all staff are vy vy polite and helpful,room is big,clean but in old style,wifi is terrible,it blocks a lot of app/website inclue(poltical,sensitive content,adult porn) it means wifi is useless,limited choices of buttet breakfast but in good quality

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt neben der Hai'an Road. Es dauert nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, um malerische Orte wie die Guohua Street und die Shennong Street zu besuchen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und höflich, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, das Duschbad verfügt über getrennte Trocken- und Nassräume und eine Badewanne. Die Kissen und die Matratze sind weich und bequem, der einzige Nachteil ist jedoch, dass der Platz relativ klein ist.

We were on the 11th floor that provided thrilling rides and views in the elevator. The laundry facility was clean, inexpensive and efficient. There’s an auditorium, very nice for community events. The breakfast buffet is outstanding with many selections of both Asian and Western choices, all of it delicious. The fitness area is very nice and I wish we’d had time to enjoy the spa. The city views were nice and we could almost see the ocean. Robes and slippers were cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Schon beim Betreten der Lobby strömt einem ein sehr wohlriechender Geruch entgegen, der einem das Gefühl gibt, im Urlaub zu sein! Das Zimmer am Pool hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und die Strandeinrichtungen können kostenlos gemietet werden. Ich bringe meine Kinder jedes Jahr hierher und sie haben eine tolle Zeit

Tolle Lage! In der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tainan. Wir hatten ein tolles Angebot, 100 USD pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück für zwei. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich glaube, wir wurden beim Einchecken auf ein Familienzimmer umgebucht. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und ziemlich sauber, abgesehen von einem Glasdruck auf einem der Nachttische. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an *********, japanischen und westlichen Gerichten.

Room was pretty spacious. My first rooom had smell in it and asked for a look, they asked us whether we want to move to another room or not. Good job!

The Room is big, the view is awesome. Super convenient as its connected to departmental store which you can get food, shopping, drinks and everything you need. The hotel’s breakfast was really good, tried the steam bath, sauna and slept really well during the night. Worth it👍

This hotel has 5 stars on Trip.com indicating it is a 5-star hotel but it is at best a 3-star hotel as it has no swimming pool or other recreational facilities. Its deco is outdated. It doesn't even have a proper lobby for cars to drop off passengers. The facilities and rooms are very dated. It doesn't even provide hand soap! The room is quite clean but there is lack of electrical sockets. The positive thing about this hotel is the location is quite central and rooms are quite spacious.

I can say that it's the best location for our trip to Taipei. We booked this hotel urgently because we got a cancellation from another hotel and booked this hotel an hour before check - in. The host is super accommodating and reachable. The layout of the room is superb and made us feel like home's sweet home. Will return again someday.

Wir kamen zum Hotel und wurden warm von der Mitarbeiterin begrüßt, die uns zum Parken im Untergrundgarage geführt. Eincheckung war schnell und einfach, und das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig genug. Bett war komfortabel. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, in der Nähe der Hauptsichten von Chiayi, obwohl es nicht viel zu tun ist sofort um das Hotel selbst.
