Es ist ein altes Hotel, aber sauber und zeitgenössisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wahlen für das Frühstück waren fantastisch. Obwohl ich für meine kleine Nichte extra zahlen musste. Unterhalb war der Pool mit einem anderen Hotel verbunden und es wurde zu viel.

A brand new hotel with middle eastern style building, location too far from Tawangmangu, from any resto and attractions. The buffet need improvement, the taste were bland and lack of variety, and we saw too many flies, but the food we ordered from room service was ok.

Das Padma Hotel ist sicher eines der Top Hotels in der Java. Was es so besonders macht sind die exzellenten Mitarbeiter die um jeden Wunsch bemüht sind. Frühstücksservice heißt es wird Kaffee oder auch auf Wunsch auch Speisen gebracht und es wird jede Frage um die angebotenen Speisen beantwortet. Dies unterscheidet es zu einem ebenfalls 5 Sterne Hotel in der Nähe. Ebenso wie der Wunsch nach einer zweiten Bettdecke da ich nicht unter eine großen schlafen kann wenn sie geteilt werden muss. Es wurde umgehend erledigt. Das als Besonderheit zu bemerken ist deshalb der Fall da dass andere 5 Sterne Haus dies ablehnte. Ja richtig gehört man erbrachte den Service dort nicht. Die Außenanlagen wie Pool, Garten aber auch Innenbereiche suchen ihresgleichen. Wäre nur ein Teil davon in Semarang so sauber wie hier dann hätte es eine neue touristische Qualität. Jetzt aber noch meine persönliches Highlight in diesem Hotel das Restaurant ”Kim Tia”. Wer Spitzenküche chinesischer Art sucht der findet hier ein Restaurant auf Topniveau. Wir waren begeistert und die Preise für das gebotene für Europäer begeisternd. Wir möchten hier heraushebend dass auch das Servicepersonal sehr gute Englischkenntnisse vorweist. Im ganzen Haus konnte nahezu überall Englisch auf gehobenen Niveau gesprochen werden. Eine einzelne Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia wollen wir besonders hervorheben eine junge und schlank elegante Mitarbeiterin im Kim Tia. Tadellose Englischkenntnisse und ihr beim Tee einschenken zuschauen zu dürfen war ein Erlebnis so Meisterhaft wurde es serviert. Grandios! Auch sie sich am nächsten Tag noch beim erneuten Besuch an den Namen von uns erinnerte das überraschte positiv. Unser nächster Aufenthalt wird in Semarang wieder im Padma stattfinden!

Dies ist das einzige Hotel, das Kudus-Gäste empfehlen, und dieses hier ist sogar noch besser. Es ist geräumig und das chinesische Essen ist köstlich. Ich werde das nächste Mal auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten. Es war Jahresende, daher war die Weihnachtsstimmung besonders intensiv.

Excellent hotel. The best from the Swiss-Bel chain. One of the few hotels that serve good quality western wheat bread for breakfast. Unfortunately, only sweet stuff such as jam, chocolate paste and peanut butter is served. Good quality wheat bread should be served with cheese, slices of cold meat and boiled eggs. Sweet stuff is for white bread. There is an entrance from the hotel to the mall which is very convenient. This hotel has a great lobby, lounge and bar area with a good atmosphere. Live music performances are everyday in this area from 20.00 to 22.00. For us, 22.00 is too early. By that time we return from dining outside. Hence, we would greatly appreciate it if the music performance is until 23.00. The bathroom has a very good bathtub, excellent heated water and Pepsodent toothpaste. The bedroom has two chairs, a fridge and good quality matresses.

It was a great stay thanks to the hotel’s convenient location near the shopping mall and the exceptionally friendly staff. Being able to walk to the mall made everything easy and comfortable. The staff were always polite, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed, which made the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience, and I would gladly choose this hotel again on my next visit.

The room is Okay, the facilities are excellent, they have a sauna, gym and instagram-able places. The pool is great for kids with balinese ambience. They have a playground too. The staff are friendly and quite helpful. But the restaurant sometimes runs out of plates, bowls, fork, spoon and glass. Tables are not fast enough to be cleaned. So I cannot drink or eat although the food is still available. They continue to serve the guests although the serving time is over. So I really appreciate it.
