I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Kuwait. The service was excellent—staff were welcoming, efficient, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and any requests were handled promptly. The food was also a highlight. The buffet offered a good variety of local and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful. Breakfast was especially enjoyable with fresh selections and attentive staff. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Would definitely consider returning.

Sehr netter Empfang und flexible Check-in / Check-out Zeiten. Im Bezug auf Sauberkeit ist nichts nennenswertes zu erwähnen. Alles Top so wie man es von einem fünf Sterne Hotel und auch von dem dadurch auch gerechtfertigten Preis erwartet.

Es ist eines der besten 5-Sterne-Hotels in Kuwait. Ich habe sehr gut in diesem Hotel erlebt.
