Had the best stay here while I am in puncak!!! In love with everything, the view, room, the facilities, Literally everything. They gave me a complimentary photoshoot as well. The minus point only the check in time regulation is too late, at 2pm.

Das Hotel ist gut, nahe allem, guter Ort für Bekasi, nahe Starbucks auch ... guter Ort für Aufenthaltcation

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Staying in Business Suite Room for 2 nights. The room is spacious, but it is located in an east building, so the interior looks outdated. And when I first entered the room, I was surprised by the strong smell of cigarettes. I immediately called the receptionist and soon someone came to treat it with an ozone machine. Thanks for the response, although not 100% the smell is gone. But, overall me and my family were happy with the facilities and breakfast service. I could say the breakfast is a five-star breakfast. I will put Horison Ultima Bekasi on my list for my next visit if I have to visit Bekasi for more than two days.

Eine gute Lage, aber in der Nähe und im Krankenhaus, erwarten Sie, dass Sie die Krankenwagen Sirenen hören jetzt und dann. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam bei der Ein- und Auscheckung Die Zimmergröße ist groß und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut ausgewählt.

Sehr schön und ziemlich umgeben, perfekt für den Ruhezustand. Großes Zimmer, Königsbett, und sie bieten ein Baby-Krib für mein Kind. Geschmackhaftes Frühstück mit vielen Wahlen machte unser Aufenthalt Präfekt. Danke!!!

I booked it with request high floor and mountain view, and thankfully I got it. I stayed with my husband on 11th floor, the floor is quite because there’s only few room, gym and spa also on that floor. I stayed during the “Lebaran Season”, and fortunately the Hotel is kids friendly, the reception give my niece candy, and she loved it. The pool is also nice kids loved it too. Near Hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and cafes. So you can skip breakfast and try Soto Bu Rahayu or Tanmu Coffee in front of the Hotel. We had pleasant stay here, the staff is polite and nice.

Auch wenn das Hotel alt ist, sind der Service und die Einrichtungen immer noch sehr gut, die Lage ist in der Stadt, sodass man alles leicht erreichen kann. Aufgrund von Bauarbeiten gibt es keine Parkplätze, daher ist es ziemlich schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Danke
