★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

Great location, 8 minutes walk to to old town and the sculpture park is just around the corner. Got this convenient store like 200 metres away and quite a few restaurants nearby. Room is very spacious and the bed super comfortable. Ramanda at the reception has been most KIND and SWEET!! Had quite a bit of jet-lag and got up really early in the morning. Staff at breakfast let me in early despite the fact that I always show up before their opening hours (I am sorry!!). Breakfast was lovely, a good selection of warm and cold dishes!! Most appreciative!!

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

Ich kam auf dem Fähren von Kiel und das Hotel war perfekt für mich , da es bequem nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Ferry Terminal war , freundliches Personal, das Englisch sprach und ein schönes sauberes Zimmer mit großer Aussicht auf den Hafenbereich , Frühstück war ok nicht erstaunlich, aber es war kostenlos und tat die Arbeit, das Hotel sieht aus wie es eine Renovierung hatte, da es so sauber und neu ist, würde definitiv empfehlen, wenn Ihr Besuch Klaipeda 🇱🇹

Der Aufzug ist alt und ich habe mich dort nicht sicher gefühlt. Außerdem gibt es nur zwei Aufzüge, sodass ich vom 5. Stock immer zu Fuß nach unten musste, da die Aufzüge oft besetzt waren. Das Zimmer war großartig, sauber, ich habe dort alles gefunden, was ich brauchte. Die Lage ist großartig! Das Frühstück war wirklich gut!

Чистый отель недалеко от вокзала. Вокруг много магазинов. На ресепшн девушки говорят по-английски. Из минусов: дверь в душе плохо работала, открывалась и закрывалась с ужасным звуком. Не положили второе полотенце для рук, хотя два гостя были указаны. Тапочек не было. Холодильник заставлен минибаром, так ещё и отключен от сети. При въезде попросили оплатить депозит 50 евро, о чем мы осведомлены не были, и, с остатками налички после путешествия и отсутствием зарубежной карты, выполнить просьбу не могли. Дали 20 евро, которые при выезде нам вернули. Зато кровать отличная!

Der Kellner ist wirklich zu enthusiastisch. Wir wollen auf dem Boot nach Gdansk, der Kellner sucht uns Nacht und Nacht Fahrkarten und Routen, wir können erfolgreich in Schweden und gut in Polen fahren. Die Litauen sind wirklich sehr gut und freundlich

Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Room amenities were excellent, big room, very clean, easy walk to old town and see water front activities such as live concert in old town

Es war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in paar min am Strand oder beim Restaurants. Der Frühstück was auch gut, vor allem waa dabei. Dir Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wor dürfen sogar früher in unsere Zimmer.

Für einen Städtetrip gut geeignet. Kostenfreier Parkplatz. Normales Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen. Preis- Leistung damit super.
