We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Alles ist gut, aber wenn wir nach mehr Mineralwasser fragen, müssen wir dafür bezahlen. In anderen Hotels bekommen wir Mineralwasser umsonst und können so viel nehmen, wie wir möchten.

My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Bandung und der Paskal 23 Mall mit einem Supermarkt, vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Sie können auch problemlos Grab-Tickets buchen. Die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen sind sehr gut und das Hotel ist sicher. Der Service jedes einzelnen Mitarbeiters ist sehr angenehm, herzlich, freundlich und fantastisch. Auch der Concierge ist stets hilfsbereit. Das Personal hat sich an unserem zweiten Tag erkundigt, ob wir mit allem zufrieden sind und ob wir Wünsche haben. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr effizient und kümmert sich während unseres sechstägigen Aufenthalts sehr um unser Wohlbefinden. Nur die Toilette könnte etwas sauberer sein. 😅 Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder im Hilton Bandung übernachten!

Alle Mitarbeiter sind absolut erstaunlich und sehr inspirierend. Sie sind großartige Arbeiter, die sie mehr Applaus und Honorare verdienen. Ich bin auch im Bereich der Gastfreundschaft Industrien und ich erlebte ein erstaunliches Gefühl in Ihrem Hotel Halten Sie es auf.. Allahumma Barik Faisal Al Filipino

kami tiba malam, disambut oleh semua staf yg ramah . daerah yg cukup sejuk dibawah 20 derajat celcius, asyiik.... sarapan... banyak menu... enak enak... hotel besar dan mewah... fasilitas kolam dan bathtub tidak sempat kami pakai... kami pilih ke Ciater berendam air panas... lokasi tidak jauh. yang disayang ada sedikit kekurangan menunut kami harus segera diatas oleh pihak hotel... yaitu banyak lalat yg menurut saya sangat menganggu, terutama di restoran tempat sarapan, begitu yang masuk ke kamar, karena kami mau mau menikmati udara sejuk, kami buka pintu balkon tetapi banyak lalat yg berterbangan sampai ke kamar. semoga pihak hotel bisa segera perbaiki kondisi ini, semoga lain kali kami bisa dapat bonus yang lebih menyenangkan.... tidak mau bonus lalat.... heheheeee L'Eminence sukses dan ramai terus

This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden: das Personal ist äußerst aufmerksam, das Design des Hotels ist sehenswert (Art- Deco), das tägliche Frühstück und auch das Abendessen, das wir einmal in Ansproch genommen haben war sehr gut. Wir hatten anfangs ein Zweibettzimmer im 1. Stock mit Fenster - aber ohne Aussicht; auf Bitte erhielten wir ein Doppelbettzimmer im 2. Stock mit Aussicht. Das Hotel ist alt aber seine Räume erzählen Geschichten - genau deshalb haben wir es geliebt. Und die Lage mitten im Stadtzentrum - besser geht es gar nicht.
