Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen schleifend und der Boden ist auch nicht sauber. Die Batterie von Fernseher und Ac sind nicht funktionieren, Sie müssen Zimmerservice anrufen, um zu ändern. Der Ac ist kalt, das Schlafzimmer ist schön, der Kissen ist auch schön, nicht zu hoch, und ich kann eng schlafen. Das Frühstück ist so, ich liebe die Siomay und Pringe, sie schmecken so gut. The hotel was near the venue of the forum (JCLEC AKPOL) and it was quite easy to secure Grab rides from there. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It has two (2) restaurants: Serajoe and Vue. Both have helpful waitstaff and there's live music in Vue. The housekeeping was also great. My room was kept pleasantly clean and tidy. Actually, the whole hotel staff -- from those at the entrance to the reception to sales -- was helpful and friendly without becoming too familiar with the guests. If there's anything I would like changed, it would be the aroma used in the lobby... it's a little sharp to the nostrils. Gave me a light headache. Luckily, my nose adjusted or got used to the smell on the second day of my stay. I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

Dies war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich hatte es zunächst gar nicht bemerkt, da man es von der Hauptstraße aus nicht sehen konnte. Doch sobald ich eintrat, war ich von der wunderschönen Landschaft sofort gefesselt und fühlte mich wie in einer anderen Welt, nicht in Indonesien. Die Landschaftsgestaltung, die Natur und moderne Architektur harmonisch vereint, und die Raumaufteilung waren hervorragend. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen konnte. Das Gebäude war neu und daher sauber, und die Zimmer waren geräumig. Das Frühstück war köstlich, und auch das chinesische Restaurant war sauber und bot hervorragendes Essen.

Excellent hotel. The best from the Swiss-Bel chain. One of the few hotels that serve good quality western wheat bread for breakfast. Unfortunately, only sweet stuff such as jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter is served. Good quality wheat bread should be served with cheese, slices of cold meat and boiled eggs. Sweet stuff is for white bread. There is an entrance from the hotel to the mall which is very convenient. This hotel has a great lobby, lounge and bar area with a good atmosphere. Live music performances are everyday in this area from 20.00 to 22.00. For us, 22.00 is too early. By that time we return from dining outside. Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if the music performance is until 23.00. The bathroom has a very good bathtub, excellent heated water and Pepsodent toothpaste. The bedroom has two chairs, a fridge and good quality matresses.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony. Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We
