From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the cleanliness was immediately apparent. The common areas were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh, inviting aroma. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. Ich denke nicht, dass ich mich in diesem Hotel wieder aufhalten würde, wenn ich nach Semarang zurückkehre. Die Erfahrung war schon enttäuschend, ich bat den Mitarbeitern um eine Gebetsmatte und sie sagten mir, das Hotel hätte sie zur Verfügung, aber niemand kam nie wieder um eine zu bieten. Wenn ein Hotel bestätigt, dass etwas vorhanden ist, sollte es dem Gast ordnungsgemäß geliefert werden. Kleine Dinge wie diese spiegeln das Niveau der Professionalität und Aufmerksamkeit für die Gäste wider. Ein weiteres Problem war während des Sahar oder frühstückens. Ich kam auf Ebene 5 um 3.30 am und viele Artikel waren bereits fast fertig, einschließlich Reis. Ich habe das Servicepersonal darüber informiert, dass das Reis ausgelaufen war und musste wieder gefüllt werden, aber nichts wurde getan. Schließlich nahm ich nur andere Dinge wie Nasi goreng und alles, was übrig war. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch sehr grundlegende mit sehr begrenzter Variation. Da es der Monat Ramadan ist, sollte das Hotel meiner Meinung nach viel besser für den Sahar-Service vorbereiten. Gäste werden sehr früh speziell für dieses Essen wach, so dass die Verfügbarkeit von Nahrungsmitteln und die richtige Personalausstattung wichtig sind. Während dieser Zeit sah ich nur ein Mitarbeiter alles behandeln, was die Situation noch schwieriger machte. Die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich ziemlich gut. Es ist in der Nähe von vielen trendigen Cafés und es gibt viele Straßen-Essen-Optionen um das Übernachten offen spät in die Nacht. Für Gäste, die die Ernährungsszene erkunden oder in nahe gelegenen Cafés aushängen, ist die Gegend bequem. Der Front Desk Service war akzeptabel, aber die Gastfreundschaftserfahrung war insgesamt recht standardisiert. Persönlich widerspiegelte sie nicht die warme und aufmerksamen Gastfreundschaft, die Menschen normalerweise mit Java assoziieren. Ich habe während meines Aufenthalts keine Fotos gemacht, weil ehrlich gesagt meine Stimmung nach diesen Themen nicht sehr gut war. Ich hoffe, dass die Hotelverwaltung diese Rückmeldung ernst nehmen und die Qualität der Dienstleistungen verbessern kann, vor allem während Ramadan, wenn die Bedürfnisse der Gäste ganz spezifische sind. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Spectacular view when you wake up in the morning. Breakfast spread was great for both days. There is a small playground beside their cafe that my kids could play as well. Service was awesome. Will come again if I visit Solo again.

