Die Lage ist gut, nahe dem JB Stadtplatz (5Min. zu Fuß) und Tan Hiok Nee Erbsstraße (2Min. zu Fuß). Es gibt jedoch kein Frühstück im Hotel serviert, es gibt mehrere Restaurants/Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Check-in und check-out Prozess ist schnell, freundliche Erinnerung, um rm100 für Einzahlung vorzubereiten (es wird zurückkommen, wenn check-out). Gesamterfahrung ist gut, und Wert für Geld. Die einzige Frage war der Nachtverkehrslärm, der noch auf dem 20. Stock, wahrscheinlich aufgrund des Straßenverkehrs, bemerkbar war.

Good for location but not exactly cheap. Paid about 120 sgd for a weekday night, carpark is per entry 5rm nett, if getting in and out multiple times may add up to alot for parking. Breakfast inclusive in booking was average, not fantastic. But overall clean. Room had some birthday deco (we did not request) and birthday card was name to another person which was weird. Body soap was also placed outside at basin area which was abit weird and inconvenient. View was good, managed to see fireworks too on a random weekday night.

Had a very pleasant one-night stay here with friends! The unit was very clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like the photos. The bedroom and living area were comfortable and nicely arranged, with a great night city view from the window. The facilities were excellent too, especially the swimming pool, which had a really nice atmosphere and was perfect for relaxing. Check-in was smooth and the location was convenient for getting around Johor Bahru.

Great location and the rooms are new and clean..comfortable for a group of 5...value for money...I will surely rebook again for my JB outing....Staff are friendly....only 1 issue...swimming pool cleaning did not get a chance to use...not sure why they schedule clean on a weekend.....

Ich checkte am Montag um 15:15 Uhr ein und es ging schnell und einfach. Das Personal war freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Hotel liegt günstig neben dem KSL-Einkaufszentrum, in dem es viele Massagesalons, Friseursalons, einen Lotus-Supermarkt und viele wichtige Dinge gibt. Kostenlose Hausschuhe, Standard-Toilettenartikel und ein Minikühlschrank. Ich zahlte 52 $ für einen Aufenthalt (Kingsize-Bett) ohne Frühstück.

Mixed Experience – Gute Service-Wiederherstellung, aber Initial Handling könnte besser sein Ich war kürzlich im Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre und hatte eine gemischte Erfahrung. Für die ersten beiden Nächte vermuteten wir, dass das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt wurde, da sowohl mein Mann als auch ich während des Aufenthalts kontinuierlich schneideten. Ich habe das nach der ersten Nacht an das Frontdesk gemeldet, aber keine Aktion ergriffen oder aufgesteigt. Leider mussten wir eine zweite unbehagliche Nacht ertragen, bevor ich das Thema wieder an den Manager gestellt habe. Ich muss den Dienstleiter für ihre rasche und entschlossene Aktion loben sie organisierte einen sofortigen Raumwechsel, der einen bedeutenden Unterschied machte. Dieses Niveau der Service-Wiederherstellung wurde geschätzt. Es ist jedoch unklar, warum die ursprüngliche Besorgnis nicht früher vom Frontdesk verschärft wurde, was unnötige Unannehmlichkeiten verhindern könnte. Auf einem positiven Hinweis, als ich während des Aufenthaltes krank wurde, waren die Vordertafelpersonal genügend gedankenvoll, um Porridge und warmes Wasser in mein Zimmer zu schicken eine freundliche Geste, die ich wirklich geschätzt hatte. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, und die Frühstücksauswahl variiert täglich, was ein Plus ist. Ein besonderer Hinweis auf das Eistationspersonal sie waren konsequent freundlich und aufmerksam, um jede Anfrage mit einem Lächeln auch während besetzte Zeiten zu behandeln. Der Auscheck war reibungslos und effizient. Overall, while there were some fails in initial handling, the service recovery and certain staff members’ efforts stood out.

Overall the room is clean but dont expect the room is big. The only things surprised me is the breakfast , taste all is nice and more things to choose . If for short trip in JB , I will choose this hotel again because of price reasonable and service is good , staffs are all friendly.

Stayed one night at Miico Hotel, which is newly opened in 2025. The hotel contacted me via Trip.com to confirm my estimated arrival time, which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable for one person, even with a queen-size bed, and basic amenities were provided. Eerything was still new and in good condition,with good air conditioning, nice and cool. The surrounding area has plenty of eateries and massage options, which is convenient.Behind the hotel has plenty of parking lot if you're driving.

Didn't know the top floors of the apartment block is run by Shama. Used to book the different apartments on the lower floors and was happy so I took this thinking it is the same. But no. First was the level. You will be staying at the top last floors, which is a first for me. Then the apartments were fully furnished - fridge, microwave, cooking hod with all the plates, utensils needed. Was so spacious. Next the room. Step into the shower and it was with an attached make up room complete with mirror. I think ladies would love these. The double door, one enter from living room and another from bedroom is a convenience. They provided toothbrush and all the shower gel and shampoo. Shower worked with hot water. Nice stay.
