Das Hotel-Rezeptor ist sehr freundlich und stellt die Attraktionen der Umgebung sehr ausführlich dar. Sie sagt uns auch, wie man vergleichsweise sauber gehen sollte. Es gibt Probleme, die uns geduldig helfen können. Die gelieferten Saft und Haarfärbe sind nicht ausreichend, es gibt keine Zahnfässer. Obwohl einige alt sind, ist das Ganze noch sauber, aber die Lichter sind etwas dunkel. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.

Ich habe dieses Hotel für meinen Familienurlaub ausgewählt und hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im 35. Stock. . . Der Raum kann die Kamei-Wasserfälle sehen. Tagsüber gibt es Regenbögen und nachts sind Laternen zu sehen. . . Man kann es sich gemütlich im Hotel anschauen, wenn man früh aufsteht. Es ist einfach ein schönes Leben! ! Auch die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Suite verfügt über zwei extra große 1,83-Meter-Betten, in denen man sehr bequem schlafen kann... Der Hotelpool und das Fitnessstudio sind beide gut!

Great experience. Celebrated the new year with family. Great service from staff at Sheraton. Sukhdeep at help desk explained well about the stay. Easily accessible to water park and all other amusement locations.

It was a good experience with good service, facilities, worth the price, well equipped and clean room, sufficient underground parking and a very good view from the room.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it. CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors. SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams. CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that. If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal. Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Great stay at falls! The building is a little bit old and air is not really fresh, staff are friendly.

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

Service: Die Rezeption hinterlegte eine Mietgebühr von 93 kanadischen Dollar, abzüglich der Parkgebühr von 47 kanadischen Dollar pro Nacht, und der Restbetrag wurde nicht zurückerstattet. Parken ist teuer und unbequem! Das Schwimmbad ist für Kinder zum Spielen geeignet.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Vordertafel-Personen waren alle so freundlich bei der Eincheckung und sie waren sehr eifersüchtig, uns mit Fragen zu helfen, die wir hatten. Es bot ein kontinentales Frühstück, das in einer Größenordnung von 1-10 a 5. Was sie hatten, war wenig zu wählen. Es war großartig, wenn Sie nur Brotbagel oder warmes Oatmeal wollten. Es war nicht viel zu wählen von danach Alles in allem. Ich würde nochmal aufgrund des Kostümservices auf dem Frontdesk bleiben. Sie waren alle Top-Notch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben auch das Hotelrestaurant gegessen. Die Würde war sehr willkommen und lustig wie eine Hühner. Meine Fraus Hühner sah und geschmackvoll aus. Das empfohlene Bier war nichts zu Hause.
