Die Lage ist bequem, wenn Sie sich von der Stadtzentrum entfernt und vermieden teuer öffentlicher Parkplatz. Ein wenig Lärm wegen der Hauptstraße, aber im Allgemeinen ist es ok. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze am Ort, es ist kostengünstig bei AUD 40 pro Nacht und die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und begrenzt. Das Zimmer kommt nicht mit einem Ausstattungssatz; ein Pluspunkt ist jedoch, dass es einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und einige grundlegende Werkzeuge, Kegel und Platten enthält. Ich habe das zusätzliche Gewässer im Zimmer geschätzt.. während kleine, es war besser als nichts. Das Bad ist schlecht konzipiert, es ist fast unmöglich, Ihr Gesicht dort zu waschen, ohne Ihren Kopf auf den Fächer zu schlagen! Die Dusche ist gut, aber der Boden wird leicht nass, weil es keine Duschegarten, um das Wasser von der WC-Bereich zu blockieren. Zusätzlich werden keine Toiletten andere als Basisschampo, Duschegel und Klimaanlage bereitgestellt. Das Hotel verfügt nicht über einen Wäscheservice, aber es gibt einen Waschmaschine im Freien Park direkt gegenüber dem Hotel. Für das Essen gibt es eine McDonald's und KFC in der Nähe, etwa einen 5-minute Spaziergang entfernt. Alternativ können Sie überfahren, da sie ihre eigenen Parkplätze bieten. Das Frühstück ist extrem grundlegende, bestehend aus nur Brot, Toaster, Obst und einer Maschine für Milch, Kaffee und Tee. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und macht Sie sich wie zu Hause fühlen

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und mit der Stadtbahn direkt im Erdgeschoss, sodass alles bequem zu erreichen ist. Mein Zimmer lag im 16. Stock, und ich habe, wie in den Bewertungen erwähnt, keine Kakerlaken gesehen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, gut ausgestattet und recht sauber. Meine einzige Beschwerde war, dass das Frühstück à la carte serviert wurde und die Preise auf der Speisekarte standen. Das Frühstückslimit lag bei 30 Dollar pro Person, jeder darüber hinausgehende Betrag wurde separat berechnet. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht klar angegeben, und ich hoffe, dass dies in Zukunft behoben wird.

Excellent location, lovely apartment, and great facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay. Very quiet room which faced north so morning sun into balcony and beds. The TV screen was the largest I have ever experienced in a room. Room service meals were excellent and no detail spared. Huge white towels and roomy bathroom too. Even iron and ironing board there. We can’t wait to return.

We stayed for four nights over the Easter holiday in a panorama sea view room in the new tower. First of all, the location is excellent. The pool area has a sandy beach, and compared to the Hilton next door, the water was much clearer and very pleasant. The view is absolutely beautiful. However, when the tide goes out, it turns into what feels like a “panoramic mudflat view,” so I would recommend carefully considering the timing of your stay. On the other hand, there were several issues with the room. There is no balcony, and the windows cannot be opened. There were mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten multiple times, which caused itching and swelling. The insect repellent device in the hallway was empty, which made me question the quality of housekeeping management. When I spoke to a female staff member at reception, I was told that only body spray repellent was available, and no further assistance was offered, so I had to purchase and install my own insect repellent. In addition, there was a sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom. The mirror and sink were not properly cleaned and appeared dirty. The room and hallway also had a moldy smell, and due to the humidity, the bed linens felt damp. The duvet was thin and not very comfortable. As I am sensitive to smells, these issues made me feel nauseous and unwell. Later, my husband spoke to a male staff member at reception. Although the hotel was fully booked and we were unable to change rooms, he responded with sincerity, apologized thoroughly, and instructed housekeeping to carry out a deep cleaning. When we returned from going out, the bathroom had been properly cleaned and the sewage smell was gone. The moldy smell in the room did not completely disappear, but it had been masked with deodorizer, and we were able to sleep well that night. However, the same issues returned the following day. As it was the Easter holiday and other hotels were fully booked, we had no choice but to stay until the end of our reservation. Afterward, I checked reviews and found many similar complaints about the moldy smell, which made me regret not researching more thoroughly beforehand. I had assumed that as a five-star hotel, it would be fine. Overall, the reception staff were kind, friendly, and professional. In particular, the male staff member who assisted us was excellent. On the other hand, I felt that the quality of housekeeping needs improvement. In my opinion, these issues are largely due to a design flaw—specifically, the building was designed with aesthetics prioritized over functionality by the construction company and architect, resulting in rooms where windows cannot be opened despite the humid tropical climate. The older tower, which has balconies and windows that can be opened, may not have the same problems. I would not recommend this hotel to those who are sensitive to smells, but for those who are not, it can still be a wonderful place to stay given its location and facilities.

Good location with tram stop at doorstep. Sara at the reception was great, offered us early check in and late check out and upgraded us to 23rd floor. Room was very spacious, a bit dated but very well maintained. Amazing sea & skyline from the balcony, might feel a bit daunting as very narrow. Room has a coffee machine. Bathroom is spacious but shower door was very mouldy. The revolving restaurant on 26th floor had 270 degree view of the surroundings. Staff was very friendly and allowed us to take photos although we didnt eat there. Pool and deck on the ground floor is good with a heated jacuzzi. The lifts are on the outside with views of the hinterland. There is a restaurant in the lobby. Although a bit pricey, would definitely stay again.

