This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

十分愉快的一次合肥住宿經歷，方萊國際大酒店經開區店給旅途加分不少。酒店環境雅緻乾淨，客房空間大，居住舒適度高。地理位置無可挑剔，靠近地鐵，海洋館、徽園、正大廣場都在周邊，出行遊玩購物特別省事。贈送的自助早午餐超出預期，菜品豐富，口味在線。不管是客房保潔，還是工作人員服務態度，細節都很用心，前台小姐姐特別用熱情體貼。不管獨自出行還是結伴遊玩，都非常推薦這家酒店。

Dieses war meiner Meinung nach gut und das Zimmer war relativ groß, also habe ich mich dafür entschieden. Der zweitägige Aufenthalt hier war großartig und ich kann wirklich jedem empfehlen, es auszuprobieren. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und wurde erst letztes Jahr eröffnet. Alle Zimmer verfügen über intelligente Toiletten, auch die öffentlichen Toiletten. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der malerischen Gegend, ganz in der Nähe des Eingangs der Yuping-Seilbahn. Es gibt viele malerische Orte in der Umgebung, die Sie heute Morgen auf eigene Faust erkunden können, und sie stehen diesen in nichts nach In der malerischen Gegend sind die kleinen Brücken und das fließende Wasser sehr komfortabel und für Urlaubsreisen geeignet. Ich habe das Vorverkaufspaket gekauft. Nach dem Kauf bin ich direkt zum Bestellformular gegangen, um einen Check-in-Termin zu reservieren. Der Paketpreis ist nicht nur sehr günstig, er beinhaltet auch Bargetränke für 2 Personen, Teeverkostung für 2 Personen und ein Menü für 2 Personen. Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier und das Abendessen, das wir am ersten Tag in der Stadt Tangkou hatten, war zu gewöhnlich! Nachdem ich das Hotel betreten hatte, aß ich zufällig im Hotel zu Abend. Es war ein sehr gutes Menü mit vier Gerichten, einer Suppe und einem Snack. Es hieß, es gäbe zwei Köche, einen Koch der kantonesischen Küche und einen ein Koch der Anhui-Küche. Ihre Handwerkskunst steht der eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels in nichts nach! Beim Frühstück handelt es sich nicht um ein Buffet, sondern es stehen den Kunden jeden Tag chinesische und westliche Optionen zur Auswahl. Am ersten Tag wählten wir chinesische und westliche Optionen und am zweiten Tag zwei Sätze chinesischer Optionen. Es gibt noch einen weiteren Punkt, der sich sehr gut für die Reise nach Huangshan eignet. Das Hotel ist für die Abholung und den Rücktransfer zum Busbahnhof Huangshan verantwortlich und holt die Kunden auch jeden Tag zu malerischen Orten ab war sehr rücksichtsvoll. Das Hotel verfügt über drei Nutzfahrzeuge zum Abholen und Bringen von Kunden, einen Mercedes-Benz, ein Buick-Nutzfahrzeug der Spitzenklasse und einen gewöhnlichen Buick. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, aber das gesamte Personal ist gut ausgebildet, herzlich und freundlich. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass sich Ihre Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen, ich liebe es! Neben dem Hotel befindet sich auch eine Kunstgalerie, in der verschiedene Huangshan-Gemälde ausgestellt sind und deren Besuch kostenlos ist.

