⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Stay! We stayed in the 2 Bed Family Villa at Chinchilla Motor Inn and couldn’t have been happier. The villa was modern, spotless, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The location is excellent, convenient yet quiet, making it perfect for families. What truly impressed us, though, was the amazing service. Our daughter accidentally left her beloved Kindle behind, and the staff went above and beyond to help. They carefully packed it in a bubble-wrap envelope and posted it back to us free of charge, even though we offered to cover the cost and their time. It arrived safely, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and honesty. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We’d highly recommend Chinchilla Motor Inn to anyone — fantastic facilities and even better people!

Great hotel and location. Has everything you need within walking distance. Restaurants bars and casino just downstairs. Pool was lovely. More restaurants and Pac Fair mall just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. We even walked to Draculas Cabaret for some evening entertainment one night. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was clean. Would stay here again. The only down side was having to pay extra for parking. It’s $20 a day.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was ok but during our stay, no one came and clean up and we asked to change the towels only and the housekeeper seemed like she wasn't happy. When we checked in, the staff at the reception didn't give us any information on when to check out or information about the hostel because my application showed that I could check out until 5 pm, luckily I was asking. We don't ask for any special treatment but just the basic thing that we should've known. We've stayed at YHA Sydney Harbour and the staff were friendlier. Not that bad but not that good though.

Das Cairns Pacific Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Piers. Es ist ein sehr altes Hotel mit veralteter Ausstattung und häufigen Aufzugsstörungen – zum Glück ohne Unfälle. Ich kam am Anreisetag gegen 22 Uhr im Hotel an. Da das Zimmer nicht der gebuchten Kategorie entsprach, konnte mir die Rezeption nur ein zusätzliches Zimmer anbieten, was eine akzeptable Lösung war. Das Frühstück ist kostenpflichtig und die Auswahl begrenzt (Kaffee, Brot, Obst, Hotdogs, Speck, keine warme Suppe oder andere Gerichte), aber der Preis ist auch nicht gerade günstig. Das Zimmer war geräumig, aber das Badezimmer war alt.

Alles war wunderbar. Komfortable Betten, große, komfortable Badezimmer, 24-hour Rezeption und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Es gibt einen beliebten Nachtclub in der Nähe, aber der Lärm von ihm hat nicht mein Zimmer erreicht.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht vom Bett aus. Tagsüber kann man sich auf den Strandkörben sonnen und abends zum Essen in die Stadt laufen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannend und das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett. Ich hatte eine tolle Woche!

It was great stay. Clean room, quiet, peaceful ambiance plus the beach itself. Professional staff. In short we love it ❤️

The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 min walk away from the convention centre. The train station and bus station is nearby and the walk to the nearby turbocat makes the hotel in a prime location for transport. The front desk was efficient and pleasant. Although I check in early and the rooms were not ready, they were nice to allow us to use the facilites on the 21st floor to relax and shower. Also on the 21st floor is the rooftop bar which has the best views of South bank and the skyline. The Vista King Suite was a huge room with large bathroom sitting area and the bed was super comfortable. It took me awhile to find the door, which was hidden behind a glass door enclosure to block out noise. Housekeeping was efficient and meticulous. Breakfast was either in the cafe on G/F or the 21st floor. Servings were hearty and filling from the a la carte menu.

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte Vorhänge. Die oberen Etagenbetten standen eng beieinander, wodurch es etwas eng war. Steckdosen und Lampen waren vorhanden. Praktischerweise gab es auch Haken an den Betten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Dusche hatte ausreichend heißes Wasser, und vor dem Zimmer gab es einen Sitzbereich zum Entspannen und Fernsehen. Der Balkon war schön. Die Verkehrsanbindung war etwas ungünstig, da nur wenige Busse fuhren, und das WLAN war recht schwach. Abgesehen davon war ich aber sehr zufrieden.

The location of the hostel was great, right in the centre of where you need to be. The staff were nice and helpful. However the hostel standard was not up to the same level as the location and staff. The rooms were moderately clean, we had a massive brown stain on our bedding when we arrived, the showers and toilets had mould and clumps of spiders and spiders webs everywhere. In the corners, on the ceilings, in the actual toilet and shower areas. That being said you get what you pay for, this is one of the cheapest hostels in airlie beach, so you sacrifice some cleanness due to how cheap it is.
