CCheryltslGreat hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay.
One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

GGastnutzerOverall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far.
The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform.
Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently.
Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

AAli_bra_braWir reservierten einen Aufenthalt im Fraser Place Puteri Harbour für 3 Personen, um den Geburtstag meiner Frau zu feiern und entschied uns, für ein Zimmer mit einem ”Sea View” zu zahlen. Wir kamen auch im Voraus aus, um eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung für sie zu beantragen.
Leider war die ”Sea view” ein großer Abschwung. Anstatt einer offenen, angenehme Küstenblick, sie war meist aus der Umgebung Entwicklungen und Bau mit sehr wenig tatsächliches Wasser in der Sicht zu sehen. Spezial Gelegenheitsraum.
Auf einer positiven Note möchte ich dem Hotelpersonal für ihre Service und Anstrengung Kredit geben. Sie haben wie gefordert einen Geburtstagsküche für meine Frau zubereitet. Während es nicht in dem Zimmer vor unserer Ankunft wie hoffentlich erschien in unserem Kühlschrank am zweiten Tag nach unserer Rückkehr von unserem Tag aus we immer noch wirklich schätzen, dass sie sich erinnern und die Geste gemacht.

The bed, not so comfortable to sleep on and very low level, for elderly not really good for them
Room size is small and a little squeeze for 2 persons. The bathroom lights are too dim
Breakfast wise, not so fantastic. Would recommend eat out since near by have many eatery options

Das Hotel Mid Valley St. Giles hat einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt für 2 Tage und 1 Nacht! Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und gemütlich, so dass es ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen ist. Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit einfachem Zugang zum Mid Valley Megamall und viel Einkaufs-, Essens- und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die allgemeine Erfahrung war angenehm und angenehm. Sicherlich eine tolle Wahl für eine kurze Getaway, und ich würde gerne hier nochmal bleiben. Sehr empfohlen! 😊✨

GGastnutzerWir hatten einen angenehmen 2-Nacht- Aufenthalt, und im Allgemeinen war alles großartig. Wir liebt wirklich die Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit und den allgemeinen Zustand des Platzes.
Ich möchte jedoch ein paar Dinge für Verbesserungen erwähnen. Erstens war die Haupttürschließung ziemlich schwierig zu öffnen und zu benutzen. Ich würde empfehlen, sie ordnungsgemäß zu prüfen und zu reparieren.
Zweitens gibt es ein Problem mit dem Schließfach auf der Waschraumtür. Es kann nicht von Innenraum verriegelt werden, aber es kann von außen verriegelt werden. Dies könnte eine Sicherheitsbedenken sein, so dass ich empfehle, den Schließvorgang zu bauen oder zu ersetzen, um eine bessere Sicherheit und Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten.
Insgesamt haben wir unseren Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und hoffen, dass diese kleinen Fragen für künftige Gäste verbessert werden können.

MMcainI had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay.
What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience.
The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel.
