Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind sehr praktisch. Der Rückweg zum Flughafenbus dauert 5 Minuten. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und die malerischen Orte sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Die Hotelsuite ist groß, klimatisiert und gut eingerichtet. Es gibt einen sehr modernen und empfehlenswerten Gepäckaufbewahrungsservice.

Sehr gut (lächelndes Personal, gute Qualität des Essens), mit Ausnahme des Portofino-Restaurants. Bei unserem dritten Besuch in diesem À-la-carte-Restaurant bestellten wir zusätzlich Hummer. Reservierung um 9:15 Uhr. Die Hummer kamen eine Stunde später um 10:15 Uhr am Tisch an (Bedienung viel zu lang). Am Ende der Hummer verlangte der Kellner, die Rechnung zu bezahlen und sagte, dass die Desserts folgen würden. 5 Minuten später frage ich den Oberkellner nach Desserts und sie antwortet entschuldigend: „Die Küche hat um 10 Uhr geschlossen.“ Ich mache ihn darauf aufmerksam, warum die Hummer um 10:15 Uhr ankamen, wenn die Küche um 10 Uhr schloss, und vor allem, warum uns niemand über diese Schließung informierte. Also zahlten wir für eine DESERST-KOSTENLOSE Mahlzeit.

Von Anfang bis Ende war die Erfahrung schmecklos, entspannend und unglaublich gut geeignet, um Arbeit und Wohlbefinden auszugleichen. Einrichtungen & Komfort: Das Resort bietet eine einzigartige Mischung aus Ruhe und professionellen Einrichtungen. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, unspottlich sauber und mit einem komfortablen Desktopraum und schnell, zuverlässiges WLAN – für jeden Arbeiter. Das Ambiente war ruhig und ruhig, perfekt für gezielte Arbeitssitzungen zwischen Sitzungen oder Anrufen. Sitzungen und Arbeitsräume: Obwohl ich keine offiziellen Treffen gehabt habe, bietet das Resort hervorragende ruhige Zonen und informelle Sitzbereiche, wo ich Videoanrufe und ohne Ablenkung arbeiten könnte. Das Personal war aufmerksam, freundlich und immer bereit, die zusätzliche Meile – zu gehen, ob es frühstückens arrangierte oder mit Druckdokumenten helfen. Wohnort: Nach langen Arbeitsstunden waren die Spa-, Fitness- und Pooleinrichtungen des Resorts ein absolutes Highlight. Um mit einem Schwimmbad oder einer Sauna-Session zu entspannen, machte es einen großen Unterschied bei der Steuerung von Stress während der Reise. Die Lage, die zwischen dem Bay und dem Naturpark gesetzt wurde, fügte ein zusätzliches Maß an Frieden und Schönheit hinzu. Gesamt: PortBlue Pollentia ist nicht nur ein Freizeitziel – Es ist auch eine ideale Basis für Geschäftsreisende, die Komfort, Effizienz und Luxus suchen. Ich zögerte nicht, für Arbeit oder Freizeit zurückzukehren und würde es hoch empfehlen, die Fachleute, die eine produktive, aber restaurative Umgebung in Mallorca suchen.

We stayed at AluaSun Continental Park for four nights and overall had a very nice stay. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food selection was good — I’d rate it around 8.5/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Our first room was close to the elevator and unfortunately very noisy, especially in the mornings because sound really carried through the hallway. After the second night, we were able to change rooms, which we really appreciated. The hotel has clearly been in use for quite some time, and you can notice some signs of wear, for example in the showers and in parts of the rooms. However, this was absolutely fine for us overall. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and considering the price, we felt the hotel offered good value for money. If you are sensitive to noise, we would definitely recommend asking for a room further towards the back of the hotel, away from the elevators and preferably along one of the carpeted corridors, as these areas seemed much quieter. The location is very convenient. The beautiful beach is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Lidl is around 3 km away. The hotel does not have its own private parking, but there is quite a lot of free parking available in the surrounding residential streets. Depending on how busy it is, you may have to park a little further away, but even in the worst case it was only around a 5–6 minute walk back to the hotel. The Alcúdia area is also a great base for exploring Mallorca, and we definitely recommend visiting Alcúdia Old Town as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if you are looking for a well-located and reasonably priced base for exploring the north of Mallorca.

