Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde demek yanlış olmaz. Fotoğraflarında göründüğünden daha karanlık diye belirtmem lazım. Muhtemelen bana verilen oda böyleydi. Odama ulaşmak için önce bir ara kapıdan girip daha sonra merdiven çıkıp, sonra 2 ara kapı ilerleyip, bir kısa holden sonra tekrar aşağı labirentte gezer gibi inmem gerekiyordu. Özellikle 2 bavul, 1 büyük bilgisiyar çantası ve takım elbiselerimin içinde olduğu deri gamboç ile bunu tek başıma yapmam gerekti. Çünkü Hotel'de Bellboy bulunmamaktaydı. Bu konuda yardım da teklif etmediler. 2 Uçak aktarmasının üzerine bunu yapmak üzülerek hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Kaldığım odanın resmini ve oda özelliklerini trip.com'dan ekran görüntüsü alarak ekledim. O da inanılmaz küçük. Birebir aynı odada kaldım. Non-Smoking özellikle olarak önceden belirtmemiştim ama Otele ilk geldiğimde de teklif etmediler. İlk defa o otelde konakladığım için de ilk günden sorun çıkarmak istemedim. Oda da evet ısıtıcı kalorifer var ama soğuk olduğunu söylemem üzerine, resepsiyon da görevli hanımefendi bana kaloriferlerin daha çalışmadığını söyledi. Üşüdüğümü ısrarla söyleyince yönetici odasından bana elektrik ısıtmalı kalorifer getirdi direkt elime teslim etti odama yine aynı labirent gibi yoldan tek başıma götürmek zorunda kaldım. Hakeza oda da saç kurutma makinesi yoktu onu da resepsiyondan temin etmek durumunda kaldım. Internet güzel çalışıyordu bir sıkıntı yaşamadım. Muhtemelen 49'' TV oda da mevcuttu ben 1 kere kullandım onda da uzaktan kumandasının arka kapağı yoktu ve içindeki piller oksitlenmişti. Oda da banyo ve tuvalet var tabii orası da çok küçük. Oda da dolap olduğu belirtilmişti ama bana verilen oda da dolap yoktu yerine resmin sol tarafında da görüleceği üzere açım bir askılık ünitesi vardı. Dolayısı ile bavulu boşaltamadım. Sürekli içinde eşya alıp eşya bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Yatak 2 yastıklı ve rahattı. Ben kendi yastığımı da getirdiğim için sorun yaşamadım. Oda da telefon yok resepsiyona ulaşamıyorsunuz odadan. Etajer üzerinde ( TV'nin altında ) Kahve, Çay ve Kettle makinesi mevcuttu belirtildiği üzere. 2 Kişilik havlu takımı vardı. Yalnız oda temizliği, havalandırması ve havlu değişimi yapmıyorlardı ( oda girişi kapıya asılan temizleyebilirsiniz veya lütfen rahatsız etmeyin askısı yoktu ). Banyo içerisinde havluların kurumasına yardım eden bir askı/ısıtıcı vardı. Banyo eskiydi. Özellikle duş perdesi çok kötüydü. Banyodan fazla içeri asıldığı için ıslanmasıyla birlikte yıkanırken vücuduma yapışıyordu. Çok rahatsız ediciydi. Perde açarken ve kapatırken de paslanmalar olduğu için zorluklar yaşanıyordu. Sabah kahvaltısı İngiliz Kahvaltısı şeklindeydi. Ben 3 gece kaldım ama 1 gün kahvaltı ettim. Benim zevkime genel olarak uygundu ama çeşit sayısı kısıtlıydı. Çok beklentiye girmeyin derim. Konakladığım süre boyunca Genel olarak 2 resepsiyon görevlisi ile görüşme şansım oldu. Yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar diyebilirim. Ufak bir Bar'ı var. Onu da 1 gece kullanma şansım oldu. Fiyatları fena değildi 2 x Double + Double Jack Daniel's için 24 Pound ödedim.

Couple with dog. For two nights we didn't have hot water. We rang reception an spoke to the duty manager - the second time...He told us it was because there was a coach load of people staying who had all taken a shower/bath at the same time on their return, and we would have to wait until it heated up again. That didn't allow for the lack of pressure - a trickle! In the end we gave up - no shower/bath. However, the duty manager assured us that the manager would find us the next morning.... this never happened, On the Saturday night the same thing happened. The excuse given by the receptionist for the manager not having found us that morning was there was a wedding and all managers were needed - they didn't start their shift until 11am. The duty manager couldn't speak to us as he was working at the wedding - Saturday night - but Leanne assured us that she had noted our complaint and that she had written up notes, and our inconvenience (now not having hot water for two nights of a three night stay) would be reflected in our invoice on checking out. This wasn't the point. The stay was supposed to be a relaxing, super special treat, not able to have a shower or a bath at night was NOT okay! She assured us that on the third night the 'tour' party and 'wedding party' would have left. So we would have hot water. Which we did. On checking out the receptionist had no idea about our complaint, and therefore couldn't help us. We are in the process of writing a compliant, and a review. The staff and hotel did not let you down - the management did! I have a video of the water pressure. On another point, the hotel is described as dog friendly. This might be the case. You can bring your dog for a fee of £25 a night, however, on check in we were told we had to eat in the bar area or outside. Luckily the weather was okay. However, we felt like second class citizens! Not only that but the bar area has no tables at which anyone could eat a meal - the tables are all low and only fit for snacks!

