Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend: Die bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es auch viele Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Allerdings war es beim Frühstück ziemlich voll.

Ich habe kürzlich in der Schweiz-Belinn Medan geblieben und eine angenehme Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Medan, so dass es einfach zu erreichen nahe gelegene Einkaufsgebiete, Restaurants und lokale Attraktionen. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, mit allen grundlegenden Einrichtungen. Das Bett war gemütlich und die Hauspflege machte eine gute Arbeit, um sicherzustellen, dass alles während meines Aufenthalts geblieben war. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, freundlich und immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen, was die Erfahrung noch angenehmer machte. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, bietet eine anständige Vielfalt lokaler und internationaler Gerichte. Das Essen war auch sauber und gut organisiert. Ein Bereich für Verbesserungen wäre die Wi-Fi-Verbindung, die manchmal etwas unstable sein könnte. Zusätzlich könnte die Zimmergröße für längere Aufenthalte etwas kompakt fühlen, aber es ist immer noch ausreichend für kurze Reisen. Insgesamt bietet Swiss-Belinn Medan einen guten Preis für Geld, vor allem für Geschäfts- oder kurze Freizeitaufenthalte. Ich würde mir vorstellen, bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Medan wieder hier zu bleiben.

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

Wir lieben unseren Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und spotless. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war auch sauber und gut gepflegt. Dusche Gel und Lotion mit leichtem Lavendel gespült waren unsere Lieblingspunkte. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit westlicher, asiatischer und lokaler Küche. Wir lieben auch den Service, den alle Mitarbeiter angeboten haben. Besonders der Empfangsmitglied, der uns geholfen hat, hatte eine reibungslose Kontrolle. Insgesamt haben wir einen großen Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich noch einmal hier bleiben, wenn wir das nächste Mal Medan besuchen.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

Unser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

Der Ort ist komfortabel. Aber mein Vorschlag ist, einen Aufzug einzubauen und einen Roomboy einzurichten. Gestern hatte ich aufgrund meines großen Koffers und der mitgeführten Taschen und anderem Gepäck einige Schwierigkeiten, die Rolltreppe hinaufzusteigen.

Our family of four stayed at deSatu Hotel during a short trip to Medan, and it was a pleasant surprise! The location is unbeatable right next to Centre Point Mall and just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around with kids super convenient. The rooms were compact but clean, with cold AC and strong water pressure in the shower a must after a long day exploring the city. While the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, we found plenty of food options nearby, including local favorites like Soto Sinar Pagi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even offering tips on where to eat and how to get around. The only downside was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing that kept us awake. Overall, it’s a great value for families looking for a clean, central, and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

Perfekt für Familien und wunderbares Gebühren. Nur minus ist der Punkt, dass es auf der Insel Samosir liegt. Jedoch ist alles, was Sie wollen, für gepflegt und wunderschöner Seeblick. Personal ist EXCELENT! Sie begrüßen Sie glücklich und begegnen Ihre Bedürfnisse geduldig. KUDOS zum Team. Chinesisches Neues Jahr 2025 Vibes!
