Ich würde nicht mehr als einen Tag in Agra bleiben und dieses Hotel ist perfekt für das. Unser Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und ruhig. Badezimmer könnte einige Wartung verwenden, aber es war sauber. Wir essen am Abend- und Morgen im Buffetrestaurant und das Essen war frisch und variiert, wie Sie von einer internationalen Hotelmarke erwarten würden. Die Lage ist ok, ich denke, aber wir gingen wieder nach Agra, um das Fort und die Taj zu sehen, nicht die Stadt, die über voller und bewölkt ist. Wie irgendwo in Indien, werden die Mitarbeiter für Tipps Druck, aber nichts zu stören.

Es war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war nicht schlecht. (Ich denke, es ist besser, nachts nicht zu viel herumzulaufen.) Einige Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht, aber es war erträglich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage lieh *** mir einen Föhn. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Weg zum Taj Mahal scheint sicher zu sein. Es sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Service und Einrichtungen des Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow sind es vollwertig. Das Frühstück war groß und so war der Pool. Die Zimmer waren schüchtern sauber und das Personal war schnell zu servieren. Große Erfahrung.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations!
I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price.
Highlights:
I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in.
The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away.
All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous.
The breakfast selection was excellent.

Had a wonderful stay, nice rooms, decent location, my stay was so great due to the staffs they are so welcoming and helpfull. And they have 2 dogs Max and Maya which is damn cute.
The roof top restaurant is insanely pricy in my opinion, 17USD for friend rice which taste just ok nothing specially and plus we in india so like im just shocked.

Had a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort.But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience

Mir hat dieses Hotel wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Wir wurden vom ersten Moment an herzlich empfangen und erhielten sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Superior-Zimmer. Beim Einchecken wurden uns ein kostenloses Getränk und Kekse auf einem Tablett serviert. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich habe morgens extra für das Frühstück bezahlt – es war ein Buffet mit Schwerpunkt auf indischen Gerichten und es war hervorragend. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel
Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call
Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy.
After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need .
Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food .
Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices
Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃

GGastnutzerDriver steals customer money!!! first of all, We had no big issues with Radisson Hotel Agra while staying there for three nights, but we have a story we like to share with future hotel customers to prevent what happened to us happens again to you. after Agra, our next destination is Jaipur, so we asked hotel travel desk to help us arrange car transportation to Jaipur, thinking hotel driver should be more reliable. the travel desk is working with agency called 707 Tours, and they booked a car and driver from Jaipur called Sameer-Travels. we requested stops before Jaipur, one is at Fatehpur Sikri, and second one is at Chand Baori stepwell. the first part of our journey was non-event, but at our last stop at Chand Baori, the driver told us bags were not allowed at the site, and he insisted that we have to leave all bags in his car and he would lock the car and it was safe for us. at the stepwell site, we noticed everybody else carried backpacks with no issue. after 20 minutes visit and back to the car, we noticed right away that our bags were opened and searched, we kept our money in three different places, and each place's money were missing some. the thief tried to make the steal un-noticeable but we noticed it right away. we confronted with the driver and he denied everything. we reported this to Radisson hotel, its travel agency and our hotel in Jaipur. We want to share our story so you will be more careful in your next India journey. I add two photos here for your reference.

AAnonymer BenutzerIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

JJaideep SinghNahe funktionales Hotel direkt neben dem Flughafen. Zimmer sind angemessen. Das Personal des Frontbüros ist ziemlich verloren und verwirrt. Koordination zwischen ihnen und dem Team Food and Beverage ist auch gezinxt. Grundsätzlich gehen Sie, prüfen Sie sich ein, fragen Sie nichts und sprechen Sie nicht mit niemandem, denn sie hören nicht, und alles wird großartig sein. Das Juniorteam ist sehr höflich und warm.

GGastnutzerOverall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there.
There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.

MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a comfortable and peaceful environment after a day of sightseeing.
One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the staff. They were always attentive and eager to ensure I had everything I needed, from the front desk to the restaurant staff. The food was another highlight – I thoroughly enjoyed both the international and local Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a great selection of fresh fruits, baked goods, and traditional Indian breakfast items like parathas and dosas.
The hotel’s location is also ideal, being just a short drive away from the iconic Taj Mahal. The rooftop pool offered a great view of the Taj Mahal, which was a perfect spot to unwind in the evening.
Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott in Agra for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in this beautiful city.

PPANCHALAusgezeichnete Aufenthalt, große Lage und Wert für Geld
Ich hatte einen der besten Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel in Chennai. Ich habe für 3 Nächte geblieben und es fühlte sich wirklich als eine Luxuserfahrung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Die Lage ist ein großer Vorteil zentral gelegen und leicht zugänglich für viele Teile der Stadt.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bettwäsche war sauber und das Badezimmer wurde gut mit geeigneten Toiletten gepflegt. Sie liefern auch Wasserflaschen und es gibt ein Wasserdispenser (Wasser kann) im Halle, das ist ein schöner Touch.
Sie bieten einen komplimentären Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen. Aber das Frühstück schließt etwas früh um 10 Uhr entsprechend planen. Die Parkplätze sind verfügbar, die bequem ist und das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich, eine besondere Erwähnung für das Sicherheitspersonal und Zimmerservicepersonal für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Außerhalb von Lebensmitteln ist auch erlaubt, was ein Plus ist.
Der einzige kleine Unannehmlichkeit war, dass der Aufzug stets auf der ersten Etage (Rezeption) aufhörte, was etwas irritierend war.
Auch FYI, ich habe meine Zimmer Schlüsselkarte falsch gelegt und musste 200 für eine Ersetzung zahlen.
Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich würde diesen Ort für jeden, der Chennai besucht, definitiv empfehlen.
