Quel accueil !!!! Cette guest house est exceptionnelle. En plein cœur de la vieille ville, cette maison traditionnelle offre tout le confort rêvé pour les voyageurs. Propriétaire aux petits soins...nous n avons jamais été reçus de la sorte. C'est touchant. Wifi top. Excellente adresse. Nous recommandons vivement.

極力推薦這家酒店，乾淨衞生，全屋地暖，熱水充足，走道都有暖氣，非常舒適！！房間內可以同時打開兩個大行李箱，和放雪板。前台保安保潔都服務很熱心和禮貌，雪板可以直接寄到酒店和寄回家。早上有大約三四趟班車去雪場，趕不上的話打車約10元左右。周邊也安全，銀行，派出所都在旁邊。唯一就是早餐一般般，每人35元。

Dieses 4-Sterne-Hotel hat eine Goid Rating auf Trip.com und ich kann verstehen, warum. Allerdings liege ich dieses Hotel auf einen 20-jährigen Luxus-Auto wie ein E36 7-Serie BMW oder Lexus LS 430. Ausgezeichnet und glorreich, wenn neue, aber alten und müde schnell. Auf einer Oberflächenseite sehen die Zimmer groß und schlau aus, aber bei größerer Prüfung gibt es Probleme. Einer, wenn es sich um die Teppiche handelt, die entweder in der dringenden Notwendigkeit einer Dampfreinigung auf einem forensischen Niveau der tiefen, oder direkter Ersatz sind. Einige Abschnitte sind gebraucht und verschwunden, während viele seltsame Stücke und Stücke gefunden werden (und gefühlt mit einfachen Füßen), die scheinbar die Aufmerksamkeit des Zimmerpersonals, z.B. Zahnaufnahmen, andere gemischte Ablehnungen von früheren Gästen gespeichert haben. Ich reservierte ein kontinentales Doppelzimmer, für $68 AUD pro Nacht und es gab eine Missvergleichung der Tür mit ihrem Rahmen. Groß genug, um durch die Außenseite zu sehen! Das Zimmer beinhaltete eine Sofa ausreichend komfortable, aber mit Stoff schlecht weggebraucht. Die weiße Venenfarbe auf den Tischen hat bessere Tage gesehen. Das Hotel bietet Zimmer mit relativ hohem Standard. Ein großes, sehr komfortables Bad mit ausreichendem Wasserdruck und heißem Wasser auf Nachfrage (das Bad verfügt über eine intelligente Beleuchtung, die über einen Sensor schaltet). Es gibt eine Dutzend individuelle Kontrollen für Raumbeleuchtung. Viele Kupplungen und Schleifen und Kraftpunkte, wo erforderlich. Es gibt ein Fitnessraum, aber aus irgendeinem unveröffentlichen Grund ist derzeit geschlossen, vom Februar 2024. Es ist ein Buffet-Stil Restaurant mit mehreren Gästen zu essen, das sehr gut ausgestattet aussehen. Rezeption wird von ihrem Weg aus, um Hilfe mit Touren, Taxis etc zu bieten, und versuchen, sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Insgesamt, das Hotel sieht gut aus und in gewissem Maße gut, aber vielleicht nicht wert, $50 pro Nacht zu bezahlen, um zu bleiben und war ein wenig enttäuschend.

This was an excellent hotel with superb services. The staff, in particular was very helpful in arranging drives to various interesting sites. The lady called Sophia spoke excellent English which made life easy for foreigners. The only thing I would recommend is that they make an effort to clean the carpets more thoroughly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent customer service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere made for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. The hotel's soundproofing ensured a peaceful environment despite its proximity to the railway station. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. The breakfast selection was diverse and delicious, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It provided a great start to the day and helped me fuel up for my activities. The hotel's location near Urumqi Railway Station was incredibly convenient, especially for travelers like myself. It made it easy to explore the city or catch a train to further destinations. The surrounding area had a variety of dining options and shops, adding to the convenience of the location. To top it off, the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols during my stay reassured me of their dedication to guest well-being, especially during these challenging times. Overall, my experience at the Holiday Inn Express near Urumqi Railway Station was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and excellent service make it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning in the future.

Enjoy my stay so much that I extend my stay for 1 more night. Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain). the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay. Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol) This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here). Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though). They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know. Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style. After travelling 6.5months , my tastebud miss this type of food.lol Overall, highly recommended place!! If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang. All the best 😎😄😀😁😃

Das ist ein tolles Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr verantwortungsbewusst und half mir, die Kleidung während meines Aufenthalts zum Waschen und Trocknen in die Waschküche zu bringen. Der Empfangsservice war höflich und effizient. Das Hotel bietet einen tollen Flughafentransferservice (mit einem Tesla Premium Sports Car). Das Hotel liegt gut im Stadtzentrum und in der Nähe vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

營地好的遠遠超過我們的預期：營地位置非常好，就在金草灘對面，帳篷正對雪山，景色優美；帳篷設施齊全，地熱非常暖和，洗澡熱水很大、很舒服；管家及其他人的服務非常熱情、到位，住的第一晚，半夜不舒服，服務人員迅速送來製氧機，是我正常入睡。管家從還沒入住就細心告知塔縣遊玩線路、景點，入住以後更是貼心服務，倍感温暖。 這是一家值得再來的營地！（照片是帳篷面對的雪山以及金草灘）

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

Das Hotel hat wieder ein Frühstück geliefert. Neben der Bestellung des Zimmers gibt es auch ein Wäschebad. Mittag können Sie essen, die Essumgebung ist komfortabel und die frische Gemüse schmeckt gut. Wegen des späten Flugzeugs muss der Austritt verlängert werden. Der Hotel-Rezeption-Servicepersonal hat auch intim Wasser gegeben und den Austritt verzögert. Sehr zu empfehlen ist dieses Hotel.
