This was my third time staying at this hotel. It's good to stay in the executive room. Unfortunately, it's hard to say that it's great for the price. The facilities and services are poor for a four-star hotel. But there's no better place to stay than here in cirebon. Breakfast is a local meal. It is not enough for foreigners to eat. There is a swimming pool, but I cannot swim because I cannot wear a swimsuit because it is an Islamic country. So there are no people in the large swimming pool. The staff always smiles and feels kind.

“Hotel bintang 5 dengan rasa kaki lima “ When checkin  ,3 may 25 , no concierge service , no bell boy  available . While waiting check in , luggage and stuffs just laid down un attended . Assigned room was very far and entering the room , founded AC not properly set , hot room , tv monitor set guest Name under different name , no room sandals provided. Call house keeping 2 times and finally coming after 15 minutes . Shower water not properly running , water discharge very hot ,either set to hot or cold position .no cold water discharge . Conclusion : Hospitality services and hotel facilities not operate properly , no intention to serve customer as 5 star hotel services , even though , room occupancy is low . HOTEL BUILDING & FACILITIES APPEARANCE GOOD & LUXURY

Ein Hotel mit strategischer Lage in der Nähe von Braga, der Service ist freundlich, schnell und reaktionsschnell, das Frühstücksmenü ist in Ordnung und lecker, die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Alles in allem wurde ich bei meinem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel noch nie enttäuscht ... und es ist ein empfehlenswertes Hotel. Das einzige, was verbessert werden muss, ist das Tap-Card-System. Wenn Sie bei 3D 2N übernachten, muss die Tap-Karte nach dem Wechsel morgen Nachmittag nach 12 Uhr immer auf dem Weg zur Rezeption sein, um erneut aktiviert zu werden.

I recommend this hotel for family trip, kids friendly, there is outdoor kids playground, indoor game play room. Food is Good, View from Room nice, all items is good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Overall Always exceed our expectations, this is our fourth time stayi at The trans Luxury hotel Bandung and definitely we will be back.

Strategisch in Bandung gelegen, sind die Zimmerpreise auch erschwinglich. Einchecken war einfach, unterstützt von der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptionist. Wenn Sie Bandung erkunden möchten, empfehlen wir sehr, hier zu bleiben.

Mein Aufenthalt im Schweizer Belresort Dago Heritage war reiner Segen. Das elegante Zimmer, der Bergbrise und die Panoramablicke schufen einen friedlichen Rückzug. Ich liebe die gemütliche Atmosphäre und den Top-Notch-Service. Die Lage in der Nähe von Dago’s Attraktionen machte es leicht zu erkunden. Eine perfekte Mischung von Luxus und Natur hoch empfohlen.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High-quality room and high-quality service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bogor. Keep it up.

Freundlicher Service, luxuriöser Eingang war sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, aber ein enttäuschender Punkt ist, dass das Rauchen im Freien erlaubt ist. Für diejenigen, die morgens nicht rauchen, ist es schmerzhaft. Es war so ein Hotel, das in mir den Wunsch geweckt hat, es zu besuchen, als ich wieder nach Bandung kam.
