Cleaners are exceptional in their attention to detail in every respect. Front desk staff are efficient & friendly. Convenient to Bullet train & local trains. A delightful experience overall. We are return customers with several stays over the years, will happily stay again on further trips.

Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel is located at midst of Nagoya City and just directly above the Nagoya Station. You are basically can go anywhere from there by intercity trains to remote locations or by metro subways to local nearby point of interests (POI) and it is super convenience. There are lot of shopping malls and good F&B / sake shops around and you will never feeling tired to try and explore. The guest room hygiene is good as expected and I liked the hot water supply and temperature inside the bathtub. I found that the hot water supply and temperature in those Marriott-series hotel is far more better than those nowadays contemporary / modern hotels, which is so important to a tourist like me to take a relax after a whole-day travel visit in different POIs.

located in Sakae area, with a lot of mall and resto and station within walking distance (5-10mins) the breakfast is great, you can have standard buffet breakfast (but with Nagoya famous food; chicken wing and pork katsu with miso sauce) or Japanese ala carte breakfast. The hotel is old but the the maintenance is good. The room is spacious. We sent our luggage from Tokyo to here, and when we arrived, the luggage was already in our room. Thank you Nagoya Tokyu Hotel.

Simple request, if possible to change 2 single beds to 1 double bed in the same room type upon check in and was told the change will cost 100,000 YEN PER PERSON. Total will be 200,000 yen for just changing the bed arrangements. I think the charges are ridiculous, most hotels will do it for free if there's availability. Make sure to book the correct bed arrangements as changes are outrageously expensive. Even though it's not fully booked, staff are not willing to make a change out of goodwill. It shows about their service.

Schön im Dezember für Weihnachten dekoriert. Obwohl das alte Gebäude gut gepflegt und Personalfreundlich. Begrenzt Englisch jedoch. Zimmer ein wenig dunkel (orange Beleuchtung) aber ideal für eine gute Nachtruhe. Beste für kostenlose Parkplätze.

Good location, walking distance to Nagoya JR Station and other attractions like the Nagoya Castle and various shopping districts! Small quirk of the room design being the lack of an area to put clothes while showering, and the kettle for some reason doesn't stop after it has boiled? But at least the staff were friendly and quick to resolve issues

Das Hotel ist zwar ein dreisternes Hotel, aber für ein bis drei Personen ist es ein tolles Hotel. Das Hotel ist schön und ruhig, die meisten Zimmer kommen mit kostenlosen Frühstücksbuffet-Kupons (die begrenzt sind, aber noch schön genug) und die Betten sind ziemlich groß. Das WiFi funktioniert ziemlich gut und die Zimmer sind groß genug für drei. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es gemeinsame Zimmer gibt, aber es wird empfohlen für Familien von vier und mehr. Es gibt nicht viele Gäste im Hotel, und die meisten von ihnen sind Geschäftsleute. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in einer bequemen Lage, wo es Lawson vor sich, ein 7-11 hinter sich und ein Familie Mart nördlich (über die Straße). Es ist nur 3 Gehminuten von JR Nagoya Stn entfernt. Einige schlechte Dinge über das Hotel sind, dass die TV-Programme alle in Japanisch sind, und sogar die CNN in Japanisch übersetzt, so empfehle ich Ihnen, Ihre Telefone oder Tablets zu benutzen, um die Shows, die Sie mögen, zu sehen. Es gibt auch kein Fenster und das Klimaanlage ist ziemlich schwach, so dass es manchmal reichlich wird. Aber neben diesem ist es ziemlich ein angenehmes Aufenthalt!!

Absolutely amazing stay with Indigo ! ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS! I booked Hotel Indigo so as to join a day trip to Shirakawa-go unfortunately my trip was cancelled unexpectedly. #1. Location - I arrived Nagoya station from Tokyo station via bullet train 1hr 50mibs & changed to subway to Inuyama Station 40mins via express 1st class train. From there took taxi to Hotel about 12mins drive by walk 25-30mins #2. This hotel is very nice location 2 mins by the lake , 5mins to Inuyama Castle, if you enjoy quiet getaway this is BEST PICK #3. Arrival Experience- Very fast & smooth check-out, I was surprised the hotel didn't asked for any deposit or credit card gurantee I was assigned room 426 on 4th floor #4 Room Size: Super Spacious Room ( bigger than Conrad Tokyo's room )- Big King size bed, mattress, pillos&blankets are very comfortable and soft and I had very good sleep till 9am- 10am every morning It has separate standing shower, basin , toilet and closest, that's really nice for couple ( privacy )or solo. Provided all the amenities you need and mini bar and coffee machines. #5. They have very nice big Indoor/Outdoor ”Onsen” Hot spring that I enjoy every night Is FREE OF CHARGE #6.
