I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements.
2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles.
This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement.
Staff is always friendly.
Hotel is always clean.
Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

Location for the win! Decent room and bathroom size, with bathtub. Staff was efficient and could converse well in English. We did not opt for breakfast, preferred to get our own elsewhere but understood that if we chose to have our breakfast with the hotel restaurant it has to be settled immediately and not during check out. Express checkout option suited our morning departure. A set of kids amenities was provided to my child during check in, cute! Hotel also included a set of fresh towels for him during daily housekeeping. Highly recommended this hotel for ease of travel especially to airport by train upon departure.

The hotel is about 8 minutes to walk from Sakae station. Rooms were clean and fairly big by Japanese standards.
Contrary to the amenity description, there is NO laundromat available in the hotel. However there is a 24 hour landromat down the block. Wash is 500 Yen for 40 minutes and they have big tumble dryers which cost 100 for 10 minutes but they’re pretty efficient. Breakfast was ok, much to my surprise they even had baguette there which is very rare to find.

The hotel is located in a really nice place, close to the Nagoya station and bus terminal, and also close to several large shopping malls and areas full of bars and restaurants. Check-in was quite straightforward, with guests being given an access card for their locker and elevator. The hotel's agents have a very decent English for Japanese standards. The two elevators are separated, with one exclusive for male guests to reach their exclusive floors and another one for female guests and their exclusive floors. The access card also locks and unlocks their locker, which is tall but also a bit narrow, but wasn't too much of an issue to store by backpack, bag and shoes. Guests are given sleepwear, slippers and towels, and the shared bathrooms are fully furnished with amenities. Common areas include the lounge in the highest floor and the café in the ground floor, well-decorated and quite coherent with the hotel's famous minimalistic and futuristic design language. The sleeping room has its signature look and offered decent space, even though not the largest capsule of its kind. There is one power outlet, a rotating light switch that allows the user to choose the light intensity, and two small compartments to hold glasses, phones or whatever. The pillow and blanket weren't my favourites but it's up to each person to decide. Like all capsule hotels, ventilation might be a problem so a fan or an AC outlet would be nice to have, but it's not a problem exclusive to 9h. In the end, it wasn't the best bed I've slept but I enjoyed the overall experience. The crew was nice, the hotel was organized and clean, the location was near everything I could need, and the price was also nice. I recommend this location for those who don't want to spend much in lodging and plan to spend most of the day outside and just want a place to rest for the night.

Location is great just a few mins walk from Nagoya station. Hotel is good and the staff are all really friendly. The only concern was the equipment and the deco were not in their best condition. (Etc the air purifier did not work, kettle with missing cover)

SSirintra ViewThe location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated that pajamas were provided. Great stay overall!

GGastnutzerThey said simple breakfast but it had a good variety of food. Curry rice seemed to be their speciality. People got up early during holidays and when I got there before 730, the restaurant was quite busy. Some trays were empty but they came to refill it soon after. The room is not big but it was a good size for a solo traveler. A bit far away from the Nagoya station but very easy to find. Notice there is another Meitetsu Inn in other side of the station so don’t go to a wrong one. They have self check in/out machines so it was easy and smooth. Staff are polite and friendly too.
AalyssagohAbsolutely loved this hotel! Conveniently within walking distance to Nagoya station, with a few convenience stores nearby as well. I really liked how the room is spacious and cosy too
HHKenWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay.
Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

PPui WahMy stay at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. The service was impeccable; every staff member was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely warm, making me feel truly valued.
