My stay was very enjoyable. The view is truly breathtaking and one of the highlights of the hotel. The facilities are diverse and well-maintained, offering many options for guests. There is also a small grocery store inside the hotel, which is a new and convenient idea that I really liked 👍🏻 The food was delicious and varied, and the laundry service was fast and well organized — I really appreciated that. However, room cleanliness needs more attention and stronger disinfectant scents to feel fresher. Also, they do not allow delivery drivers to go up to the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient.

Das Hotel hat ein modernes neues Gebäude, eine komfortable Atmosphäre und eine gut gepflegte Hygiene. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, So unterstützen Sie die Komfort der Familie während des Aufenthalts. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch strategisch, nahe an verschiedenen kulinarischen Orten und touristischen Zielen in Bandung,so ist es angebracht, Aktivitäten ohne zu verbringen. Es gab ein kleines Problem in der letzten Nacht, das heißt, es gab zweimal ein Licht aus, aber es war nur eine Weile und es ging sofort wieder normal.Es reduzierte nicht die allgemeine Genusserfahrung. In der Regel wird dieses Hotel für Familien und Reisende, die einen Urlaub in Bandung mit einer komfortablen Atmosphäre, komplette Einrichtungen und einfachen Zugang zu verschiedenen Attraktionen empfehlen.

Clean and also very good place i love the breakfast , the room and all the facility inside. I will comeback here definitely to try other room

Ein Hotel mit strategischer Lage in der Nähe von Braga, der Service ist freundlich, schnell und reaktionsschnell, das Frühstücksmenü ist in Ordnung und lecker, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem wurde ich bei meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel noch nie enttäuscht ... und es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das einzige, was verbessert werden muss, ist das Tap-Card-System. Wenn Sie bei 3D 2N übernachten, muss die Tap-Karte nach dem Wechsel morgen Nachmittag nach 12 Uhr immer auf dem Weg zur Rezeption sein, um erneut aktiviert zu werden.

lumayan oke , tapi krna baru jadinya blum benar2 oke pelayanannya.. dpt kamar diujung bgt dan masih pambangunan jd berisik tukang. lalu dpt kanar yg pintu kamar mandinya susah tutup jd harus panggil maintenance nunggu 1.5jam benerin pintu, gk ada niat untuk mindahin ke kamar lain jd waktu kita habis sih.. lainnya oke staff nya so so kurang inisiatif, ball boy gk lgusnh ambil koper klo gk diminta.. mungkin krna baru smoga bs ditingkatkan lagi

It's a great hotel to stay with the family. The room is quiet, clean, and really cool. The hotel employees are also friendly and helpful with the information that you need about the route to the Great Asia Africa, Farm house etc. My kids are happy to swim till late even though the swimming pool is already closed. I will definitely visit this hotel on the next trip of adventure.

Die AC leckte schwer und musste einen Techniker zweimal anrufen. Die MOD sollte das Zimmer sofort ändern, weil das Zimmer nicht von guter Qualität war.
