My stay at the Catalonia El Pilar was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel has a charm and quality that far exceeds its official four-star rating, and I firmly believe it deserves a fifth star. From the moment I entered, I was struck by the beautiful, character-filled decor. The hotel masterfully blends historic charm with modern comfort, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. This sense of character extends to the rooms, which are impeccably clean and spacious. The excellence began at check-in with the wonderfully helpful and efficient receptionist service. Every staff member I encountered was professional and genuinely dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. The breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide and delicious selection of hot and cold items that provided the perfect start to each day of exploration. It is clear that the management is doing an excellent job. The seamless operation, the motivated staff, and the meticulous attention to detail throughout the property speak volumes about their leadership. A final note on the location: Zaragoza itself is an amazing city, a captivating blend of history, culture, and vibrant local life. For better or worse, it remains wonderfully off-the-beaten-track for the majority of travelers, making it a truly authentic Spanish discovery. Combining this incredible city with a hotel of such high caliber makes for an unforgettable trip. I would not hesitate to return and cannot recommend the Catalonia El Pilar highly enough

Das Personal fühlte sich von Anfang an unfreundlich. Die Einstellung war kalt und starr. Es gab keinen Sinn für Wärme oder Willkommen. Interaktionen fühlten sich unbehaglich. Ich konnte nicht warten, zu verlassen. Das Buchen von etwas war zu streng. Der Pool und das Restaurant brauchten starre Zeitnischen. Es fühlte sich nicht wie ein Urlaub. Es fühlte sich kontrolliert anstatt entspannt. Die Regeln nahmen den Genuss weg. Im Restaurant wollte ich umsehen und das Design bewundern, aber ich wurde gesagt, dass ich sitzen bleiben soll. Es fühlte sich bewahrheitlich und unnötig, wie als Kind behandelt werden. Ich habe mich niemals so unbehaglich gefühlt. Nur beim checkout wurde mir die Poolkosten zusätzlich erzählt. Das wurde niemals klar erwähnt, aber ungeachtet dieses ”Misverständnis” ist es sehr enttäuschend, dass ein fünf-Sterne-Hotel für die Nutzung des Pools zusätzliche Gebühren erhebt. Es fühlte sich billig und nicht, was Sie auf dieser Prämienhöhe erwarten. Das Hotel ist schön und das Essen war lecker. Leider ruiniert das Personal die Erfahrung, und ihre Einstellung überschattet alles andere. Ich empfehle es zu besuchen, wenn Sie durch das Gebiet gehen, aber ich empfehle nicht, hier überhaupt zu schlafen.

酒店位置很好，就在市中心的西班牙廣場邊上，去皮拉爾廣場很近，約700米步行幾分鐘，都又不像老城那樣擁擠。房間乾淨整潔，就是缺少了洗手液或皂，不太方便。早餐內容略顯簡單。皮拉爾廣場夜景很漂亮，有時間可去河對岸看更漂亮。

Was für eine erstaunliche Feststellung, wir wo sehr glücklich hier bleiben. Die Zimmer sind fantastisch, wie in den Bildern gezeigt, sauber, geräumig, große Badezimmer-Minibar im Zimmer mit erschwinglichen Artikeln. Die Eincheckung war sehr einfach und wir haben unsere Taschen verlassen, als wir früh, das Personal sehr hilfreich, uns inchecken und bieten Richtungen von Orten zu besuchen. Hotel in der Nähe der Stadt, Bahnhöfe und Essens, wir hatten eine große Basis für die Exploration von Zaragoza. Das Frühstück war gut, viele Dinge zu wählen, gute Auswahl an Essen und Kaffee (über eine Kaffeemaschine). Das Hotel ist wunderschön, nicht datiert, nicht in der Notwendigkeit von Updates nur perfekt. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht in der Wohnung genutzt, da wir in vielen anderen im Bereich essen.

Komfortables Hotel, sehr gutes Bett. Heiße Heimstätte, wunderschönes Frühstück. Sehr gut gelegen, ruhige Straße, zwei Schritte vom Platz Spanien. Wir kommen zurück!

Un hotel básico que para dormir en un viaje de trabajo está bien, con el parking justo delante.

El hotel está en excelentes condiciones. La ubicación es ideal para mi intención, la habitación amplia, sólo poco iluminada si hay que poner un pero, y al baño no le faltaba ni un perejil. Muy contenta.

Our second time staying at this hotel and it was good. We arrived with two small dogs. In order to avoid our dogs causing noise and inconvenience to other guests if we left the room, we decided to have room service. Reception advised room service was available from 20.30, however when we called ro place food order at 20.30 we were told the kitchen was closed because they were preparing for a wedding next day. A big disappointment!!. The city itself is beautiful and the people are so nice. We hope to visit again in 2025.

La estancia fué corta por lo que no fue posible utilizar mucho las instalaciones, en la habitación las camas eran muy cómodas, las almohadas geniales, se agradece un espejo entero en la puerta y se agradecen los enchufes cerca para la carga de los móviles.Se agrácese también la máquina de café e infusiones a disposición gratuita bajo. Por lo la estancia ha sido corta pero agradable. Aunque el hotel está retirado del centro hay buena combinación de autobús y/o parada de taxi para llegar al centro.

Location: The hotel is well-located, with many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the main attractions, making it quite convenient for getting around. Service: The service is average—nothing particularly enthusiastic as rumored, but no major issues either. Facilities :The facilities are generally okay, but the comfort of the mattress leaves something to be desired and could use improvement. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is acceptable, with no significant problems noted.
