This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich geräumig, was ich wirklich mag! Innenraum war auch schön! Die Einrichtungen auf Ebene 2 Front Desk waren auch angenehm! Das Personal war immer sehr süß und hilfsbereit mit Anfragen/Hilfe! Das Toilette hatte ein Fernbedienungs-Bidet, das ich zum ersten Mal sah, dass ich sehr lustig fand! AHAHAHAHA Die Lage ist auch wirklich großartig! JS wie ein VERY. wie 20-30 Meter zu Fuß zum nächsten Station Eingang/Ausgang (die Ausgang 2 ist! Google Maps sagte mir 3 als ich erst angekommen bin, aber Ausgang 2 ist buchstäblich JS außerhalb des Hotels links umdrehen und Sie können es sehen) Ich schreibe nicht üblicherweise Bewertungen Cus Im Lazy aber ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt so viel! würde sicherlich wieder Komfort inn reservieren, wenn ich nach Japan komme!

The best choice if you come to Nagoya to watch an event in Niterra Hall. It is literally just across the street. It's very near Kanayama station too. Very convenient location. They are very generous with amenities and the place is very clean.

Room price includes breakfast, while the options are limited, the taste and quality is good. Love the curry and it's soft scrambled egg. Room size I booked is typical Japanese business hotel size, which is compact. Location is like 5-10 mins to Nagoya station, 5 mins to Aeon Mall, and 15 mins to Toyota Commemorative Museum (all in walking distance). Also they have supplementary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day at the breakfast hall until 11pm. You can heat up your food as there is a microwave there. A good hangout place with friends for night snack before hitting the bed.

Duty Manager Mr. Andei Ho One standout moment of our visit was when Mr. Andei Ho, the Duty Manager, came to assist us during one of our evenings at the hotel. Being a Hongkonger himself, he made us feel right at home. When we returned from a day out and needed to store some belongings at the concierge, Mr. Andei approached us and warmly communicated in Cantonese. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help truly made us feel welcomed. Proactive Assistance After our check-out, Mr. Andei noticed us trying to call an Uber in the lobby and proactively offered to help by calling a taxi instead. Given that we had too much luggage, he went above and beyond by marking the pick-up and drop-off locations for us at the Airport Express Station, ensuring a smooth departure. One day, he saw us waiting outside for a taxi and proactively asked a colleague to come over and see if we needed help calling a taxi. Housekeeping I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for their outstanding work. They kept our room impeccably clean and tidy throughout our stay, greatly contributing to our comfort.