We had already paid £480 online through Trip.com for a double room for 3 nights. However, upon arrival, the hotel demanded an additional €400 simply because a second guest would be staying in the room. What made this even more unreasonable was that I checked the exact same room type on multiple other dates, and the price was identical whether selecting 1 adult or 2 adults. The listing itself also clearly indicated that the room rate included accommodation for 2 adults. Despite this, the hotel still charged an extra €400 at check-in. This additional amount only included breakfast and city tax for the second guest — there was absolutely no room upgrade, no extra bed, and no additional service provided. In fact, the amount charged was so excessive that it was close to the price of booking an entirely separate room. At check-in, the hotel stated that if we refused to pay, the second guest would not be allowed to stay. We tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel in a polite and constructive way, but there was no flexibility or reasonable attempt to resolve the issue. I completely understand paying reasonable extra charges for breakfast or local taxes, but the way this situation was handled felt extremely unfair and poorly communicated in advance. Trip.com customer service was actually very helpful throughout the process and even provided compensation themselves, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the hotel remained unwilling to address the situation fairly. The property itself may be nice, but this experience left us feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and taken advantage of. Transparency and fairness in pricing are essential, especially for international travelers.

Der Poolbereich hatte bequeme Sonnenliegen, die eine großartige Gelegenheit zum Entspannen boten, aber die laute Musik, die den ganzen Tag über gespielt wurde, war ziemlich störend. Es fühlte sich imposant an, Musik für einen ausgewählt zu bekommen, besonders wenn man vielleicht etwas anderes oder Ruhe bevorzugt. Der Empfangsservice war akzeptabel, wenn auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Ich fand die Damen an der Rezeption freundlicher und zuvorkommender. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight des Aufenthalts und bot eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Optionen. Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Zentrums von Ibiza ist praktisch, aber die Straße, in der sich das Hotel befindet, wird von Einheimischen der Unterschicht besucht, was sich nach 23:00 Uhr unsicher anfühlen kann. Obwohl der Straßenlärm im Zimmer mit Meerblick nicht hörbar war, würde ich dringend davon abraten, ein Zimmer zur Straße hin zu buchen. Das Fehlen von doppelt verglasten Fenstern erschwert das Schlafen, insbesondere angesichts des lauten Supermarkts in der Nähe, der bis spät in die Nacht laute Technomusik spielt, und seiner gewalttätigen Kundschaft. Außerdem war das Restaurant auch laut. Außerdem stehen nur begrenzte Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Die Rezeption gibt diesbezüglich keine Auskunft und die Straße selbst scheint nicht viele Parkplätze zu bieten, was ein echtes Problem sein kann, wenn Sie vorhaben, ein Auto zu mieten. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich die Zimmer mit Straßenblick aufgrund des Lärms und des mangelnden Komforts meiden sollte, es sei denn, Sie planen, Tag und Nacht unterwegs zu sein und benötigen keinen Parkplatz.“

Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Ich kann das Invisa Es Pla jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der San Antonio auf Ibiza besucht! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: nur 5 Gehminuten vom berühmten Egg Roundabout und nur einen Katzensprung von Lidl entfernt, wo man sich ideal mit einem Aperitif oder Snacks fürs Zimmer stärken kann. Die Zimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert, und das merkt man sofort: Alles wirkt frisch, modern und durchdacht. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei (ein Muss bei der Hitze Ibizas), und die Dusche war geräumig und hatte einen tollen Wasserdruck. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch der Rest des Hotels waren makellos sauber. Das Hotel bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten, aber das Beste waren die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Frühstück. Ehrlich gesagt, eines der besten Hotelfrühstücke, die ich je hatte. Es gibt ein komplettes englisches Frühstück, frisch zubereitete Spiegeleier, direkt vor den Augen der Gäste zubereitete Pfannkuchen, Omeletts nach Wunsch, knusprige Churros und eine große Auswahl an frischem Obst, Käse und Fleisch. Darüber hinaus bieten sie eine große Auswahl an Fruchtsäften, Heißgetränken und Wasser, alles frisch und ständig aufgefüllt. Auch die Poolanlage war hervorragend. Es gibt zwei Pools: einen ruhigen zum Entspannen und Abschalten und einen lebhafteren mit DJ und toller Atmosphäre. An der Poolbar können Sie bequem Getränke holen, egal ob Sie entspannen oder den Tag mit einem Cocktail beginnen. Alles in allem bietet das Invisa Es Pla die perfekte Balance zwischen Spaß und Entspannung. Sauber, komfortabel und gut gelegen – der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ihren Ibiza-Urlaub.

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.