It was a bit painful from the get go checking in. You have to go to a different hotel a block over. There is nowhere to park to check in. I called the number to be put through to a call centre that isn’t on site. Call 1: yes you can park in the visitor parking just buzz and they’ll let you in. Call 2: while blocking the driveway I’m unable to find a buzzer that reaches reception. Operator sounds confused, I hang up and someone is coming out so I sneak in. Call 3: I’m parked in visitor parks, go up the lift and come out at another building. She again sounds confused. If I go out the door I won’t be able to get back in without a fob, so I’m asking which way I should go. There are no signs to tell me how to get to Ivy and Eve apartments. I eventually find a worker who takes me around to reception. Sorted. Or so I think. I check in with reception. The girl was really lovely and informative. So I think, until I reach the carpark of the next building I’m staying at. The sheet of paper she gave me says “your allocated car space is 131 and is located on 55. I drive in looking for level 55, car space 131. Neither of these exist. Call 4: Where is my carpark? Am I missing something. Keep in mind every time I call I’m asked to give all my details so they can verify my booking so by now I’m pretty tired of it all. She finds my booking and says oh yes you’re in park 55 on level B1. (See photo for why I was confused!) I drive around the carpark looking for a 55. It doesn’t exist. All carparks are labelled with a sign saying Art house and 4 numbers. Ok maybe it’s the last 2? Nope doesn’t exist. After driving around for a bit I realise there are numbers on the ground of the carpark that are completely different to the signs (I didn’t look at the ground because the signs said art house) So finally I work out that this is my park. Another confused guest stops to ask me where his park might be and I explain it’s the floor ones not the art house signs. So I wasn’t the only one. Ok so park the car, go upstairs to room 1106 which of course is on floor 10. Makes sense lol. As soon as I open the door I’m hit with a wet musty kind of smell. Like the place had been flooded and not allowed to dry out properly maybe? I opened all the windows and when that didn’t work I went and bought some air freshener to hide the smell a bit. We left all the doors open all night and next day and the smell improved. The lounge chairs are not comfy if you’re looking for a stay in watch Netflix type staycay, but the beds are really comfy. The place was pretty immaculately clean so that was nice. And washer dryer were great to have. If I had have known I’d need to go through all that checkin at another building I would not have booked. Maybe I missed the part that mentioned this? Ahh well we enjoyed our stay in general, it just didn’t get off to a good start.

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren ... Wir benutzen den Aufzug nicht am Freitag Abend/Samstag, so dass wir immer einen Bodenboden beantragen. Dieses Jahr kamen wir zu dem Schluss, dass wir auf der 2. Etage geladen wurden, aber das Rezeptionspersonal hatte bereits online angesehen und entdeckt, dass unsere ”Lift”-Beschränkungen nur Fri / Sat so waren, als wir angemeldet, Sie haben uns angeraten, dass wir im 2. Stock sind, aber nicht zu besorgen. sie werden uns in eine Grundeigenwohnung am Frei. Sie bedeuten wirklich, dass sie uns bewegen würden! Wir haben alles verpackt, außer für den Kühlschrank am Freitag Morgen, gingen einige Stunden raus und kamen zurück in den Nachmittags und im Interventionszeitraum kamen sie, setzten uns alle unsere Sachen in die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung und setzten sogar die Kühlschrank-/Froschartikel und unser Lesematerial in die gleichen Punkte in die Erdgeschoss-Wohnung! Hassle kostenlos für uns. Nicht nur das, sondern der Freund am Empfang sagte, er habe auch online entdeckt, dass wir nicht automatische Türen auf unserem Sabbat verwenden. In all den Jahren habe ich nie davon erwähnt, als wir geduldig warten, dass jemand in/out geht und sie begleitet. Er sagte, dass wir das nicht mehr tun müssen. Wir könnten eine Notausgangtür verwenden und er wird die Alarmauslösung ausschalten. Wir sind super beeindruckt von dem Kundenservice ... sogar auf unsere religiösen/kulturellen Anforderungen und prämpt-Probleme zu suchen. Wenn es negative gibt, bemerke ich, dass das WLAN sehr langsam ist. Das ist es!

Der Busverkehr ist nicht sehr bequem. Besonders wenn Sie nachts zum Hotel zurückkehren, können Sie oft keinen Busverkehr haben, wenn Sie lange Berge zurückkehren. Aber es gibt einen Busverkehr am Tag, wenn Sie nicht zu häufig sind. Es ist gerade eine Entfernung vom Zentrum. Die Blumen im Badezimmer haben einen seltsamen Mechaniker, aber zwei Handtücher sind immer noch gut. Es gibt einige schwarze Punkte im Schlafzimmer, aber das Zimmer ist groß. Es gibt keine Landschaft und gar keine Privatsphäre im zweiten Stock, die den Menschen zugute kommen. Am nächsten Morgen hat er über 270 Messer außer 100 Gold gedreht. Nachdem er den Postmanager kontaktiert hat, hat er keine Erklärung dafür gemacht, dass er sich entschuldigt hat. Es fühlt sich sehr unglaublich an.
