The room is clean. The location is next to supermarket and cafe, very convenient to shop and dining.

This is a beautiful property with clean well appointed rooms. The gym has good equipment and the pool is great. The only thing that I was not happy with is the hotel changed their policy about using the sauna and steam rooms. I have been visiting this hotel every year and this is the first time I was denied entry because I booked a superior room instead of a deluxe room. I believe this is a bad policy.

The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Neues Hotel in Semarang. Lage ist wirklich gut, weil es im Zentrum der Stadt ist. Zimmer ist groß genug für die Preise. Sehr kleiner Balkon in jedem Zimmer, aber kann nützlich sein, wenn Sie rauchen müssen. Keine Kleider, keine Wasserflaschen, aber Sie können den Betreiber bitten, Wasser in Ihr Zimmer zu pumpen. Frühstücksservice muss verbessert werden. Es ist eine la carte, kein Buffet. Frühstücksservice ist unter dem Durchschnitt. Aber die Rezeptionisten haben einen guten Service. Parkplatz ist begrenzt und es ist sehr klein, aber der Tal ist angeboten.

Helpful staff from lobby, housekeeping, all the way to basement parking. My wife left her diamond ring on the table during check out and the hotel staff made prompt effort to safe the item, notified me, and had it ready when I picked it up. Thank you very much, it is not so much about the price of the ring, but it is about the memory of our wedding anniversaries.

My room washroom encounter the stinky smells on the 1st night, very unfortunate the phone inside the room also out of order too. I’ve to close the door properly before sleep yet still have unpleasant smells in the room. I’ve told the night shift front desk officer about it, however he seems don’t understood and didn’t get the issue settle. Hence, I’ve requested to upgrade on the next day to the day time front desk officer, Herman if the issue can’t be solved. However, it’s fully booked, so I felt upset and helpless. Therefore, I’ve stressed to him I’m unable to give good rating in this case and get him to my room and experience it. He immediately understood the issue and get someone to resolve the issue after I went out for early dinner. Afterwards the issue only comes back in a while and gone. Herman had got the cleaner take note of the issue too over the 6 days 5 nights stay. I would like to give the compliment to Herman for this case. Besides, though the breakfast served only simple food, however I think is good for nutrition and everything are fresh. Especially the juice and fruit sections.

Service is standard. Location is good near the train station just walk 5 minutes from train station. Recommend for business trip especially when you travel with train

The hotel is good enough for the price. The room is clean and quite spacious but not big enough. The breakfast is also good, eventhough the variety of the food is not a lot. The location is good enough but the location is near the train station, so the sound of train is quite annoying if you are sensitive enough with the sound. But overall is good.

Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman sangat baik menginap di sini bersama keluarga. -Tempat parkir cukup luas. Bisa memuat +-20 mobil -Check in cepat -Tipe kamar yang saya pilih tersedia kolam renang privat dengan air hangat sehingga menambah pengalaman menyenangkan. -Pemandangannya sangat bagus karena bisa melihat pegunungan dan sawah -Complimentary banyak (terdapat cookie, keripik singkong, minuman-minuman kemasan) -Rasa makanan in room dining menurut kami sangat enak dan diproses secara cepat Meskipun begitu, terdapat beberapa hal yang menurut kami bisa diperbaiki lagi: -Water heater di toilet suhunya tidak konsisten (kadang panas sekali, lalu tiba-tiba berubah menjadi dingin sekali. Pernah juga ketika) -Rasa makanan sarapan secara rasa sangat biasa (tapi pemandangannya sangat bagus) Sebaiknya jangan lupa membawa jaket ketika ke sini karena suhu dapat mencapai 15 derajat celcius
