Hotel is next to star casino and walking distance to board beach. Hotel is looking pretty new and in fact, has been opened for few years. The only down side was the house keeping on one of the night. We booked for 3 rooms for 3 nights, on the first day, the house keeping was completely messed up. 3x Rooms did make up (partly) with soil towels (one of the room only has bed tidy up, nothing else) and etc were collected, however, no cleaned towels replaced, bin still full. Without this drama, this hotel is good.

My stay at the Emporium Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel instantly welcome. Every interaction felt genuine — the staff clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every detail of the guest experience. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay with world-class service and a truly welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend the Emporium Hotel highly enough. It’s an experience that exceeds expectations in every way.”

Restaurant staff were wonderful but meals were below average. No antre's at all on the menu and only 5 mains listed. Very small chicken parmy and very small serving of mediteranian lamb that was over salted. We left hungry and dissapointed as at no time were we informed of a restricted menu and there is no way possible a chef cooked those meals. No real chef would have let that leave the kitchen. Expensive carparking at the hotel that is extra so we opted to park in the street at risk.

I’ve stayed at these apartments a few times because of the stunning. This apartment was on level 63 facing out towards the city and Riverside. The apartments is stunning. It has a full kitchen, and laundry with a modern bathroom. Separate bedroom. Both the bedroom and the lounge have have amazing views of the city and river this apartment. Your site parking is $45.

Für ein paar Nächte gut gelegen. Die Preise sind angemessen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Badezimmer, die nicht direkt am Zimmer liegen. Immerhin ist es sauber. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich, aber hauptsächlich Studenten, die sich mit der Unterkunft nicht besonders gut auskennen.

Für die letzte Etappe unserer Reise kehrten wir ins Star Grand Brisbane zurück und wurden erneut nicht enttäuscht. Von den stilvollen, komfortablen Zimmern bis hin zum freundlichen und professionellen Personal – alles an diesem Hotel vermittelt das Gefühl eines luxuriösen Zuhauses fernab der Heimat. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Betten unglaublich bequem und die Lage ist ideal, um alles zu genießen, was Brisbane zu bieten hat. Es war der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen nach unseren Reisen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die kostenlose Snack- und Getränkebar, obwohl eine nette Geste, wurde während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts nicht aufgefüllt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sie aufgefrischt worden wäre, vor allem, da wir mehr als eine Nacht blieben. Hoffentlich wird hier nachgebessert. Abgesehen davon hat es das Gesamterlebnis nicht getrübt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war ein sehr geräumiges Hotel. Der Pool hatte eine Rutsche und ein Sprungbrett, sodass ich auch an Tagen, an denen ich früh ins Hotel zurückkam, Spaß haben konnte. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt. Die Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, deshalb musste ich an der Rezeption danach fragen. Die Dusche hatte einen starken Wasserdruck und ich konnte die Temperatur einstellen, was sehr angenehm war. Von der Stadt aus benötigt man ein Taxi, das etwa 15–30 US-Dollar pro Strecke kostet.

Fully equipped kitchen, walkable distance to Queen Street Mall and lots of eateries nearby. Smooth check in process, very satisfied.

The staff at reception is super friendly. Room facilities are in good condition, it's easy to see they are well taken care of. The only thing I am not so satisfied with is we found some moth flies in the bathroom. Did not use the swimming pool so can not leave an opinion. All in all, It's worth the price!

The bed was sooooooo comfortable I fell asleep within minutes. The breakfast buffet was top notch. After 28 hours of travelling, this was the best place to rest and recharge before returning to reality.
