"Good hotel and many activities for kids. They have aviary so kids can enjoy. All was good only one concern, since the location nearby village, the air is polluted with smoke. We can smell the smoke all day long. Need hotel mgmt to talk with villagers to not fire their trash/garbage or etc"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Mason Pine Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Even before our arrival, the communication with the hotel team was excellent. They responded promptly to our requests and made us feel truly welcomed. Upon check-in, we were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a beautiful pool view. The room was also thoughtfully prepared with a personalized welcome message on the mirror, a delicious cake, and adorable elephant towel decorations. These small touches made our family feel very special. The facilities are outstanding, especially for families with children. Our little one had so much fun enjoying the swimming pool, trampoline, arcade games, and the various kids’ activities available throughout the hotel. We were also pleasantly surprised to find pickleball facilities, which added another enjoyable activity during our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the genuine hospitality of every staff member. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. They even kindly granted us a complimentary late check-out until 1 PM, which we truly appreciated. Thank you, Mason Pine Hotel, for creating such a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway near Bandung. This is not just a hotel stay—it was a memorable family experience that we will always cherish. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was how runner-friendly the location is. I started my morning with a 5K run from the hotel to the Bumi Hejo and IKEA Kota Baru Parahyangan area before returning to the hotel. The route was enjoyable, the morning atmosphere was fresh, and it was a perfect way to begin the day. This is definitely an added bonus for guests who enjoy running or morning walks. We’ve stayed at several hotels before, including a beachfront resort in Bali, but Mason Pine Hotel has become our favorite family staycation destination. It wasn’t just because of the facilities—it was the genuine hospitality, thoughtful attention to detail, and the complete family-friendly experience that truly made the difference. We left with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back."

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at this resort. There was a small cockroach in the cabin, but it wasn't unexpected since the resort is nestled in a forest surrounded by nature. What I loved most was the cool weather, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful natural surroundings. The campfire in the evening created a warm and memorable experience, while the BBQ was enjoyable and the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also upgraded to the Golf View cabin (Cabins 1609 & 1611), and it was absolutely worth it. The view was beautiful, and there was a lovely chilling area near the lobby where we could relax at night. The breakfast was superb, offering a great variety of delicious food, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. There are also plenty of nearby activities to enjoy, such as ATV rides, paintball, and other outdoor adventures, making the stay even more exciting. If you're looking to escape the busy city and enjoy fresh air, nature, and a peaceful glamping experience, this is definitely a fantastic place to stay. Despite the minor issue, I truly enjoyed every moment of my visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and glamping! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Der einzige Nachteil ist die Zufahrtsstraße zum Hotel. Sie ist sehr holprig, steinig, gefährlich und unbefestigt. Wir wissen nicht, ob es dort GrabCar gibt, da wir einen Mietwagen hatten. Das Hotel liegt eine Stunde von der Stadt entfernt, daher sollten Sie sich vorher mit Essen und Trinken eindecken. Im Hotel selbst werden aber auch Speisen und Getränke sowie Kochutensilien angeboten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber wenn die Straße repariert wäre, wäre es deutlich besser."

"The hotel is relatively brand new, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The swimming pool facilities in the hotel is very large and clean, as well the gym facilities are also great and spacious. The hotel is considered luxurious. However, the location is quite isolated so we could only reach the hotel if we have a private car, and the location surrounding is quite far from Lembang city center. As for the quality of food in the restaurant for breakfast, I think it should be improved from the taste and variant, since this is considered as 5 star hotel. However, as overall this hotel is great, moreover the price is also affordable."

"We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay."
