Ein bisschen vom Bahnhof entfernt. Ich nahm etwa 10 Minuten bei Ankunft. Aber das Rückfahren war etwas schneller, da ich einen Kurzstreckenweg über die Rampe des KWSP-Gebäudes gefunden konnte. Das Personal war gut und freundlich. Alles war gut. Aber das Frühstück für Sahar war meh. Meine Zimmerkarte fehlte täglich, so musste ich auch weiterhin auf der Rezeption gehen, um es jeden Tag zu programmieren. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Ich beantragte ein Doppelbett, aber es war 2 Betten zusammen mit Einzelbetten gedrückt. Normalerweise wäre es 2 Betten zusammen gedrückt, aber ein Bettblatt, das die ganzen 2 Betten ausgestreckt, so finde ich es merkwürdig. Wenn Sie dies aufgrund der Royal Chulan Marke wählen, enthalten Sie Ihre Erwartungen. Die Gastfreundschaft ist die gleiche (sehr gut) aber die Hardware ist ziemlich datiert.

Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Allerdings wurde eine Kaution verlangt, wovon ich nichts wusste. Ich hätte etwas Bargeld dabeihaben sollen, aber ich bin schon lange bargeldlos. Die Rezeption erlaubte uns trotzdem den Check-in. Die Kinder hatten während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts viel Spaß am Pool. Wir haben unser Zimmer kaum verlassen. Die erste Nacht war allerdings wegen des Sturms Senyar etwas beängstigend. Wir konnten kaum schlafen. Die großen Bäume und die langen Laternenmasten schwankten. Unsere Schwimmhilfen trieben im Pool herum. Am nächsten Tag sahen wir die Zerstörungen, die der Sturm angerichtet hatte, und waren erleichtert, dass es uns allen gut ging. Die restlichen Nächte hatten wir schönes Wetter. Der Pool war renovierungsbedürftig. Die Metallabdeckung des Filters war abgefallen. Die Poolmatte war scharfkantig. Die Kinder hatten ein paar Schnittwunden an den Füßen. Auch der Duschbereich neben dem Pool müsste dringend gereinigt werden. Eine Kleiderstange zum Trocknen der Badekleidung wäre wünschenswert.

We had a great stay at Residensi KLIA. We needed a place to stay overnight for a long layover for our family with 3 kids and this was great - it was close to the airport, nice, clean, and close to restaurants and shops. The staff messaged communicated really well, the wifi was great, and the air conditioners also worked well. Also, we were able to order food via Grab easily. They required a cash deposit that was returned immediately upon checkout. The rooms looks just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this beach hotel and truly enjoyed every moment here. The location is perfect, with direct access to the beach and beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience relaxing and unforgettable. The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and comfortable, ideal for anyone looking to unwind and escape from a busy routine. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and waking up to the sound of the waves was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also loved spending time by the beach, especially during sunset — the view was absolutely stunning. Overall, this hotel offered the perfect balance of comfort, scenery, and hospitality. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway and would happily return again in the future.

We arrived around 12 ish and the room is not ready but they allowed us to store the luggage while they are doing the final check of the room before releasing it to guest hence the front desk were quick to process our registration first. We then went out to have lunch and came back knowing that the room has been well prepared and ready upon our return. All the staff has been super friendly and courteous to brought us to the room and let us know the facilities. Location wise is really good as it is beside a beach and we definitely would be returning here again in the future. Breakfast wise it is not bad but can be further improving by adding in hash browns!

Its a gamble stay, i stayed here multiple times, sometime you might get run down room, sometime you might get perfect condition room, and this time i got one of the worst condition of all my stays in Klana. the wall rack in bath area is gone, so you have to put all your toiletries outside bath area. The Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room button are not functioning, so everyday have to go down to counter to informed make up room needed. 2 chairs are missing. Room service is very good, room is clean and quiet, bed is very comfy, breakfast is very nice too.

Peaceful retreat in the hills of Pantai area. Basic amenities and owners have designed the lodge to be eco-friendly. We visited during the rainy season so didn’t get a chance to explore the jungle trek or waterfall but still enjoyed our time here. Ask for Mr Mohamad if you need a driver for transfer.

Room clean. Great Pool . Walking distance to beach. Have shower cream., lotion and shampoo. No tooth paste n brush need own bring. Bfast was good. Will repeat stay here.

Bei unserer Ankunft um 15:30 Uhr war die Schlange sehr lang. Der Check-in verlief trotz vier Schaltern schleppend. Wir hatten ein Wasserchalet gebucht. Unser Chalet lag gegenüber einem anderen. Das Fenster war nur notdürftig mit Jalousien verdeckt, und wenn man diese weit öffnete, konnte man die Person im Nachbarchalet sehen. Die Möbel waren alt, aber das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und ein Bügeleisen. Auf dem Fernseher konnte man mit seinem Netflix-Konto Netflix schauen. Die Toilette war riesig und offen. Ein Teil war nicht überdacht, und bei Regen war die Toilette klatschnass. Wenn man das Fenster im Schlafzimmer öffnete, konnte man direkt die Person beim Duschen beobachten 😅😂. Ich fand die Natur innerhalb der Resortanlage wunderschön. Alles war grün und ruhig. Sogar ein Pfau spazierte fröhlich im Resort herum. Jedes Chalet und der Strand hatten einen Namen. Unser Chalet lag in Aceh. Der Streichelzoo hatte zwar nur wenige Tiere, aber genug, um ein Kind glücklich zu machen. Man konnte die Tiere füttern, musste aber das Futter für 5,40 RM kaufen. Es gibt einen großen Swimmingpool (für Erwachsene und Kinder). Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders das Croissant! Es wurde warm serviert. Mir gefällt alles an diesem Resort, außer dem Zimmer. Es kann nachts ziemlich unheimlich sein, vor allem wegen des offenen Badezimmers.

Overall the hotel facilities and services are good. Cleanliness need to improve especially at common area corrridors and bathroom. Location is very good and the beach site is considered quite clean compared with other sites. The swimming pool is long & clean less chlorine. Will book again for next trip.