Abrikri Village hat während unseres Aufenthalts in Dieng, Wonosobo hervorragende Dienstleistungen erbracht. Aus dem Vorabdienst, als der Mitarbeiter mich persönlich kontaktiert hat, um unsere Reservierung für 16 Personen zu unterstützen, vor allem, wenn ich ihre Hilfe gebeten habe, unser Frühstücksmodus auf 2AM aufgrund unserer spezifischen Agenda zu arrangieren. Als wir in das Dorf Abriki angekommen waren, waren sie sehr reaktiv, unsere Reservierung zu bekommen, indem sie die Eincheckung ohne Hazard. Die Mitarbeiter waren auch wirklich auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingestellt, zeigten eine echte Identität der javanischen welt-Services. Die Villa ist eigentlich sogar noch besser als die Bilder. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und geräumig, vor allem die Drei-Zimmer-Villa und die Zwei-Zimmer-Villa. Die Innen- und Außenanlagen funktionieren ohne Probleme ordnungsgemäß. Unsere Familie hatte auch keine Fragen auf dem bereitgestellten WiFi, da es in allen Bereichen der Villa zugänglich ist. Was das Frühstück anbelangt, so ist das Frühstücksmenü zwar sehr standardisiert, da es den grundlegenden indonesischen Buffetstil dient, doch unsere Familie genossen wirklich das Essen und Getränke, die geliefert wurden. Die Lage für die Villa ist auch bequem, da es 5 Minuten von Alun-alun von Wonosobo City und 40-50 Minuten zu erreichen Puncak Sikunir Dieng. Für mich persönlich verdient diese Villa eine 5-star aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Dienstleistungen, Einrichtungen und Lagen. Allerdings gibt es noch Verbesserungsräume, wie zusätzliche Dienstleistungen wie Netflix für jedes Zimmer, mehr Varianten von Frühstücksoption, und der Balkon/Terrasse von 3-bedroom und 2-bedroom Villa’s Eingang, die ein Dach haben sollte, das uns vom Regen abdecken würde bei der Einreise in die Villa. Wenn ich jedoch wieder nach Dieng, Wonosobo, zurückkehren könnte, wäre ich sicherlich froh, wieder im Dorf Abriki zu bleiben. Das ist sicher. Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Der erste Eindruck ist strikingdas Außen ist unschädlich, mit einem Gefühl der Sorge, das sofort den Ton setzt. Step ins Haus, und dass gleiche Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details hält unschäumlich in die Zimmer. Sie sind unspottlos, gedacht und nach einem Standard gehalten, der in einer gut bewerteten internationalen 4-star Eigenschaft nicht aus dem Platz fühlt. Was wirklich die Erfahrung erhöht, ist jedoch das Management und Eigentum hinter allem. Es gibt eine bemerkenswerte Präzision, wie alles funktioniertvon der reibungslosen Eincheckung Prozess bis zur allgemeinen Atmosphäre der ruhigen Effizienz. Es ist klar, dass jemand die feinsten Punkte, die viele Hotels ignorieren, genau beachtet. Die Mitarbeiter verdienen eine besondere Anerkennung. Sie sind konsequent polit, professionell und beeindruckend effizient, ohne jemals zu fühlen, beschleunigt oder unpersönlich. Die Service hier schlägt das seltene Gleichgewicht zwischen Wärme und Kompetenz. Das Frühstück ist ein weiteres Highlight wirklich außergewöhnlich. Qualität, Vielfalt und Präsentation gehen über das hinaus, was man in dieser Ebene typisch erwarten würde, was oft ein Routinemahl in etwas zu verwandeln, um jeden Morgen zu warten. Lokalisierung - weise, es ist schwer zu brechen. Perfekt positioniert für die Erforschung Solo, alles fühlt sich bequem in Reichweite. Alles in Betracht gezogen, ist die Rating 3-star wirklich überraschend. Nach internationalen Standards funktioniert dieses Hotel komfortabel auf einem Niveau 4-star, wenn nicht über bestimmte Aspekte hinaus. FIM von Zigna ist ein standhaftes Beispiel für das, was passiert, wenn starke Management, Aufmerksamkeit auf Details und echte Pflege für die Gäste Erfahrung zusammenkommen.

Overall service was excellent especially Mr Aviet, duty manager. I highlighted to him that there was no view at all in my room; the mirror was stained and the tap water splashing when turned on. He immediately came to my room and gave options for a change. He swapped my room on the same floor with a nice view on the second day for the rest of my stay. The breakfast every morning was a good spread and the staff team worked well in harmony. Overall, good experience with excellent both front desk and F&B. We

Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausreichend. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsraum mit kostenlosem Tee und Kaffee, was eine nette Geste ist. Was mir jedoch nicht gefiel, war die große Anzahl an Mitarbeitern beim Frühstück. Ich hatte das Gefühl, sie würden unser Essen zu genau beobachten, was mir unangenehm war – fast so, als ob sie dachten, wir würden etwas stehlen. Es wäre besser, wenn sich die Gäste entspannter und vertrauenswürdiger fühlen würden.

Perfectly located hotel in the central of Solo attractions with very affordable price. Very close to Batik museum, Sriwedari Park, Radya Pustaka museum dan Tumurun museum. The hotel is very old, provide minimum amenities., but room and hotel is very clea. However there was very strong bad odour on the corridor along the way to our room. Upon notify the staff about this, they took action straight away and tried to get rid of the smell. Well done to very responsive and cooperative team. I also like the breakfast spread provided. Lots of local food like soto ayam, bubur ayam, kari ayam dsn bubur ketan hitam. What a delight to start the day with delicious breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if I visit Solo.

In terms of atmosphere, this hotel actually met our expectations quite well, especially as we prefer a place that is not too crowded, with a natural tropical landscape and an ethnic-rustic architectural style. The room size was also quite spacious, noticeably larger than a typical hotel room. Another plus point was the Smart TV, which made the children happy as they could watch Netflix comfortably. However, we were rather disappointed with the condition of the room, particularly the bathroom. There was a strong unpleasant odor, similar to a septic tank smell, coming from the toilet/WC area, which was quite disturbing and affected our comfort during the stay. The bathroom also seemed poorly maintained, as seen from the cracked/chipped toilet water tank. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked untidy and appeared to be sagging on one side. Another issue that bothered us was the presence of many large black ants inside the room, especially around food. The swimming pool was also not very comfortable, as the chlorine level seemed too high, causing irritation to the eyes and nose when exposed to the water. As for the restaurant, the food variety was rather limited. What surprised us even more was that omelets or eggs were limited to one portion per guest. Overall, we believe this hotel has good potential in terms of atmosphere, concept, and room size. However, for a 3-star boutique hotel with a rate of around IDR 900,000 per night, the condition of the facilities and the overall stay experience did not feel proportionate. In our opinion, the hotel is somewhat overpriced.
