Während alles andere gut war, fand ich, dass das Waschbecken im Badezimmer nicht sauber war, was etwas in sonst schöne Erfahrung ausgesetzt war.

Our stay in Taj is memorable experience. Young able staff were always courteous helpful and at times went beyond call of duty to assist. Our only request is for Taj keep improving the food and beverage items. Effort is made to blend indian style into far eastern food culture. To strive for authenticity may be considered as the western cuisine is already far ahead in today's hospitality industry. Only India can catch up and bring far eastern, ,middle eastern and other Asian food culture in par with the western food culture prevalent in modern day hospitality. Taj can be leaders in this enterprise. We wish Taj all best. And a Happy New Year!

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.

The room could have been cleaner and it's already showing some wear and tear. We've stayed here multiple times over the last 2 years and I have to stay it's not as nice as before. Location is still ideal though.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

Check-in war reibungslos und schnell. Ich wurde in mein Zimmer begleitet. Das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet, sauber und Hauspflege machte eine gute Arbeit. Das Hotel kümmerte sich um eine Frage mit leicht fehlgeschlagenen Badfächern auch. Insgesamt, ein schöner Aufenthalt.

It was great trip to Darjeeling. Our room got upgraded by receptionist. She was very humble and kind. She given us the room with mountains view. All staffs were kind and helpful. It was great and comfortable stay. Views from hotel are amazing. Wish to stay again.
