Großes Zimmer, beklopptes Badezimmer: WC vor das Waschbecken gebaut, halbseitig, mit 15 cm Platz, Badezimmertür versperrt Zugang zu Dusche / Badewanne, lautstarker Reinigungsservice. Alles andere sehr gut, Lage sehr nah am Bahnhof und direkt neben einer 11-stöckigen Mall, Park, Miyahara Eis und Nachtmärkte in fußläufiger Entfernung, sehr freundliches Personal, imposante Eingangshalle, großes Zimmer

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage direkt neben der Hai'an Road. Es dauert nur 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß, um malerische Orte wie die Guohua Street und die Shennong Street zu besuchen. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und höflich, das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, das Duschbad verfügt über getrennte Trocken- und Nassräume und eine Badewanne. Die Kissen und die Matratze sind weich und bequem, der einzige Nachteil ist jedoch, dass der Platz relativ klein ist.

Pool was under maintenance during the period of stay. Location though at night market was still a distance away from railway station. Taxi fare abt TWD220. There was hotel shuttle service but no clear instructions on how to book in advance. Info not available on trip.com. Concierge staff did not readily offer the service also. Was told only available to members. Not for 3rd party booking. Am disappointed. Room was spacious. 2 queen size beds. But toilet and bathroom were small. Head will hit the door if I sit at toilet bowl and lean just a bit forward. The bathroom door hits the rain shower head, so if not notice, and open the door with force may break the glass door. Yellow lights in the room were very dim. Make ambience cozy and classy but very straining to the eyes. 2 out of 3 laundry machines out of order. Laundry powder did not dispense from vending machine. Hv to change coins at lobby when laundry is at 6th floor. Overall, not quite up to expectations unfortunately.

Schon beim Betreten der Lobby strömt einem ein sehr wohlriechender Geruch entgegen, der einem das Gefühl gibt, im Urlaub zu sein! Das Zimmer am Pool hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und die Strandeinrichtungen können kostenlos gemietet werden. Ich bringe meine Kinder jedes Jahr hierher und sie haben eine tolle Zeit

Tolle Lage! In der Nähe des Bahnhofs Tainan. Wir hatten ein tolles Angebot, 100 USD pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück für zwei. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, aber ich glaube, wir wurden beim Einchecken auf ein Familienzimmer umgebucht. Das Zimmer war recht geräumig und ziemlich sauber, abgesehen von einem Glasdruck auf einem der Nachttische. Zum Frühstück gab es eine große Auswahl an *********, japanischen und westlichen Gerichten.

Highly recommended. The room is clean and spacious, they served free coffee and tea inside your room. The place is very convenient, can easily access to any transportation that you like, bus, train and taxi is accessible. There is also a lot of convenient stores around the hotel.

Clean and well kept hotel. Very close to the train station (just across the road) and next to a shopping mall. However, would still need to take uber to other sights of Tainan. Check in took quite a while as we had 2 rooms booked under Trip.com. Originally gave us only one room with a Trip.com voucher which indicated 2 rooms. After checking for a fairly long while, they found the other room. Quite surprised of this service standard from shangri-la brand of hotels. We booked 2 nights and early morning which is around 8+am, housekeeping came knocking on our door to want to clean and tidy the room while we were still in bed. Asked how long we needed to let her in to clean the room. Was speechless as this is the first time we had such an encounter. Disappointed with the service but location and cleanliness of the hotel are good.

My family and I changed about 3-4 hotels on our Taiwan trip this time and this hotel impressed us the most. Huge beds and clean interior. Really pleasant staffs as well. Only weird quirk was not providing some form of hand soap. Still, a 10/10 hotel and there isn’t any place I’d rather stay the next time I visit Taichung!

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Eigentum. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Das Personal war freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit, zu helfen. 🙌😻 Die Einrichtungen waren gut und erfüllten meine Erwartungen. Die Lage war bequem und machte es einfach zu kommen. Insgesamt war es eine gute Erfahrung und ich würde diesen Ort anderen empfehlen. 😍👍

Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Wir buchen Zimmer mit einem Königsbett. Toilette ist gut. Lage bequem. Nur 6 Minuten von chiayi TSR. 16 Minuten von chiayi HSR. Nicht so gut ist in der Nähe des Krankenhauses in der Nacht haben Krankenwagen-Sound.
