Zurück zu diesem wunderschönen Hotel für eine zweite Zeit. Es ist Spazierweiterung zum Baseballstadion. Sie bieten Valet Parkplatz und jeder ist immer so nett. Liebe, dass Sie eine Schlüsselkarte benötigen, um in den Lift zu kommen und zu benutzen!! Die Zimmer sind so schön und gepflegt frisch. Dekor gibt ein weg von Hause Gefühl, aber einfach genug und zu dem Thema. Wir werden natürlich in Zukunft zurückkehren.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren herzlich und freundlich, sodass ich mich sofort wie zu Hause fühlte. Nachdem ich mehrere Hotels besucht hatte, entschied ich mich daher erneut für dieses und werde ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Wonderful suite ! Great experience beside a 6.00AM wake up call that wasn’t requested… But they did a commercial gesture on my bill.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. I hope this was worth the read, if indeed you got this far! Cheers!🥂

Much better than the last time and I am absolutely grateful that we could work things out and the staff was amazing and the communication has definitely gotten so much better and what a blessing may all are so from my last review till now please exclude that I was disrespectful I wasn’t understanding And they have things going on that they had no control over and I should have been a better person which I was not absolutely amazing staff blessed by God and a heart of gold and I’m thankful that they took my apology for my rudeness of the last review. It was an all God trip this time and that’s the only way I can say it is Love God first and the things that we do wrong he’ll help correct even if we’re stubborn old mules, and I’m just thankful that they forgave me and what a blessed visit it was I’m cleaning this was 100%. They went above and beyond on all levels and just so much more so don’t question when you stay here I never will again they are very forgiving people even when we make mistakes and get misconstrued and I’m grateful for that, I thank God for this visit again and the ability to have a safe place to stay and very caring and loving people All ages  and hearts of gold so the one thing I can say I’ve learned all this before we use our sharp tongues and source to tear somebody down or tear a place down. Remember our wrongs cause no one is perfect even if we have to eat the crow at least do it with learning and understanding that the next time that could actually hurt a business and take away from them and that’s not right beyond lovely people people of God I’m grateful for everything and anything and I can’t say in detail, but I just can’t say enough that treat him like gold. They deserve it. Don’t treat him like crap. We’re all human. Please remember that God gave us a chance to love and cheer people up. Remember, they have good days and bad days too like we do. They deserve respect, honor, and being treated like class not beneath our feet, and these people are way above and honorable and classy, and I’m thankful for them! y’all have a blessed day just remember who you tear down you may not get a second chance to fix it hope and pray that God will let you fix it his way not our way. Thank you to the amazing staff the building and everything I was truly blessed to just be in the presence of y’all and magnificent of being around y’all and your nice building and I thank God for people like you have an absolutely blessed day and trust God with your life you’ll fix what we can’t fix!

Dies ist der schlimmste Rest, den ich je hatte, die Bilder betrügen nicht so etwas wie ein Resort und oder Hotel, dies ist wahrscheinlicher ein 5th-Level-Motel so betrügen so hoch belohnt für die echte Zimmerqualität. Die Telefonleitung war Tod, Ich musste in die Lobby für den Service gehen, Ich werde diesen Ort bewerten - 1000 wenn es möglich war, Lage ist groß, aber keine Qualitätsparkplatzkontrolle kann jemand infahren und verwenden eine Annahme, ein privater Strand für die Gäste, bei der Kontrolle Geben Sie Zeit, die ich für eine Art Referenz # und oder Erklärung gefragt und ich wurde gesagt, trip.com zu fragen, um meine Auscheck-Zeit und oder Auscheck-Auscheck-Erklärung nach diesem Mangel Aus ehrlicher Repoff war ich sehr besorgt, für zusätzliche Zeit und oder Zwischenfälle, die ich nie verwendet und wenn ich um irgendwelche Beweise und oder Druckerklärung bitten sie Sicherheit, mich zu schießen und wenn sie nicht war, weil ich mein Telefon inturniert Kamera auf

Hotel is goed, met (~150) grote kamers, zelfs met keuken, koelkast en kooktoestel..echter geen bestek en potten en pannen gezien. Verkijk u niet op het ontbijt, want dat is staand bij de receptie een bakje koffie met een koekje... Airportshuttle 24/7 is er wel, maar gecombineerd met 10 andere hotels in North. Een half uur of meer wachten is niks als het wat tegenzit ..bel sowieso even het hotel dat u staat te wachten. Is de rondrit langs alle vleugels klaar dan is het ongeveer nog 20 minuten naar het hotel. Voor mij persoonlijk duurde.het van de koffer van de band tot het hotel ongeveer 1.5 uur....dat is veel te lang, vooral rond middernacht. Hyatt, Marriot etc waren ondertussen al minstens 5x langs geweest.

Great location. Room was nice and clean. Had a basketball court which was awesome for me. And the receptionist Latisha was excellent and very helpful. Will definitely recommend.
