Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Reinigung des Zimmers, der Empfangsmann war sehr nett und freundlich, wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer und ein komfortables Bett, wir mögen mehr oft kommen, der Preis des Zimmers ist akzeptabel. Danke

We absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed.  This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us

The Hotel was ideally located to Rail Station, Shops & places of interest. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was brilliant. Plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Hotel had Gym facilities, although I did not use them they were there. And most important it had Car Parking which is quite rare. Would certainly stay there again and recommend to others.

We have stayed here several times and fed back to managers about the poor state of the tables & chairs in the breakfast area. Although my feedback (with photos) was not acknowledged, on our last visit just before xmas, we noticed the badly stained and chipped tables had been replaced or refurbished, and the badly stained and dirty seating had been cleaned and/or replaced, so that it now feels comfortable to sit on them. So I'm pleased my feedback may have contributed to these much needed changes. However the window frames in our room were in a terrible state, covered in black mould and in desperate need of repair or replacement. Not a healthy presence to have anywhere. So hopefully this review will be seen by the right person/people and acted upon.

Es hat sich wirklich gefreut, hier im Land zu bleiben, ruhig. Mein Zimmer war phänomenal, eine Suite mit separatem Sitzbereich und TV mit einem super komfortablen Schlafzimmer. Die Dekoration war in großem Zustand und die Aussicht auf den Fluss war erstaunlich. Das Restaurant war gut und ein Preis mit dem 10% Rabatt, den Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt dort erhalten. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr warm und freundlich. Ich würde sicher noch einmal hier bleiben.

Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

Das Bett war schrecklich hatte eine schreckliche Nacht die Matrix war so verkleidet es vollständig zusammen, als ich auf dem Bett saß. Als ich es an die Empfangsbestätigung berichtete, informierte die Dame mich, dass sie ersetzt wurden, aber für uns nicht bald genug! Sadley wie alles andere war ok

Great location for a hotel - closer to city centre with a nice walk across the river to get there. Convenient stop to visit family in my home-town. Over-all a good hotel, clean room and comfortable bed. We didn't come into contact with any staff or stay for breakfast as we were in late and out early, so we can't comment on those. We loved that the room had a bath - this was lovely! The only downside was the the taps seemed to have some mould inside the pipes... it didn't come out into the water but it did look pretty disgusting hanging there in the running water :/  Other than that, this hotel gave us everything we would expect from a quick stop over :) 

Like staying at South Crest, I always stay 2 nights while I'm on my business trip, lovely staff and welcoming, clean and good food.

Wir sind schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel gewesen, es hat die Grundlage eines fab Hotel, große Einrichtungen usw., aber es nicht besonders gut zu schütteln. Das Pool/Billard-Zimmer schließt am Abend, wenn Sie annehmen, es wäre offen für die Bewohner im Hotel, niemand konnte mir eben sagen, wann es nicht geschlossen wurde, aber es war im Grunde Teil des Pools und des Fitnessraums und geschlossen, wenn das getan wurde . Noch einmal wusste niemand wirklich, wie viel Zeit es war! Zahlte für meinen Hund zu bleiben, aber keine Hund behandelt, oder Hund Pack wie versprochen! Alles in allem würde wieder bleiben, aber es lebt nicht ganz bis zu seinen Sternen, wie es derzeit verwaltet wird.
