The room was fine, though it was dusty and there were old toothpaste stains in the bathroom. However, that is nothing compared to the major safety and privacy violation we experienced. The service and management were completely unacceptable. Our room's mini fridge was broken. We called maintenance, but after waiting for 30 minutes, no one showed up. Since we had a strict dinner reservation, we had to leave, keeping our 'Do Not Disturb' (DND) sign clearly displayed on the door.Later, the staff called us saying they were at our room. I explicitly asked them to wait 3 minutes for us to return. Instead, they entered our room without permission while the DND sign was up and changed the fridge. This is a severe breach of privacy and security. If anything goes missing from our room, who is going to take responsibility? Very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

The residence is above Paradigm Mall. The counter has its operating hours. Staffs are helpful and check in out are simple. Very good for groups or family stay. There are shops, restaurants and services in the mall. Thus, no need to travel far and out. You can stay at the same venue for your overnight stay.

Die Check-in super einfach , in dem gleichen apt komplex nur unterschiedliche Turm. Die Anweisungen von der Gastgeber für die Eincheckung und Parkplatz sind sehr klar. Das Apartment ist groß für junge Kinder mit Schleif- und Spielplatz. Betten sind komfortabel. Master Schlafzimmer ist geräumig. Die Küche ist für einfache Küche ausgestattet. Die App ist weniger als 5 min Fahrt nach Legoland. Es gibt rote Ant-Problem in einem der Schlafzimmer, aber der Service kam schnell, um es zu entfernen und das Bett änderte. gelegentlich die Toilettengerüche von Abwasser, die ich glaube, durch die Gebäude-Erhaltung zu lösen. Nur diese 2 Fragen, die von NEST zu Hause zu betrachten, um den Ort perfekt zu machen.

The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area. Stayed a night for convenience as Aeon is right opposite. Location is perfect and super convenient. We were allowed early check in too. We dropped our baggages and left the room before returning after dinner. To our horror, we noticed at least 6 baby cockroaches in the room... requested a change of room right away - staff initially wanted to just send staff to take a look but we insisted a change of room which they ultimately agreed. The room looks clean so we're not sure how the room can be infested with cockroaches.. probably the first and last time we'll stay here

I had a one night stay here from 27 to 28 August 2026. Overall, the stay was fine, with several positive aspects, although there are also some areas that could be improved. Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located and directly connected to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. This makes it very convenient for shopping, as you can easily return to your room to put down your purchases before heading back to the mall. The service was also good overall, and the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. I also felt safe during my stay as there were quite a number of security guards stationed around the hotel, which gave me a good sense of security. The hotel facilities are generally fine, although I hope the operating hours can be extended. The gym currently operates from 7am to 11pm, while the swimming pool operates from 7am to 7pm. It would be great if the gym could operate 24 hours and the swimming pool could remain open later. The rooftop swimming pool offers a decent view. However, the pool, especially the baby pool, was quite dirty during my visit. There was visible sand and debris on the floor of the pool, which could be cleaned more regularly. The gym was unfortunately quite disappointing. When I visited, both treadmills were not working. In addition, all of the cardio machines were not connected to the electrical outlets, which made them basically unusable. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the gym equipment and ensure that all machines are functional for guests. The room itself was generally fine, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was a little weak, and even after adjusting the shower to a warmer temperature, the water remained cold. The window in my room was also very dirty, which affected the view from the room. It would be better if the hotel could check the water pressure and hot water system, as well as ensure that the room windows are cleaned more regularly. On a positive note, there is a water dispenser located at both ends of each floor, which makes it convenient for guests to refill their drinking water. Each guest is also provided with two complimentary welcome drinks that can be redeemed at the rooftop view bar and lounge, which is a nice addition to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, particularly in terms of fried options. I also noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not properly cleaned, which could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has an excellent and convenient location, polite staff, a good sense of security, and decent facilities. However, improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, operating hours, shower facilities, and breakfast variety would make the overall experience much better.

First time experience with MWM. Host is responsive and easily reach thru WhatsApp. Stylish design with comfy sofa and bed. However wifi isn’t strong towards the master bedroom maybe due to the unit set was behind the tv. Washing machine provided. Will return to stay again

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Space Residence JB. Die Einheit war sauber, neu und gut gepflegt. Die Lage war bequem, und die bereitgestellten Einrichtungen waren gut. Die Gesamtumgebung war bequem und alles fühlte sich relativ neu. Der einzige Abstand war der Ein- und Ausstieg. Jedes Mal, wenn wir den Wohnsitz eintraten oder verlassen, mussten wir die Einheitsnummer geben und warten, bis das Sicherheitspersonal die Details überprüft und ein Foto gemacht hat. Obwohl ich verstehe, dass dies Teil des Sicherheitsverfahrens ist, kann es ein wenig ungünstig und zeitaufwendig sein, vor allem wenn Sie sich in Eile befinden. Andererseits war es ein guter und komfortabler Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

Leider fanden wir es schwer erstmal den richtigen Eingang zu finden, da die Angabe nicht korrekt war und wir am Seiteneingang von der Garage nach dem Eingang gesucht hatten. Das Apartment is aber t wirklich das Beste was wir bei einem Homestay in Malaysia überhaupt hatten. Alles sehr modern und edel eingerichtet. Das sieht man auf den Bildern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist also top. Leider ist der Service dazu deutlich schlechter. Wie schon gesagt war die Navigation schwierig, ein Late-Checkout oder eine Aufbewahrung der Koffer war nicht möglich obwohl mehrere Security Mitarbeiter den ganzen Tag vor Ort sind. Es war nicht einmal möglich nach dem Checkout im Schwimmbad zu verbleiben. Zum Schwimmbad selbst ist es so, dass dort ein Security Mitarbeiter strengstens auf alle Leute achtet und unser Sohn der eigentlich schwimmen kann trotzdem nicht alleine im Wasser sein durfte, das war sehr nervig. Und Punkt 22 Uhr wurden alle aus dem Wasser gerufen. Wir wollten nachher am nächsten Morgen noch einmal den Pool genießen. Aber der ganze Vormittag war für die Reinigung das Pools vorgesehen und ganz viele Gäste standen rund um den Pool und fragten sich warum man das nicht zu einer anderen Uhrzeit machen könnte. Und insbesondere fragten wir uns warum nur ein Mann am reinigen ist und zwei Security Leute dabei zugucken und die Leute davon abhalten ins Wasser zu gehen. Der Häuserkomplex ist direkt am Ufer Richtung Singapur. Man sieht vom Balkon die Brücke die nach Singapur führt und den Fluss. Der Handyempfang war leider gestört, wahrscheinlich weil es so nah an der Grenze zu Singapur war. Wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Johor ankommt dann ist es ein bisschen umständlich weil man quasi wieder Richtung Singapur zurück fahren muss. Die bald fertig gebaute U-Bahn-Station und damit die Direktverbindung nach Singapur sollte das alles vereinfachen, diese hält dann direkt beim angrenzenden Einkaufszentrum und sollte dieses und die ganze Gegend sehr aufwerten. Man kann sich kaum zu Fuß bewegen, es ist alles auf den Autoverkehr ausgerichtet. Man braucht für alles das Taxi, sogar für den Nachtmarkt der eigentlich nicht weit entfernt ist.
