Exceptional Luxury with Thoughtful Tech and Standout Service I recently stayed at the Dorsett Gold Coast, and it was an outstanding experience. The level of detail across the property is highly visible, making for a stay that feels both premium and personalized. A Seamless Arrival The check-in experience set a fantastic tone. We were warmly greeted and offered welcome drinks at the Jin Café & Bar, which was a lovely touch. While we navigated the parking, the porter took our luggage directly to our room, allowing us to settle in stress-free. Speaking of parking, while it is $20 per night, it is worth every cent for the convenience. The ”in and out” process is incredibly seamless because the staff enters your registration number into the system, so you never have to worry about tickets or delays. Standout Service: Special Thanks to Sona The service here is truly top-tier. I want to give a huge mention to Sona at reception, who was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. Her professionalism and warmth were much appreciated. Furthermore, the speed of the reception service for any phone requests was impressive—they are lightning-fast. The ”Smart” Room Details The room design features some ”genius” touches that I haven't seen elsewhere: * The Smart Mirror: The bathroom mirror has a specialized coating so that even after a steaming hot shower, a specific section remains perfectly clear. * Auto Night Light: The bathroom has an automatic night light that activates on its own—perfect for navigating at night without fumbling for switches. * The in room switches was also very thoughtful and unique, for the first time experienced such. * The Chromecast casting tech was great as you can stream what you like. Dining & Relaxation The pool area is absolutely fancy and stunning—a perfect spot to lounge. We also enjoyed the hearty buffet breakfast at the Star Grand; it’s a great spread, though I’d love to see a few more vegetarian varieties added to the hot selection. Constructive Feedback To make the experience truly 5-star across the board, there are two areas for improvement: * In-Room Appliances: The hairdryer and iron felt quite basic and didn't really match the premium, high-tech vibe of the hotel. * Poolside Dining: While the pool itself is beautiful, the restaurant menu there is very limited and almost negligible. More food variety by the water would be a big plus. Overall, a fantastic stay. Between the tech, the parking ease, and the wonderful service from Sona, I would definitely recommend the Dorsett!

Wir blieben im Chinchilla Motor Inn als Familie und hatten eine fantastische Erfahrung. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt perfekt für eine Familienstopp. Eine besondere Erwähnung für die schöne Dame auf der Rezeption, die unglaublich hilfreich und willkommen war. Hoch empfehlen, dass jeder durchquert oder in Chinchilla verbleibt!

The location is a bit far from city if u don’t have a car but can call 13cab to go somewhere. It’s surrounded by Coles and many restaurants. Also has a park nearby. Cleanliness is very good! Everything we need they already provided, it’s be great if they provide microwave and slippers too. I spent 2 nights, everything is totally awesome! I’d recommend to my friends for sure. Their service is 10/10 appreciated that

Sehr schöne familienfreundliche Anlage, mit 2 großen und schön gestalteten Pools. Wir haben unsere Kinder dort fast nicht mehr rausbekommen. Das Hotel ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend gelegen, dank der Pools und der zwei Restaurants kann es etwas lauter werden. War aber vollkommen okay. Die Anlage kann viele überdachte Wege, welche vor Sonnenschein oder auch Starkregen (wie bei uns) schützen.

Es ist schön und ruhig, und ziemlich komfortabel, aber es gibt noch eine Menge Haare auf dem Boden, und es sieht nicht super sauber aus. Das Personal schien ein wenig verwirrt mit der Information, aber es ist alles gut. Erwarte nicht nur fünf-Sterne-Service, das ist alles.

War aufgrund früherer Bewertungen etwas nervös, fand aber das Personal an der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Ausstattung wirklich gut. Das Zimmer war einfach, aber die Lage war fußläufig erreichbar. Obwohl es nachts manchmal etwas laut war, waren die anderen Gäste freundlich und rücksichtsvoll. Würde wieder hier übernachten!

Ich war von meinem dreitägigen Aufenthalt begeistert. Bett und Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Einziger Nachteil ist die Parkplatzsuche bei der Anmietung eines Autos, da das Star-Parking mit 45 $ pro Einzel- und Einzelfahrt teuer ist. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist das fehlende Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, man kommt leicht in die Stadt und findet Restaurants und Supermärkte (zu Fuß erreichbar). Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, Dampfbad, Sauna, Skydeck und Fitnessstudio sind großartig. Insgesamt finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu teuer für den fehlenden Parkplatz und das fehlende Frühstück.

Sehr schönes Hotel, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt genossen. Sie können schlafen und dem Rauschen des Meeres lauschen. Das Restaurant ist ziemlich gut und das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich.

Große Lage und sicher keine Notwendigkeit zu einfachen Frühstück ist yum Kaffee ist heiß kann zurück sitzen und entspannen und genießen Sie das Wochenende und sie haben es den Rest Ihres Aufenthalts abgedeckt . Danke, Jungs 10/10 Das beste Teil, den ich liebe war das Balkonzimmer 1502 ziemlich sicher, weil das ist in der 0th der frische Luft. Und Zimmerservice schnell und erschwinglich.

Ausgezeichneter Ort für den Aufenthalt! Super freundlich und großzügiges Personal vor allem Elaine im Vordergrund. Der Moment, in dem wir sie geprüft haben, war so hilfreich und sehr respektvoll in der Kommunikation. Dies ist wie Heimgefühl und Werbung nicht alles detailliert.. Es ist über diesen Komfort hinaus. Einziges was war Lärm, weil das Gebäude auf dem Rücken Immobilien und klar kommuniziert.. es hat uns nicht so beeinflusst wie am Samstag, als wir vor allem aus der Exploration und spät nachmittag bis Montag.. voll Komfort. Die Plätze für das Projekt werden bald abgeschlossen.. sehr empfehlen, wie nahe den Stränden... und nahe Ort. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Aussicht auf unser Fenster.
