had a really pleasant experience overall. The service was friendly, professional, and attentive—staff were always ready to help and made sure everything was comfortable throughout my stay.
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and met my expectations. Everything was organized nicely, which made the experience smooth and stress-free.
I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Beautiful new lobby, heated pool with amazing city view, gym was okay. Upgraded my room to 26th floor with lovely view of CN tower!
No bottled water or coffee/tea in rooms.
They sent up a kettle but no mugs or teas bags so a bit pointless. Room service didn’t have any vegetarian options.
Very Comfortable bed and big TV, but only cable channels, would be nice to provide Netflix or other streaming apps.

PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...🙄 Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some ”white noise” to drown out the crazy door slams.
CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant. I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut beleuchtet, sauber, ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Ein großer Platz für Familienausflüge und auch für Konvents.
Die einzige Beschwerde, die ich hatte war, war es keine Tee in dem Zimmer, nur sehr gut Expresso Kaffee und mehr Geräte-Plug-ins für USB oder USB-c ohne zu finden elektrische Ausgänge für Blöcke. Das Zimmer, das wir hätten ein wenig größere und geräumiger für den Preis gezahlt haben können. Es war ein langes Zimmer, aber für den Aufzug und die Eismaschine zugänglich und das Boden ist seltsam und könnte plusier sein. (321) Ich mag die Lichter, die automatisch unter dem Bett aufgehen, wenn ich in der Nacht aufstehe. Ich hatte 2 Queen Betten, die komfortabel sind.
Der Pool ist wunderbar und so ist die heiße Rohr, die groß ist( kann sich 10 bequem anpassen). Die Kabinen sind wunderbare Einrichtungen. . Wie die Nähe zu Spaßplätze, Restaurants und Bars und Geschäfte-alle innerhalb der Grenzen des Hard Rock Hotel.
Wichtige Anregung: Da das Hotel an andere Unternehmen gebunden ist, ist Sicherheit wichtig.
1. Vielleicht haben Sie eine Tor in das Hotel richtig mit einem Sicherheitsbeamten oder bezahlte Gäste könnten den Zimmerschlüssel verwenden, um das Hotel aus dem Emporium oder andere Unternehmen wie Restaurants zu erreichen.
2. Verwenden Sie den Raumschlüssel zum Betrieb des Aufzugs, so dass keine anderen Personen, die nicht zugelassen sind, in die Zimmerboden eintreten können.
Wird sicher noch einmal dort bleiben. Geschätzt, dass Sie spät auschecken. Rezeption Mädchen sind höflich und sehr hilfreich und freundlich.

Upon check-in, the 2 bedroom suite turned out to be a family suite with 2 Queen beds in the same room and a sofa bed in the other and with only 1 bathroom! Not suitable for us, 2 adult couples, to stay in. Upon our request, the hotel staff changed us to another “2 bedrooms” suite with a king size bed in each room and with 2 bathrooms. This turned out far better than the earlier room. But this room was on a higher floor and a better view of the Niagara Falls. So we had a wonderful memorable 1 night stay!w

Wir waren in Zimmer 903, es hatte eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Horseshoe Falls! Die Betten waren wunderbar. Viele Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Parken ist teuer, also zahlten wir 20 $ pro Nacht in einem Hotel einen Block weiter.
Die Außenseite unserer riesigen Fenster war sehr schmutzig, was enttäuschend war, wenn man bedenkt, wie sehr wir die Aussicht genießen wollten. Als wir nach einer zusätzlichen Decke fragten, teilte uns die Rezeption mit, dass sie keine zusätzlichen Decken hätten! Lächerlich. Die Preise für den Zimmerservice waren ziemlich hoch, also ließen wir das aus.

GGastnutzerI've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building.
Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at.
The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well.
The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints.
The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent.
The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay.
I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time.
The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense.
There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

GGastnutzerI decided to stay in a 4 room mixed hostel for 3 nights. Upon arrival I was greeted by staff. Check in was very easy. The staff were very helpful as this is my 2nd time staying in a hostel. They explained how the hostel works and what was expected and how to access the different parts of the rooms and were I would be staying. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I was provided with a keycard which provided me access to the hostel. The hostel appears to be very secure due to the keycard system as you need to use it to access different sections of the hostel (main check in room, common room, hostel floor levels, hostel rooms, etc). I was very happy about this as it provides some level of safety for those staying there.
The room I stayed in was clean. Beds were nice and clean. Beds also had a night light to use for reading and multiple electrical outlets. Lockers were provided in the room and were nice and big to store your personal belongings such as clothes and backpacks, etc. Room was warm and easy to breathe in.
Free Wifi was good and signal strength worked through out the entire hostel so I could access simple internet and messages if needed.
Showers were clean as was the bathrooms on the floor I was provided. Free clean towels are available upon request. Shower room had shampoo and bodywash available which was nice to see.

There is a nice big common kitchen room with 2 stoves, 2 big sinks and 2 huge refrigerators. The hostel has lots of plates, utensil, appliances and various household items you would find in your kitchen at home. The hostel kitchen was well stocked. Kitchen was clean and organized and could accommodate lots of people. Nice fridge to store your items that need refrigeration.
The area in which the hostel was located was very nice as everything was within walking distance of less then 5 minutes to 10 minutes. This includes many restaurants, convenience stores, coffee stores, grocery stores, banks and much more. The stores all seemed to operate late hours and some were 24 hours.
Free breakfast was provided which was nice. Simple but nothing extravagant. Various types of bagels, cream cheese, various cereals, fruits, fresh coffee, tea and other items you would expect.
The only downside was the furnace/heater mounted in the corner of the room was loud at night and seemed like it was on its last legs as it sounded like car engine. Staff were friendly and said they could provide me another room in the morning if it was a problem and said they would let management to look into heater for repair.
The only thing I could say I would recommend to the hostel is for any type of improvement to have some safety grab bars installed in the stand in shower room stall as the floor does become slippery.
Other then that the hostel was nice, safe and staff were friendly/helpful, clean and everyone staying there was friendly or quite as well.
The price was affordable and I would honestly recommend this place if you needed a place to stay without breaking the bank.
Would honestly give 4.5/5 for based on my stay.

Gesundheit: Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber das Wasser im Wasserpark ist nicht sehr sauber.
Umgebung: Das Hotel ist alt, das Parken ist zusätzlich gezahlt. Die umliegenden Restaurants sind viel, aber es ist schwieriger, das Hotelzimmer ist besonders schlecht. Es gibt eine Schnee im Freien um die Mitternacht. Es ist besonders schneebeständig, aber dieser Preis ist noch ein Fahrrad.
Dienst: Es gibt im Grunde keinen Service, keine Gepäcktasche können gespeichert werden, aber! Für diesen Preis sollten Sie nicht auf dem Fahrrad fahren.
