Very disappointed with the booking service! The reception hours are extremely limited and don’t even match the ones listed on trip.com! It was very difficult to arrange a late check-in. I had to validate my card (make a payment) through a suspicious-looking website. I had to message them constantly to ask what to do next and whether everything was okay, as they sent no confirmation or updates whatsoever. Eventually, after I contacted them again, they said the validation had failed—even though the money had already been taken from my card. This was on the morning of the check-in day, and I could have ended up on the street! I tried to call, but they didn’t answer—the phone only works Wednesday to Saturday, for just 2 hours a day! Do they really think this is customer service?! The hotel itself and the room were cozy and pleasant. In the morning, I went to breakfast, only to be told it was not included in my booking—again, not what was stated on trip.com. Reception took a long time to check things, but I’m thankful they let me eat for free in the end. The breakfast was very poor: no omelets, no sausages, and the only vegetables were a few wilted slices of tomato. Please align your actual booking process and conditions with what’s listed on Trip.com! I’d also suggest adding to the hotel description that this is primarily a hotel for elderly guests, just to give a more accurate impression. NOT RECOMMENDED!

While the rooms are undergoing renovation, and there is definitely some noise in the morning, it hardly affects the stay negatively. There are good amenities for all kinds of stays. The hotel is a good 10 minute walk from the Koge station. Definitely recommend.

after a long day cycling, it’s a surprise to arrive at the Seaside, where you will find hospitality with sustainability. The room is excellent, design with taste and special theme. And the breakfast is a must have! Thank you owners Kris and Laila.

Dies ist ein Familienhotel. Das Haus wird seit mehr als 200 Jahren gebaut. Es wurde vor kurzem von einem einheimischen Ehepaar im Ruhestand übernommen. Sie sind sehr enthusiastisch. Einheimische treffen sich hier oft zu Hochzeiten und es ist ein guter Ort, um mehr über die lokalen Bräuche Dänemarks zu erfahren. Die Zimmer sind klein und die Einrichtungen sind einfach.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, entlang Holbæk Fjord, Sie können die Landschaft aus dem Zimmer sehen. Es gibt Zeit, um entlang der Wan Chau zu gehen, es gibt ein Eisgeschäft an der Seite, viele essen Eis und warten auf den Sonnenuntergang. Das Restaurant des Hotels ist auch sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Hotel ist gegessen und Fisch mit neuer Erdbeeren. Das Frühstück enthält Eier, Bacon, Joghurt, Weizen, Brot, viele Auswahl. Der Service ist auch sehr intim. Ich verstehe nicht, wie es funktioniert, wenn ich in den Fall ging. Es gibt ein Mädchen, das sofort zu mir kam, um es zu erklären. Dieser weiße Sack ist ein Blatt-Füllbeutel.
