The overall service was truly excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Every request I made was handled promptly and with care, which I deeply appreciated. One highlight was how they surprised my mom for her birthday — a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more special for our family. The only downside was the therapist they arranged for my mom. Unfortunately, she seemed distracted during the massage, frequently using her phone, which affected the quality of the service. Despite this minor issue, everything else exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful time overall.

We absolutely love our stay at Azalea. The hotel was surprisingly comparabke to the best hotels at Camp John Hay where we usually stay. The entire hotel is big, room is spacious and clean. The location is just walking distance to supermaket, restaurants and city hub center along Leonard Wood. Its vrery accesible to so many establishments. The staff were so courteous ans attentive of all our concerns. Food from the restaurant Kuya J is absolutely delicious. The hotel facilities is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book again and recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

I booked this for my parents. My mom celebrated her birthday and we opt yo have them relax at Baguio and fortunately we choose Microtel. Very accomodating even for our request for the personal birthday greetings (bouquet and cake). My parents were very happy and they really feel the warm welcome from the crew. Location is very accesible also to Victory liner. Very recommendable!! For the next Baguio Trip, Microtel will be our top choice

Gute Lage und gute Familie mit Kindern und Senioren.

Myself and wife, looking for some relief from the heat and humidity had an overnight stay in Baguio. Both seniors by Philippine standards, though still working in UK. We booked a suite and requested view over countryside or city, king sized double required. For less than £60 including breakfasts it was a done deal. We were allocated room 501, up 1 level ( bear in mind there are rooms above and below the reception level), normal for Baguio given the topology of the area. Room views are spectacular, no noise from adjoining lift at all, 2 quarter windows opened and had gnat Mesh covers ( we left these ajar to hear the local sounds that were hardly audible). Efficient Air con in room (though no remote control), good sized, wall mounted TV ( a UK news channel would have been appreciated), room mini bar doesn't exist ( not the stated required P2000 deposit at book on as booking was prepaid online) 2x std sized bottles of water, kettle, hairdryer, small fridge, 2x tea coffee sugar and creamer, 2x cups and saucers, a Bible ( missed from other 2 hotels stayed at this vacation) Breakfast was a good selection buffet that sated our appetites until the evening. Staff attentive but not overbearing. I'm I think me and the wife have found our escape location for future trips to the PI's that we do at least bi-annually

Hallo da. Erstens, das Hotel ist ein wenig von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, aber ehrlich gesagt, es ist ein sehr guter Ort, vor allem wenn Sie die Schönheit von Baguio wegen der erstaunlichen Aussichten sehen wollen, wenn Sie in ihrem Restaurant oder Essensbereich essen. Das Personal ist ziemlich freundlich, aber nicht so freundlich. Wir müssen auch einen Haartrockner wert 200php Einzahlung mieten, aber es ist ok für uns. Meine Schwester bestellte ein Fleisch-Hamburger-Bier, das ganz ähnlich dem Jolibee-Hamburger-Bier ist, das ziemlich lecker ist, sagte sie, aber für mich bestellte ich einen Hühner-Teriyaki, das ist nur gut für mich. Das Zimmer hat kein Fenster, so müssen wir uns nach unten gehen, um den Bris von Kühlheit in Baguio am Morgen zu fühlen und ein wenig Jogging zu machen. Und das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich geruchig und schmutzig, wenn die gelben Farben im Toilettenschrank sind, das ist ziemlich irritierend. Aber insgesamt, auch wenn es Nachteile gibt, habe ich noch die Erfahrung dieses Hotels aufgrund des Baguio-Gefühls genossen. Ich hoffe, dass sie nächstes Mal ihre Dienste und Einrichtungen verbessern und auch das Personal schön und freundlicher sein wird. Danke für das Hotel Baguio

Das Hotel war gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, aber unser Zimmer war nicht klang Proof. Wir konnten den Lärm von unten am Abend hören schreien. Wir konnten nicht schlafen.

Ich habe vor kurzem für 2 Nächte bei R Bed and Breakfast in Baguio City geblieben, buchen durch Trip.com, was super einfach und bequem war. Die Preise sind ziemlich erschwinglich, vor allem angesichts seiner hervorragenden Lage in der Nähe von touristischen Attraktionen und in der Stadt richtig. Es ist einfach, direkt entlang der Straße mit einem großen Parkplatz zu finden. Bei der Ankunft war das Zimmer beeindruckend geräumig und gemütlich. (Was Sie sehen, ist, was Sie auf ihren postierten Bildern basieren.) Es gab jedoch einen leichten Abwassergeräusch aus dem WC, der verbessert werden könnte. Jedoch, die Gesamtvibe fühlte sich gemütlich und heimlich. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren begrenzt, sie servierten leckere Filipino Frühstücksgerichte, die unseren kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt passen. Das Personal im ganzen, vom Restaurant bis zur Sicherheit und Rezeption, waren unglaublich untergebracht. Sie haben geduldig an unseren Anfragen teilgenommen und sogar uns geholfen, eine Tour in der Gegend zu buchen. Ich empfehle R Bed and Breakfast für Familienreisen, angesichts seiner Komfort, Erschwinglichkeit und weltfreundlicher Atmosphäre.