We stayed at Jiuhuashan Alley Homestay (Huachengsi Branch) with our family, and it was without question one of the most satisfying accommodations we have experienced in recent years. From the very beginning to the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtful, well-organized, and genuinely welcoming. Even before our arrival, the host proactively contacted us via WeChat to confirm details and assist with planning. Communication was extremely smooth and responsive — no matter what time of day we had questions, we always received quick and helpful replies. For a destination like Jiuhua Mountain, where logistics and routes can feel overwhelming for first-time visitors, this kind of support makes a huge difference and immediately puts you at ease. The room itself exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a layout that worked perfectly for a family stay. Unlike many homestays that feel cramped, this room had plenty of space to relax, unpack, and truly rest. The bedding was clean and soft, and the overall atmosphere was calm and quiet, allowing us to sleep extremely well. Housekeeping standards were excellent — everything felt carefully maintained and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the afternoon tea, which was freely available and not limited or rushed. Sitting down in such a peaceful environment with tea and snacks after a day of sightseeing was incredibly relaxing. Evenings were peaceful and silent, which is exactly what you want after a full day at Jiuhua Mountain. The surrounding atmosphere perfectly matches the calm and reflective nature of the destination. What impressed us most was the overall sense of being well taken care of. This is not a place where service is performative or scripted — it feels sincere and consistent. From the communication, to the comfort of the room, to the little details like afternoon tea and thoughtful guidance, everything worked together to create a genuinely memorable stay. Huangshan ist mir zugleich vertraut und fremd. Ich habe dort viele Frühlingsfeste verbracht, bevor ich zehn war, doch fast zwanzig Jahre lang war ich nicht mehr dort gewesen. Vor zwei Jahren entdeckte ich die Lion Cliff Lodge, und schließlich, als meine Eltern vorschlugen, zum Neujahrsfest wieder auf den Berg zu fahren, kamen wir hierher. Die Lodge erfüllte alle meine Erwartungen: ruhig und abgeschieden, warm und doch zurückhaltend. Hier konnte ich im Morgengrauen 300 Meter den Bergpfad hinauflaufen, um den Affen, der das Meer beobachtet, zu sehen und den Sonnenaufgang über Huangshan zu genießen – einen Sonnenaufgang, an den ich mich aus meiner Kindheit erinnerte –, während der Berg menschenleer war. Ich konnte auch den Menschenmassen entfliehen, auf der Terrasse sitzen, die Sonne genießen und die gelegentlich vorbeifahrenden Seilbahnen zählen. Regen, Sonnenaufgang, Wolkenmeer, nebelverhangene Kiefern – die vier Tage, die ich hier in Huangshan verbrachte, verdichteten seine Schönheit und Erhabenheit für mich, während Yunji meine Erinnerungen an den Aufenthalt und das Essen in Huangshan immer wieder auffrischte. Ich bin schon viel gereist und habe in vielen Luxushotels übernachtet, aber die Lion Cliff Lodge ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Wir hatten ursprünglich zwei Nächte gebucht, aber weil wir so gern geblieben wären, haben wir noch eine Nacht drangehängt. Schon bevor wir am Tag unserer Abreise den Innenhof verließen, planten wir, im April die Blütenpracht zu bewundern und im Juli die kühle Brise zu genießen. Vielleicht ist das der Zauber von Huangshan. Der Frühling bringt hundert Blumen, der Herbst einen hellen Mond, der Sommer eine kühle Brise, der Winter Schnee, wenn man keine Sorgen hat, ist jede Jahreszeit schön. The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains! He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Baiyun Hotel. Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Es liegt sehr nah am Guangmingding, und für Sonnenauf- und -untergänge kann man zum Aoyu Peak gehen. Der Service des Butlers ist absolut aufmerksam und persönlich. Das Hotel bietet auch wattierte Jacken an, die man für den Sonnenauf- und -untergang mitnehmen kann. Abends um halb acht gibt es vor dem Hotel eine kostenlose Vorstellung, deren Darsteller alle Mitarbeiter des Baiyun Hotels sind. Die Interaktion mit den Touristen ist auch sehr gut, und wer die Fragen richtig beantwortet, bekommt ein kleines Geschenk. Sehr gut, sehr gut. Ich habe nur vergessen, Fotos vom Hotel zu machen, haha.

Die Umgebung ist ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das hoteleigene Restaurant bietet durchweg hochwertige Speisen, wobei der Mandarinfisch besonders hervorzuheben ist. Der Zimmerservice ist schnell und aufmerksam. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der hervorragenden Qualität des Deer Valley Guesthouse wechselte ich nach meiner Wanderung in ein anderes Gästehaus desselben Besitzers, Youhao Valley, um meinen Aufenthalt fortzusetzen.
