Cons: Receptionists creates much confusion and leave a bad experience. I won't return again unless the hotel do something about front desk customer service.. Before booking, they confirmed via wechat that the hotel provides free shuttle to ski resort and guests can use laundry room. Upon check-in, the female staff confirmed the ski resort shuttle service timing and said she will set up wechat group for me. Next day, i turned up at the agreed timing and she claimed that i should have contacted the driver directly if i needed the shuttle service and told me to wait in case there are more guests who wished to go to ski resort last minute. In the end, i never used this ski resort service as revised set off timing at 10:30am was too late. I only take the free shuttle to and fro the transfer station. Even then, the front desk often do not acknowledge my wechat messages, claiming they don't monitor the phone all the time. A few occasions, i had to wait in the cold. Towards the end, i just contacted the driver directly, who is more prompt. There was one evening (about 6:30pm) i wanted to use the mini washer in the laundry room as i only had a light load and requested for help from the male receptionist on duty. He claimed the laundry room is only for the hotel's use. After I insisted, he told me he didnt know how to use the washer and told me the last wash must be before 7pm. How ridiculous! I know some hotels have laundry curfew but not so early. Some people may not even be back from the ski resort or dinner. Pros: Polite driver and breakfast staff. Newly renovated, clean interiors. Great variety in breakfast menu with changes every day.

Therefore, I found the hotel's location convenient, as: ▪︎the bus stop to and from the train station is a 1-minute walk away. ▪︎Aksu's old streets (though not particularly interesting) and the night market are about a 20-minute walk away. ▪︎A lively night market sets up in the evening just around the corner from the hotel. ▪︎The Cultural and Tourist Distribution Center – where buses and shared taxis depart for Wensu Grand Canyon – is easily and quickly accessible on foot in about 20 minutes. Service: ▪︎Excellent welcome at both check-in and check-out. The young woman was able to provide me with information and efficiently direct me to the Tourist Distribution Center for my visit to the Grand Canyon. ▪︎One comment: there was no follow-up to my request, made at the time of booking, for a ride to the train station upon my arrival. Nor was there any offer of a ride to the station at check-out. Perhaps this should be considered as a standard practice. Surroundings: ▪︎A very decent hotel, which exudes a cozy atmosphere from the moment you enter, with its spacious lobby, decor, and layout, and offers typical Chinese amenities such as laundry facilities and breakfast. However, there were no hooks for hanging bath towels. ▪︎I didn't test the Wi-Fi as it was incompatible with a VPN (essential for foreigners). ▪︎Electrical outlets were well-placed. ▪︎A minor drawback was the lack of a dedicated space for luggage. Breakfast: A pleasant dining room for the breakfast buffet. The refrigerator's location was a drawback: it wasn't visible, installed under the desk, and not very accessible. As a result, I forgot to take my fruit juice with me when I left. ▪︎Bottled water and tea bags were provided daily. ▪︎Laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, and detergent was provided. In conclusion, A very good place to stay that I would definitely add to my favorites. Excellent value for money, in line with the national average for this category of hotel.

Erstens ist es eine gute Lage, zum Transitzentrum von Trinidad und Tobago zu gehen in den letzten Minuten. Am Morgen stand ich auf und ging aus und dachte nicht, dass ich 1200 m am Fluss von Trinidad und Tobago erreichte. Ich fühle mich besonders gut und sah zwei Schichten. Zweitens ist das Zimmer gut und schlafe sehr komfortabel. Der Chef ist wieder sehr gut. Ich habe die Anforderung an das Plastikgewebe aus Schalenbett geäußert, nachdem ich zurückkam, ist es wirklich weg. Das Schalenbett ist auch gut. Ich muss immer wieder Wasser mitnehmen, wenn ich gehe. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück auch gut. Gute Kommentare 👍

Amazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel at Nalati. When I arrived at this hotel, I was welcomed and recommended by the hotel staff to liaise with a travel agency if I required any transport for tour at Nalati (the hotel staff pointed at a banner which was set beside the front counter (picture is attached). As this is the recommendation by a trustworthy 5-star hotel, without hesitation I contacted the person in-charge of the travel agency (Mr *** at hp: ***********/ ***********) via WeChat . Finally, I booked a travel tour with this guy 贾 i.e a 7- seater MPV to send myself & my wife from Nanati hotel to 奎屯市via 独库公路。 I was charged ¥498 per person for the trip and I paid ¥400 for the deposit. I told 贾that I needed a good view seats for the MPV. He acknowledged . The next morning , the travel transport MPV came to my hotel to fetch us to 奎屯. When we boarded the MPV, there were already 2 customers inside the car (one seated next to the driver & the other one was seated at the middle row). Immediately I chose the empty seat at the middle row and my wife went to the back seat at the last row. To my surprise , I was shouted by the MPV driver to move back to the seat at the last row because someone had booked the seat at the middle row. Prior to fetching us on the day before , I had spoken to the MPV driver and told him that my wife & myself preferred to sit in front of the car for better view of scenery . However , the driver replied that there is a first come first serve by the company policy . We were very unhappy and upset with the arrangement made by this travel company. I spoke to both the driver and Mr 贾 over this issue . Unfortunately, my request was turned down and they even threatened to forfeit my ¥400 deposit if we refused to take the back seats . After which , Mr 賈 didn’t want to speak to me at all. To this, I got no choice but to cancel my trip with this company. My deposit was not refunded . I felt we have been cheated and unfairly treated by this travel company just because we are foreigners? Finally, I lodged a report with the local Police. The Police attended the case and took statements from me. They also spoke to the travel agency over the phone. After much persuasion from the Police, the travel agency agreed to refund me the deposit . I’m putting up this review as to praise the Nalati Police for their prominent & effectiveness in handling the case. As for the front office manager, Mr 王， please be impartial and handle the issue with responsibility . Anyway, I wished to thank Mr 王for calling the Police which he initially reluctant to do so. Die letzte Station unserer Reise in Yili war dieses Hotel, und die Gesamterfahrung war recht gut. Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich neu, und das Bett war sehr bequem. Handtücher und Badetücher waren Einwegartikel, was ein beruhigendes Gefühl gab. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt sehr schön, die Lobby duftete angenehm und das Zimmer war ruhig. In der Nähe befinden sich die Liuxing-Straße und das Museum. Unten gibt es viele Parkplätze, die aber oft voll sind, sodass es nicht immer einfach ist, einen Platz zu finden. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Beim Check-in und Check-out gab es kleine Geschenke. Der Mitternachtssnack-Service war sehr gut und das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, obwohl einige Speisen fehlten, wenn man etwas später kam. Der Wäscheservice war hervorragend, es war eine große Hilfe, dass die Wäsche abgeholt und geliefert wurde.
