LLKKhorThe check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay.
What made our visit especially memorable was the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel kindly prepared a complimentary cake and a handwritten birthday card, which made her feel very special and added a personal touch to our stay.
We also appreciated the complimentary children’s activities, such as cookie-making sessions, which kept the kids entertained and created wonderful family memories.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the team for their hospitality and for going the extra mile to make our daughter’s birthday celebration so special. We would be happy to return in the future.

1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall.
2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board .
3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room.
Negative Feedback:
1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in.
2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly.
3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures)
5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin.
6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted.
7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture).
8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed?
9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use.
We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

AAnonymer Benutzerthe tea spoon provided was rusty. asked housekeeping service team who is next door for a new spoon and they took one spoon from the toilet, rinse and pass to me. i dont use that spoon after that. pillows super soft and mattress soft firm. location is definitely the best since u have so much more shops all under one roof. room also very spacious with YouTube app. internet speed is fast on laptop with big working desk and table lamp and led light make up mirror. my room is located at level 19. there's water dispenser on the same floor, super convenient. for the price of $120 for sun-mon stay with breakfast includd, its super value for money. no wonder this hotel is often sold out.

WWin.TThis is our first time staying here. The location is highly convenient, with shopping, food, massage, and a salon all nearby. The host's customer service responded very quickly. Everything in this condo is new, and our family is happy to stay here. The only issue is the lack of kitchen utensils—no cups, no plates, no bowls. If you order food to the condo and want to eat there, it's not very convenient. Fortunately, the place is accessible to many locations and is kept clean, so we would still like to book here again.

Cchin heongHad a wonderful stay at this homestay! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with very clear instructions provided before arrival. The customer service team was friendly, responsive, which made the entire experience even more pleasant.
The unit itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the space felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we stepped in. The bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was good, perfect for a short getaway.
One of the biggest advantages of this location is its convenience. There are plenty of food and beverage options within walking distance, making it easy to find local food, cafes, and late-night supper spots. KSL Shopping Mall is also nearby, which is great for shopping, dining, and entertainment.
Overall, this homestay offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and strategically located place to stay.

MMcainIch hatte einen wirklich angenehmen und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, vor allem im Zimmer im Ostwing. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und gut gepflegt, mit einer gemütlichen und entspannenden Atmosphäre, die es nach einem langen Tag leicht zu entspannen machte. Alles war gut organisiert, und das Bett war sehr komfortabel, gab mir eine gute Nacht Ruhe während meines Aufenthalts.
Was ich am meisten geschätzt hatte, war die Gesamtreinigung und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details im Zimmer. Die Einrichtungen waren in guter Zustand, und alles fühlte sich gut betreut. Das Hotelumfeld selbst war ruhig und willkommen, was zu den ganzen Erfahrungen hinzugefügt.
Die Mitarbeiter waren auch freundlich, freundlich und hilfreich, wann immer es nötig war, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Der Service war reibungslos von Ein- bis Aus-Check-in, was ich wirklich schätze, wenn ich im Hotel wohne.
Insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass das Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru eine große Wahl für jeden, der einen komfortablen und problemlosen Aufenthalt in Johor Bahru sucht. Das East Wing-Zimmer ist es ganz sicher wert. Ich würde es glücklich wiederkommen und anderen empfehlen.
