The bathroom is a bit slippery and the floor is also not clean. The battery of tv remote and ac aren't working, you have to call room service to change. The ac is cold , the bedroom is nice, the pillow is nice too, not too high, and i can sleep tightly. The breakfast is so so, i love the siomay and pridge, they taste so good. The omelete is standard becaude they arent put anything on the omellete.they need to improve on the menus.

Die Einrichtungen und das Essen sind ausgezeichnet. Der Service, vor allem das Personal im Hotelrestaurant, sind jedoch nicht so freundlich und eine Art weniger als der Standard, von einer solchen 4-star-hotel zu erwarten.

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

Dies war das beste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Ich hatte es zunächst gar nicht bemerkt, da man es von der Hauptstraße aus nicht sehen konnte. Doch sobald ich eintrat, war ich von der wunderschönen Landschaft sofort gefesselt und fühlte mich wie in einer anderen Welt, nicht in Indonesien. Die Landschaftsgestaltung, die Natur und moderne Architektur harmonisch vereint, und die Raumaufteilung waren hervorragend. Es gab viele Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen konnte. Das Gebäude war neu und daher sauber, und die Zimmer waren geräumig. Das Frühstück war köstlich, und auch das chinesische Restaurant war sauber und bot hervorragendes Essen.

Ich liebe dieses Hotel so sehr, das Personal ist erstaunlich und hilfsbereit, das Bett und die Kissen sind wirklich komfortable. Das Zimmer im Acros Mine um 10 Uhr war geöffnet ihre laut gesprochen und ich klammerte an das Front Desk, und das Personal bat sie sofort, ihre Türen zu schließen, so dass ich schlafen kann, danke Ihnen Ciputra Hotel.. und die Lage auch die beste

I came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well. However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall. Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect. (In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet) Thank you Po Hotel
