehr gut! Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr lokal und historisch! Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant mit Würdigung der Leistung lokaler Sänger, es ist auch eine sehr gute Erfahrung!

Room was clean and service was good. The was only the Parking and noise cancelable windows.

Die Wohnung war noch nicht vorbereitet, und es fühlte sich, als ob wir überhaupt nicht als Gäste behandelt worden waren. Beim Auschecken baten sie uns, wieder aufzuhören und zu warten, weil sie die Wohnung inspizieren mussten, bevor sie uns verlassen. Aufgrund dieser Verzögerung habe ich endlich meinen Flug verpasst. Die ganze Erfahrung war extrem frustrierend und enttäuschend.

Der Raum ist groß, die warme Einrichtung ist warm und alle Einrichtungen sollten vollständig sein. Das Badezimmer ist trocken und sauber und sauber. Und es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, das ich für eine Autofahrt zu freundlich bin. Nach einigen Tagen habe ich viel Geld gespart als andere Hotels im gleichen Bereich.
