Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Das Hotel ist besser als die Bewertung vermuten lässt. Wir waren positiv überrascht. Schöne Lage und auch innen durchaus ansprechend. Wenn man nächsten Tag zur Fähre will, ist dieses Hotel wirklich eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Einzig die Fenster in den Zimmern brauchen dringend mal eine Reinigung und die Betten könnten m. E. etwas weicher sein. Aber das empfindet ja jeder anders. Abends gibt es gegen Aufpreis ein preiswertes Buffet, wo man vom Salat über Hauptgericht bis zum Dessert gut versorgt wird. Kaffespezialitäten, Tee und Wasser waren inklusive. Der Saal, wo gegessen wird, ist wirklich hübsch mit Stuck und Kronleuchtern. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Der Standard war wie erwartet hoch, die Zimmer waren sauber und das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Ganz so, wie man es von einem Hampton by Hilton kennt. Zwar war der Weg vom Bahnhof etwas weiter und es war ein wenig mühsam, das Gepäck über das Kopfsteinpflaster der Hauptstraße zu ziehen, aber dafür liegt das Hotel direkt gegenüber der Kathedrale von Canterbury. Obwohl wir etwas früher ankamen (gegen 12 Uhr), konnten wir problemlos früher einchecken. Canterbury hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Hotel, geblieben für ein langes Wochenende und verwendeten die Spa-Anlagen - sie gab uns eine kostenlose Upgrade, die ein schönes Touch war! Schöne Landschaften, Restaurant war schön und nur einen kurzen Szenenwandel zur Stadt Nur Kritik war der Pool sehr klein, ohne viel Platz verfügbar und die Sauna war nur männlich oder weiblich - aber der Rest des Aufenthalts und Einrichtungen mehr als für ihn gemacht! Auch empfehlen Sie den Nachmittagsthee :)

Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.  Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).

Ich habe Hiltons viel auf Geschäftstätigkeit in der Vergangenheit verwendet & Dover lebte auf meine hohen Erwartungen. Buchte 3 Zwillingszimmer für 3 Nächte für eine Treffen. Sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt & wird wieder reservieren. freundlich, aufmerksames Personal. Spotlessly saubere Zimmer & Badezimmer. Einige der komfortablesten Betten, die wir ins Bett gelassen haben. Einige Probleme mit (kühlem) Frühstück (geregelt) & eine große Auswahl. Einige unserer Party genossen die Sauna. Eine Nebenwirkung - der einzige Aufzug ist sehr klein und langsam, um ein Flaschenhals zu schaffen.

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us. Front reception staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling. We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118 As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

Das Zimmer hatte einen guten Blick auf kleine Größe, aber nicht beschweren, da es sehr sauber war. Auf der Unterseite. Die Mattresse muss sich ändern, wie die Frühlinge weg sind. Erwachen Sie sich mit ihnen in meinen Rücken zerkleinern. Ich ging zum Frühstück, da das kontinentale Frühstück enthalten war. Es ist extra für kochen, für die ich gerne zahlen würde. Allerdings wurde ich als Person zu beschäftigt Folden Napkins völlig ignoriert und hielt sie zurück zu mir. Ich wollte nicht umhängen. Es gab keine Früchte, nur Brot, Muffins und Joghurt. Ich wollte das vorne sprechen, aber niemand davon, so dass ich mich aus dem Park lassen ließ.

When I arrived at the hotel, there was a clear sign on the front desk that there wont be any car park space available. They never told us they charge £12.50 for overnight parking. As we were travelling on a motorcycle, we found an unmarked space in a quiet unused corner of the hotel near the rear staff entrance, because the rain was really heavy and we have had to lug our panniers into the building. I found out later that the hotel charged me £12.50 for overnight parking. They claim that our bike was on their premises and they were entitled to charge us even though we weren’t given a proper car park space.
