GGastnutzerO hotel é bastante agradável, a decoração é composta por peças antigas, mas com bom gosto.
No exterior tem vários espaços de lazer, com relva e arvores. Destaco o pátio, que dá acesso ao hotel, vindo fo estacionamento privado. Tem várias mesinhas, colocadas por baixo de laranjeiras, que estavam em flor, o que proporcionava um odor muito agradável.
Ficámos num quarto histórico, que era bastante amplo.
Os funcionários são muito simpáticos.
A receção foi feita com clareza e profissionalismo.
Como local de estágio de hotelaria, deveriam capacitar os profissionais, particularmente, os que exercem a atividade na área do restaurante, pois são muito pouco profissionais.
O pequeno almoço é razoável. O sumo de laranja era quase água, a situação repetiu-se no segundo dia, de forma agravada, só quando questionamos a segunda vez, é que nos informaram que essa opção da máquina estava avariada, pois apesar de saberem não estava colocado nenhum aviso.
Não existia água á temperatura ambiente, só gelada, tive de fazer o pedido a várias pessoas, ate obter uma garrafa.
Quanto ao jantar, não foi uma boa experiência. O colaborador não sabia que alguns dos pratos que wxistiam na enenta não estavam disponiveis.
Fizemos o pedido e ao fim de algum tempo, fomos informados que um dos pratos não era possivel, alterámos a nossa escolha.
Passou-se mais algum tempo e o colaborador veio informar-nos que a outra primeira opção também não era possivel, fizemos nova escolha.
Enquanto esperámos não nos trouxeram pão e azeitonas, para nos ”entretermos”, apesar de termos pedido.
É de salientar que chegámos ao restaurante, quando este abriu e que só quase no fianal da refeição, é que surgiram outros clientes.
Salvou-se o facto da comida estar bem confecionada.

Wir gingen während der Schaumsaison im April und es war fantastisch. Das Hotel ist schön und hat viel zu tun. Die Stadt ist auch wunderschön mit einem Schloss und einem schönen Garten zu besuchen, kontaktieren Sie die Stud Farm und buchen Sie Ihre Aktivitäten viel zuvor. Die Meere gehen zweimal täglich in und aus den Feldern (nur Wochentage) und es ist eine Show nicht zu verpassen. Auch viele erstaunliche Hunde und Katzen um. Liebe alle Stücke davon

GGastnutzerThe hotel was excellent, the building being an old convent was architecturally interesting and suited its new purpose very well.
The room with an impressive four poster bed was a good size and comfortable.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
My only slight criticism would be concerning the breakfast, which was somewhat limited and if arriving towards the end of the serving period there was little left to choose from
Overall I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay

GGastnutzerThe room was quiet, which was impressive given its central location and proximity to a main road. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay but had a limited selection. However, the view from the breakfast room is beautiful.
The shower room was quite large. The furniture in the room was a bit dated, but considering the price, the overall value was good.

GGuest UserStayed with family here in a second booked room in this hotel. Outdoor pool was so inviting as the temp reached 35 deg in early October. Staff were super efficient and the prices for a late check out were very reasonable. The hotel itself is located within the walks of the town with ample outdoor parking just outside. Highly recommend a stay here.

GGastnutzerEiner unserer ”besten Wert” Orte in Alto Alentejo. Zimmer sind modisch und einfach, aber geräumig. Frühstück (als auch immer!) ist hochwertig und frisch und der Innenpool, Sauna und Außenpool ist großer Plus. Restaurants in der Stadt (Regata und Alpahoaense) sind am besten in der Region (und immer noch billig)
Sehr empfohlen sogar für einen Wochenende-Reise

GGuest UserHerdade da Cortesia is a calm place in the middle of nowhere, therefore it’s the perfect place to have a calm and quiet experience. With a 3 minutes drive you get to Avis, a calm beautiful villa, with a supermarket where you can buy the basics. There are restaurants nearby but you should have a car to get there.

Os funcionários da recepção foram simpáticos e prestativos.
O pequeno almoço estava ótimo com opções de pães, bolos, iogurte, frutas, sumo e chá de frutos vermelhos.
O quarto é amplo, estava limpo e agradável.
A mobília é relativamente moderna.
É um hotel 3 estrelas porém corresponde ao que é.
