Ich genossen meinen Aufenthalt in Crowne Plaza, aber leider hat der Fernseher nicht für meinen gesamten Aufenthalt arbeiten. Das Personal war sehr entschuldigt, leider hat es nicht meinen gesamten Aufenthalt beendet. Es ist nur eine Schande, dass die Probleme mit dem Internet und dem Fernsehen nicht gelöst wurden, bevor mein Aufenthalt abgeschlossen wurde.

Dorsett Gold Coast boasts a prime location, just one street away from the large shopping centre Pacific Fair. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it only takes a 10-minute walk to get to the beach. The hotel entrance is right at the Tram Station. The room facilities are quite good, featuring a small balcony that offers a view of the sea when opened. However, the shower water pressure is somewhat weak, and the floor gets a bit slippery when wet. Aside from these, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Carter at the front desk for making us feel right at home.
黄金海岸的帝盛酒店位置很不错，距离大型购物中心Pacific Fair就一条街的距离，周围吃的很多，10分钟可以走到海边，酒店门口就是Tram Station。房间的设施也不错，带小阳台，打开可以看到海。只是淋浴水量比较小，地板沾水有一点滑。除此之外，特别点赞前台Carter，让人有宾至如归之感。 - Chinese Customers

+ Was an excellent stay. Great pools and jacuzzi.
- Room clean could be better as they did not top up the tea or sweetener, or laundry detergent. When called to bring sweetener, they brought sugar instead.
= But overall, nothing that couldn't be rectified. Would stay again and as I usually do at the Meriton.

少し中心部からは離れていましたが、歩いて10分程度だったので問題なかったです。
お部屋もきれいで快適に過ごせました。
窓からの眺めも良かったです✨
掃除サービスはなく、フロントでのタオル交換がタイミングが合わないとできなかったので、そこだけ不便でした💦

Das ist unser erstes Aufenthalt in Capri By Fraser Brisbane ❤️ Schön dekoriertes Umfeld und einer der Hauptpunkte ist das super geräumige Badezimmer 😆 Ein schöner Spaziergang zu den Woolies und Essens im Hotel. Hoffentlich wieder!

We loved our fabulous historic cabin that has been renovated beautifully. The communal areas are wonderful, including the pool, Balinese hut lounge, and the kitchen/ dining area. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay 👍.

Overall very pleasant experience.
Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages.
Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful.
The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.

Das Innengebäude des Hostels war sehr gut. Besonders einfach zu besuchen, ziemlich sauber und sehr bequem mit der Person zu kommunizieren. Die Dusche war sauber und großartig.

Our stay in the deluxe safari cabin was amazing!! Situated right on the garden bed where turtles, ducks and fish swim up to be fed. The cabin itself is perfect for a family of 4 and is very clean. The park boasts two pools, playground and jumping inflatable. You can also hire bikes or pedal carts for cheap. Close proximity to the esplanade and specialty shops, I highly recommend our stay and we will be back.

But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to

I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

GGastnutzerHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

Der einzige Nachteil war, dass ich am nächsten Tag in ein niedriges behindertengerechtes Zimmer umziehen musste. Ich habe nicht darum gebeten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, und ich konnte die Dämpfe aus dem Restaurant unten riechen. Es wird empfohlen, ein höheres Stockwerk zu buchen

Die Cairns Esplanade Lagoon und der Hafen sind mit einem 30-minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen, das Cairns Central Einkaufszentrum innerhalb von 15 Minuten.
Der Flughafen ist mit dem Taxi 7 Minuten (ca. 25 AUD) entfernt.
Ausstattung:
Es gibt einen Fernseher, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage (sehr laut), Wasserkocher, Föhn, Schrank.
Das Bett ist sehr bequem, es gibt mehrere Kissen.
Das Frühstück war okay: Toast mit süßen Aufstrichen, Müsli mit Milch, Pancakes mit Sirup, Getränke (Kaffee, Saft...).
Service:
Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Rezeption ist nachts nicht besetzt.
Am Boden liegende Handtücher wurden vom Reinigungspersonal nicht ersetzt, sondern liegen gelassen.
Sauberkeit:
Die Verkehrsflächen alle sauber, Bettwäsche und Handtücher alles sauber. Wenn man aber genauer hinsieht, merkt man, dass in den Ecken nicht so genau geputzt wird. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer auch kleine Kakerlaken (wir haben mindestens 14 getötet), laut Rezeption sei dies aufgrund des tropischen Klimas normal und könne nicht verhindert werden.

JJi around the worldWir haben schon mal in einem The Village Hostel in Canberra geblieben und eine ziemlich gute Erfahrung gemacht, das war unser erstes Mal in Cairns und wir haben ihre Gastfreundschaft noch einmal sehr geschätzt!
Das Hostel war riesig, die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und wir wurden im Allgemeinen alles, was wir brauchten (Waschzimmer, alle ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer usw.) angeboten.
Es war ein kurzer Aufenthalt, aber wir genossen wirklich, wie nah das Hostel vom lokalen Pool und Nachtmarkt war!
It’s a 20-min taxi drive from the airport (note that there’s no public transport in this area of the city).
Wäre definitiv empfohlen The Village insgesamt, warum nicht in der nächsten Zukunft einige ihrer anderen Standorte versuchen!

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
