This was, without a doubt, one of the best ryokan experiences ever. While the establishment may be older, the feeling is one of traditional charm, and the service is absolutely top-notch.
🌟 Service Above and Beyond
The service provided here truly sets a gold standard. The staff's kindness was evident from the moment we arrived—or, rather, from the moment we should have arrived! Allowing me to check in at 1 AM was an act of generosity and flexibility that is rarely seen and speaks volumes about their commitment to the guest. The entire team was attentive and provided the best service throughout the stay.
♨️ Misasa Onsen: A True Retreat
The Misasa Onsen itself lives up to its legendary name. The baths were fantastic and perfectly maintained, offering a truly relaxing and therapeutic experience. This is what you come to Misasa for, and the ryokan delivers on the promise of a great onsen.
🦀 Culinary Delight
The meals were a highlight of the trip. The great crab was fresh, expertly prepared, and incredibly satisfying. The dining experience perfectly complemented the restful atmosphere of the ryokan.

After climbing Mt Daisen, my legs were sore and the wonderful hot Onsen really soothed and healed my whole body. It really refreshed me:)
Room was very clean, flawless, perfect air-conditioner.
They have me a ride to the bus stop after check out.
Overall, very satisfied. I wish I could have stayed here longer. The air was so fresh in Daisen, I already miss the air! I will definitely come back! Thank you very much for your warm hospitality ^_^

Generally the room was clean but the furnishing and furniture was looking dated with wear and tear showing especially on the carpet which was stain in the room as well as in the corridor which made it look dirty. All in all still a comfortable stay.

GGastnutzerWir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Green Rich Hotel Tottori Ekimae! Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist unschlagbar – super praktisch, egal ob man mit dem Zug ankommt oder die Stadt erkunden möchte. Das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders angenehm war das große Bett und das schöne Badezimmer.
Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Auch das Frühstück war lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit sowohl japanischen als auch westlichen Optionen.
Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier übernachten und können es jedem Reisenden nach Tottori nur empfehlen! 🌸

Key highlight: I travel to this hotel with rental car, the location is easy to find from google map, and just 5-6 mins drive to Donki if you are a late night shopper. This is the only hotel offer free parking from my trip in Yonago so it is def a bonus to me. Another bonus will probably be the breakfast they offer in this prince range, and all these little details to comfort your stay, e.g. shoe cleaning machine, few vending machines for emergency, self-control AC in the room & more. Recommended!
About the breakfast: Japanese style breakfast is served, rice, soup, congee, small pieces of fishes, eggs sausages - the basic.

LLe Le 33The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great.
