The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.

Ausgezeichneter Service, sehr gut betreut , Ihr Personal ist gut für die Gastversorgung bereit. Saubere Zimmer. Es bietet Strand zu 50 mts, aber derzeit gibt es keinen Strand. Sie sind in Betrieb,.so müssen Sie mehr als 500 mts bewegen, um einen zu haben. Die Preise für sehr hohe Minibar-Produkte. Ich bewerte sie im Allgemeinen mit 4.5/5

The Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself. 

Die Hotelumgebung ist sehr gut. Sauber und sauber. Der Pool ist wirklich schön, um am Abend Fotos zu machen. Da die Kinder gerne schwimmen, haben sie dieses Hotel gewählt. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es lobenswert. Es ist außer dem Frühstück allgemein sehr lobenswert.

Das Essen kann auch sein, das Hotel ist abgelegen. Wenn es warmes Wasser gibt, wo man schwimmen kann, ist es besser. Andere Hotel-Helikopter und andere Zeiten sind ein bisschen lang. Alles, was im Hotel gegessen wird, ist gebührenpflichtig. Wenn Sie nicht bezahlen, sind Sie gut.

Sehr gutes Hotel in der Nähe des Strandes und der Altstadt. Hilfsbereiter und äußerst höflicher Service an der Rezeption. Leckeres Frühstück mit viel Obst und unbegrenzten Möglichkeiten. So ein Frühstück haben wir seit 2 Wochen in ganz Kolumbien nicht mehr gegessen. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist auch bis spät in die Nacht geöffnet. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist der Mangel an Trinkwasser im Zimmer, aber ich glaube nicht, dass es in Kolumbien eine solche Tradition gibt. Ich kann dieses Hotel sowie die Holida Inn-Kette wärmstens empfehlen. Wir nutzen dieses Netzwerk viele Male auf der ganzen Welt und hatten noch nie Probleme.

Insgesamt solide, aber etwas dürftig. Keine Hausschuhe, Bademäntel oder Wasser im Zimmer. Es fühlte sich an, als wären es nur zwei TV-Fernbedienungen und ein leerer Barkühlschrank. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist einfach. Die Lage ist praktisch für den Flughafen und andere Orte, aber rund um das Hotel selbst gibt es nicht viel. Das Frühstück schmeckte gut, aber die Szene war hektisch. Die Speisen gingen ständig zur Neige, die Omelette-Linie war langsam und die Tische waren größtenteils unsauber und ohne Besteck. Das hört sich vielleicht schlecht an, aber es war durchaus zufriedenstellend

The hotel in nice and the rooms are huge with sea view balcony! This hotel no have private beach so anyone can swim in hotel front beach. When you want to go to front beach and get seats and umbrella you have to pay COL PESO 30.000! In front beach there is a lot of food sellers drink sellers which every 5 min someone gonna come up to bother you that was the only - issue! Rest hotel is great and specially the pools was amazing! Breakfast is good enough! Good for family and group of friends!

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel und Personal. Brand neu mit einigen erstaunlichen Kunstwerk und Dekoration. Aussicht und Umgebung ist einfach schön. Das einzige Problem, das ich weiß, ist, dass man sich mit dem letzten 1/2 Zuschicken zum Hotel ist buchstäblich durch eine grobe, unpaved Straße, die Sie krank machen kann, wenn Sie unter Bewegungsstörungen leiden. Neben dem, was ich sagte, ist ein Besuch zu entspannen und mit der Natur zu sein, wenn Sie in Cartagena sind

Das alte 5-Sterne-Hotel, in dem ich vor 10 Jahren zum ersten Mal nach CARTAGENA kam, war sehr beeindruckt, vor allem von der Hofanlage, dem Swimmingpool und dem Restaurant an der Seite. Es kam gegen 10:00 Uhr an. Es waren 28 Stunden Flug und Transfer von Peking. Es ist wirklich müde und ich möchte nicht bis 15 Uhr warten (auf dem Intercontinental habe ich 50 Dollar für den frühen Check-in erhalten). Der Plan zu bleiben; Die Rezeption sagte, dass das Zimmer bezugsfertig sei, und stimmte zu, das Frühstück am letzten Tag auf den Tag vorzuziehen, es ist sehr selten, danke! Die Rezeption, das Restaurant und die verschiedenen Dienstleistungen sind sehr aufmerksam, obwohl das Zimmer alt aussieht, fühlen sich immer noch die Dinge an Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
