The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival. However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served. Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.

The room was spacious, amenities where good except for the coffee maker in the room that made horrible tasting coffee although the coffee machine in the dining room is available 24 hours and has terrific coffee, I just like having a cup as I wake up. The hotel staff, grounds and cleanliness is above quality and the location is quiet, not a lot of traffic and close the restaurants and stores. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people.

Sehr komfortabel und gut gelegen. In der Nähe der Wasserfälle-Seilbahn. Weniger als drei Minuten bis zu den Wasserfällen. Der Preis ist erschwinglich und beinhaltet Frühstück. Obwohl das Frühstück durchschnittlich ist, ist es sehr kostengünstig. Das Personal ist höflich und freundlich.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut 👍 Sehr nahe am See, das Zimmer ist groß und hell und früh am Morgen kann man den Sonnenaufgang sehen, aber der Balkon sollte lange ohne saubere Gesundheit sein. Das Frühstücksservice ist langsam und am nächsten Tag die Erde hat einen gekostet, und das dritte Frühstück wird aufgegeben.

I stayed here a few days earlier because my flight to Toronto landed early, and chose to stay before departing because my flight left early in the morning. The hotel is about 10 minute drive to the airport. They have a free shuttle, but it only runs every 40 minutes and books up so be sure to let them know when you check in if you'll need it. I liked the toiletries here, the scent is really nice and the fact they're full size bottles is a nice environmental touch. There are a few fast food and dine in restaurants nearby and I restaurant onsite, but I didn't dine there. I did however enjoy the free chocolate chip cookie. The room I had before was on a higher floor and newer in renovations so I liked it better than the room I had for this stay, but it was still good.

Unser Zimmer war sauber und zufriedenstellend. Die Vordertafel-Personen waren alle so freundlich bei der Eincheckung und sie waren sehr eifersüchtig, uns mit Fragen zu helfen, die wir hatten. Es bot ein kontinentales Frühstück, das in einer Größenordnung von 1-10 a 5. Was sie hatten, war wenig zu wählen. Es war großartig, wenn Sie nur Brotbagel oder warmes Oatmeal wollten. Es war nicht viel zu wählen von danach Alles in allem. Ich würde nochmal aufgrund des Kostümservices auf dem Frontdesk bleiben. Sie waren alle Top-Notch und sehr freundlich. Wir haben auch das Hotelrestaurant gegessen. Die Würde war sehr willkommen und lustig wie eine Hühner. Meine Fraus Hühner sah und geschmackvoll aus. Das empfohlene Bier war nichts zu Hause.
