All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!
I booked for 3 persons per room, with 2 breakfast so I was expecting to pay only for the additional breakfast of the extra person (no extra bedding requested), but was asked to pay for the full extra person with breakfast and no senior discount. I may have misunderstood, but the booking choices via Trip were also misleading (2person/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3persons/room w/ 2 breakfast; 3 persons/room w 3 breakfast; I chose the 2nd option).
Room service took a very long time, more than the promised 45mins.
One of the assigned rooms had a broken doorknob that wasn't fixed since it was on one of the connecting rooms.
2 days of uma experience was awesome. Customer service is on point. The staff were professional and courteous. They also offered complimentaries which delighted us. The facilities are also user friendly and the place is good for a toddler to walk around. Very good experience and will likely book in the near future.

During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation.
Location is just a 5-min drive from SM.
Bed is on the hard side. No floor mat which is standard in all hotels and we forgot to ask as we are busy.
There is a good-sized outdoor pool, billiards table. Breakfast is so-so as there is no bread. Overall for the price that should be
okay?

Dieser Ort ist sehr gemütlich. Einzigartig in seiner Zimmergröße und Reinigkeit ist großartig. Das Essen gibt.. und es ist die Lage ist mit dem nahegelegenen schnellen Essen in der Stadt.. Ich werde sicherlich zurückgehen für einige künftige Buchungen, vor allem die Nachten vor Abreise.

RReaBorjalDas Gebäude und die Einrichtungen sind gut. Die Rezeptionisten und Sicherheitsbeamten waren hilfreich. Mein größtes Problem ist der Lärm der Reinigungsbesatzung um Mitternacht. Ich bin nicht sicher, wenn sie wissen, dass die Zimmer nicht gesund sind. Ich berichtete über ein Problem mit der Stromausfall, dann wieder. Es dauerte lange, um es zu lösen, indem ich mich in ein anderes Zimmer überführte. Das Zimmer hatte keinen Stuhl, so habe ich mich entschieden, zum Frühstück zu essen. Das Frühstück ist in einem anderen Hotel.
