FFahadI had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless.
Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about guests' comfort, and Nayab’s hospitality stands out. Thank you for your exceptional service—I highly recommend this hotel because of employees like Nayab!

MMuhsinI had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait. The service was excellent—staff were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly.
The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff.
Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning.
