Dies ist einer der 2 Orte, an denen wir für unsere jährliche Weihnachts-Shoppingreise bleiben, so dass wir in der Vergangenheit mehrere Male wegen des Wertes geblieben sind. Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer wurden aufgeschlagen und die Bedürfnisse ersetzt, der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war schlecht und das Wasser war nicht heiß genug für mich, aber wir haben es geschafft. Insgesamt ist dies ein guter Ort zu bleiben, wenn Sie nicht über Dekoration gepflegt sind, weil es sauber war, nur ein paar Updates benötigen. Wir werden wahrscheinlich hier wieder bleiben, da es Suite-Typ Zimmer geben zusätzlichen Platz, um die Geschenke, die ich kaufen und der Preis ist angemessen.

We were caught up in ice and snow storm in Kimball Nebraska, while driving my son and his fiance across country, to move him to Alabama . This was the most convenient and accessible hotel for us to stop and spend the night at. The parking lot literally had 7 vehicles including ours in the parking lot, yet we could not get two rooms next to each other. My husband and I both suffer from terminal cancer and I am on oxygen, so it would have been wonderful to have one of the rooms that had a door to the outside and on the ground floor. The parking lot and all sidewalks were covered in ice and about 4 inches of snow making walking with luggage and an oxygen machine very cumbersome. Besides being unaccommodating , the staff was rude and uncaring. They had signs stating that they offer a breakfast, well, that consisted of a gallon of milk ,cold cereal, and bananas and that was the extent of breakfast. I was highly disappointed in this Super 8, and I have traveled across country numorouse times and stayed at Super 8's in several states and locations. However, I do have to say that the room was clean enough to sleep in which was a plus considering the service and accessibility for the handicapped was well below standard.

Great place to stay after a long day of driving. It's a little ways off the highway, but was worth the extra miles. Located in a great area. Room was clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend. Will stay here again when in the area. Staff was friendly.

Check in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts. .

Die Zimmer waren fantastisch und sauber. Pool und Heißräder waren sehr schön. Einzig was über den Pool ist, dass das Wasser nicht so heiß war, wie ich denke, heißen Pool sollte sein. Heißräder scheint nicht sehr heiß zu werden. Der erste Empfangsmitglied, der uns anmeldete, war sehr freundlich und hilfreich (Freitag, 16. Februar, 18.00 Uhr). Der Empfangsmitglied, der später an diesem Abend kam und am nächsten Abend arbeitete, war brutal, lächelte nicht oder greette überhaupt. Sie sah aus, als wollte sie irgendwo sein, aber hier. Sie wartete über 30 Minuten am Zähler, um Dollar-Bild zu bekommen. Haben keine Ahnung, wo sie war, wie sie nicht im Zähler war.

Stayed here recently with my wife during a business trip to Omaha. Got a nice sized, King Suite room with Jacuzzi and shower. Nice large, spacious room, though a bit out dated. That doesn't really bother me much at all, except the Jacuzzi simply DID NOT WORK. Couldn't even turn the water on! In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom was virtually non-existent. I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that you had to turn the water on in the shower, sink, etc., and simply walk away for several minutes and come back for it to even be warm. It seems the hospitality industry everywhere we go has completely abandoned even the most basic and standard elements of ensuring people have a pleasant stay while traveling. We were loyal to another hotel chain (IHG hotels) for over 25 years when we started getting frustrated with their increasing poor management and quality and starting staying in Choice hotels hoping to see something better. Well, they've been a major disappointment as well. We don't expect 5-star resort treatment at these places, but when trying to book the better rooms and still stay budget-friendly you don't expect to take for granted things like hot running water. The hotel wasn't at all busy so it wasn't a matter of the plumbing system being taxed with maximum occupancy. We also stayed in another Choice Hotels location this same weekend and it was an even worse experience. The only redeeming quality about this place was that the lady running the breakfast area in the morning was staying on top of things. Apart from that, we're pretty much through with Choice Hotels at this point. May just have to start traveling in an RV and avoid hotel stays altogether!

4:00 check in time is unacceptable. It is not rocket surgery – service vacated rooms first, allow guests in when they arrive. This does not cost the motel anything extra, it is just better management. There were no USB charging stations. The rooms at Comfort Suites East were properly designed with a solid bathroom door that locks. We have been thoroughly disappointed by the recent trend to translucent, unlockable sliding bathroom doors. Our double queen room was large and fully equipped: big TV with lots of channels; fast enough WiFi with no password; desk with office chair; microwave; a couple of large drawers; sofa; upholstered chair; closet with door and wooden hangers; luggage rack; padded footstools/coffee tables; controllable HVAC unit under the window; night stand between the queen beds; fairly effective black out curtains, plenty of lights; iron and ironing board; enough counter space in the bathroom; hair dryer; coffee maker; ample hot water in the shower. Room did not meet my definition of a suite, but there is a partial room divider between the beds and sitting area. We suffered repetitive problems with magnetic ***** key cards in a couple of rooms, might take ten tries to properly scan, sometimes we would get the green light, but the door handle wouldn't “catch”. Our bed was short sheeted, I hate to have to remake a motel bed. Included breakfast was standard Comfort Suites fare: three kinds of dry cereal; DIY waffles; bagels; scrambled eggs; sausage; yogurt, and more, I found it satisfying.

Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, mit einem schönen Badezimmer und Arbeitsfenster, TV, schnellem Internet und einem schönen großen Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück war alles, was Sie gerne von einem selbstbedienten Buffet mit einem großen Waffelmaker und guten Früchten. Das einzige Enttäuschende war, als wir am Abend dort waren, dass die Frontlobby einen seltsamen Geruch hatte, fast wie getrocknete Milch oder eine seltsame Chemikalie. Das war zu schlecht, weil alles andere fantastisch für den Preis war.
