Stayed at this hotel in a narrow alley. Unfortunately, it was not well-maintained. Breakfast options were limited, and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. Not a clean or relaxing stay.

Stayed in room 1024 Pro: Room clean Efficient check in and check out Nice view of mountain and trees Dish variation were nice, lots of options, i love the kuah bakso so comforting. Cons: Unable to set AC QR in tv to see room dining menu unable to open, sent email to reservation no response. So we cant order food for room service. At night room smells of solar fumes like machine fumes and in the toilet smells like thinner or paint or some chemicals which is significantly disturbing. Please check room 1024. No information on facility or activities during check in, only informed there’s free photoshoot Understand that photoshoot are part of facility BUT, so manya people taking photo in the morning makes our morning walk not smooth, many times have to STOP waiting for people photoshoot. Please consider to create specific photoshoot area. Must relook on food quality, during dinner buffet chicken sausage not fresh, kue putu apek becomes inedible. Please add paintings or plants on wall, we walk out from lift in 10th floor, head to our room, on right side there’s big empty wall left a depression feeling.

I really love the location of this legendary hotel in Braga. After a long day of work, it was such a pleasure to take an evening stroll along the charming Braga street, enjoying its beautiful night scenary and lively atmosphere. However, I was quite disappointed with the service. Although I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, I was assigned a room on a smoking floor. This issue caused an additional delay, making the check-in process even longer. I had to wait from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. before I could finally enter my room. Overall, the hotel’s location is excellent and full of charm, but the service quality and room assignment management need improvement.

Alles ist gut, aber wenn wir nach mehr Mineralwasser fragen, müssen wir dafür bezahlen. In anderen Hotels bekommen wir Mineralwasser umsonst und können so viel nehmen, wie wir möchten.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind absolut erstaunlich und sehr inspirierend. Sie sind großartige Arbeiter, die sie mehr Applaus und Honorare verdienen. It was a very good experience staying at the hotel. The staff did accommodate to my request for my husband's birthday surprise. The facilities for kids is just great for the price that we booked. There are varieties of choices for the breakfast spread. The location is near to Ciwalk Malll. The only downside that we faced was the the toilet flushing system. It's not working properly. And also when the 2nd day they make up our room, the housekeeping did not top up the body wash and on the 3rd day just happen i approach one of the housekeeping lady for assistance to top up the shower gel and she said ok but till now we checked out, no one came to top it up. But overall its a good experience with friendly service staffs.

The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Location is strategic at Jalan Padjajaran Indah V which has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and lounges along the road. You will never have to travel far to get your coffee (Point Coffee, Starbucks and Tanmu), the famous Ibu Rahayu Soto, Japanese food (Sushi Matsu and Yujo) and evening drinks at the lounges nearby (Barcelona, Bulan Madu Brew, etc). Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong and bed was comfortable. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym. Breakfast was good with all local and Western food. Will repeat my stay if I am in Bogor.

Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage, in der Nähe der Bandung Station sowie der Hauptstraße Braga. Jedoch war die Sauberkeit subpar. Die Handtücher waren schmutzig und als wir um eine Änderung gebeten, waren die „neuen“ Handtücher auch fertig.
