Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, bereitete mir das Personal einen herzlichen und professionellen Empfang, sodass ich mich sofort wohl fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts zeigte jedes Mitglied Ihres Teams ein hohes Maß an Kundenservice, Liebe zum Detail und echte Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen Fragen. Es war offensichtlich, dass das gesamte Team sehr stolz auf seine Aufgaben ist und nahtlos zusammenarbeitete, um sicherzustellen, dass mein Aufenthalt komfortabel und angenehm war. Es ist klar, dass Ihr Team sich der Bereitstellung eines hervorragenden Services verschrieben hat, und sie alle haben bei mir einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir hatten Spaß während unseres Aufenthalts. Einfache Eincheckung. Parkplatz könnte besser sein als Pool-Zugang. Aber insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

Das Personal in unserem Aufenthalt war freundlich und untergebracht. Parken in der 4 Story Parkgarage war ausreichend. Auch nahe der Tür. Ich hatte mit der PRA im beigefügten Mall Geschäfte. So bequem. Das Frühstück war eine schöne Kombination aus Philippinen und ausländischen Speisen. Die Omelete Station war super. Genießt unseren Aufenthalt und wird wieder besuchen.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit schönem echtem Personal . Ein wenig aus der Straße zu Fuß . Ein gutes Zimmer mit festem Essen und Personal . WLAN funktionierte gut und es ist sauber und ruhig ! . Sie haben einen Pool und Frühstück ist gut wert . Sehr gutes Restaurant neben der Tür VFW . 7/11 5 Minuten zu Fuß und Pflege und Barber über die Straße Solide Wahl, wenn Sie nach etwas ruhigen und sauberen suchen

It’s alright. Most of the staff aren’t nice/welcoming. The aircon in our room is leaking. The sliding door have also water leaking at the top door. The elevator is so small.

I really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.  Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.  The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this. For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place to relax with your family or friends. There are several coffee shops nearby and within walking distance. I highly recommend staying in Clark. This place, formerly known by another name, still provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast buffet is superb. The Wi-Fi is fast, allowing you to work efficiently. The rooms are a bit old but well-maintained. If you're feeling sporty, try getting up early for a brisk walk in the morning.

Freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer Diese Reise auf die Philippinen war die schlimmste, aber zumindest das Hotel war das beste. Vor allem die Poolbar auf dem obersten Platz war ein tolles Erlebnis

Enjoyed our 2 nights stay in Royce (old tower) although yung room namin walang view unfortunately but the other room has a view of the highway so ok na rin. Breakfast was good we really enjoyed it. Naenjoy din ng mga kids ung pool at free golf cart rides 😄 we will definitely come come back!