Took myself away for the weekend. the location of this hotel was perfect for me to decide where I could go for the day. There's a lot to do in the area, from bowling with an arcade, soft play for children, and cinema. A good selection of places for food and drinks. The train station isn't too far away and opens up a lot more places. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. They give recommendations and help direct to whatever you need / want. The staff also on arrival ask I'd you have a preferred floor. Stayed here 3 times. I would definitely recommend and stay again if needed to.

Es ist ein beeindruckendes Gebäude, so hatte ich einige Erwartungen. Das Zimmer war ein bisschen datiert im neueren Teil. Nicht viele Einrichtungen wie Sie von diesem Hotel erwarten können. Die Bar-Zone ist wirklich schön, um einen wunderschönen Garten und so das Restaurant zu sehen. Auf diesem Hinweis war das Essen Fläche abgelassen. Ich habe ein thailändisches Grünkurrenküken bestellt. Ich war sofort auf das freuen, aber als es ankam, war es eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das Hühnchen war wahrscheinlich ein Rest aus einem anderen Mahl, sehr trocken. Die Sauce war nichts wie grüne Curry und das Reis war mikrobølge. Die Wächter waren sehr lieb und entschuldigt und die entfernte es aus meinem Rechnung. Sie sagten, sie haben einen Agenturküche! So ist es eine echte Schande !!

The hotel is in a great area of the countryside of Warwickshire. When you arrive the bar/food service next door is currently having maintenance issues so it is not currently open. When we arrived, the service was amazing:kind, friendly and approachable. On arrival to our room, the room (21) was a big size. The double bed was huge and double beds were available to our 2 children - even with our luggage scattered around the room, there was still plenty of room for the children to run around and play. My fiancé said the room was quiet warm but I liked the temperature of the room and found it pleasant - not too warm or cold and was very comfortable. The only amenities we would have benefited from as a family, was a fridge because our youngest needs dairy free milk for the night. However, I appreciate this is a luxury within hotels so it wasn't a factor to complain about. The beds were comfy. Breakfast in the morning - running from 7am-10am (we arrived at 9am) was a little disappointing. There wasn't much choice and a lot of items we had to wait for between 10-15 mins - and without saying anything to very absent kitchen/buffet staff, it wasn't topped up. I made do with what was left but I didn't end up having any toast (no bread), no bacon and no eggs. Not worth the £12.99 price tag. I have seen this mentioned in other reviews but breakfast area was conservatory-esque and quite cold. As mentioned previously, customer service was great and this was upheld at checkout. No close local amenities, evening restaurant, local shop etc but overall, a lovely stay.

It's all a bit random really. Awkward to find (signage from the road is terrible). Staff are friendly but limited in what they can do, rooms vary from the fabulous to the downright tatty. Very popular with coach parties, so breakfast can be heaving (no seats, plates or knives when I tried on this stay). Good if you can get the right price for the room, but not the best example of the Mercure brand by some distance

Ich kam am nächsten Morgen zum Versammlungstag im Birmingham Business Park zu bleiben, als ich benötigte. Das B&B war am Rande des Coleshill. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, und nur um gut. Ich werde nicht dagegen sein, dort wieder zu bleiben, aber es gibt auch nichts Besonderes, um mich zurückzuziehen. Plus: James wartete auf mich, als ich ankam und zeigte mir den Schlüssel und das Zimmer. Er nahm auch meinen Bestell für den nächsten Morgen. Das Zimmer war anständig groß. Es gibt viele Lichter im Zimmer. Das Bett war ok. Es gibt Parkplatz auf der Website. Das Frühstück war bereit, als ich ins Essenszimmer ging. Minus: Auf £148 pro Nacht war das sicherlich kein gutes Geld. Die Anlage war ein wenig grundlegende, obwohl ausreichend (Tee/Kaffee/Kettle/Biscuits und Haartrockner). Es gab eine Flasche für Haar/Körperwasch und es gab eine kleine Seife im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer ist nur ungefähr in ausreichender Größe für eine Person. Die Wassertemperatur variierte etwas während der Show, aber funktionierend. Auch mein Zimmer war auf der 2. Etage, mit engen Treppen. Es war ok für mich, als ich sehr leicht reiste. Aber es wäre schwierig für jemanden mit großem Gepäck oder Mobilitätsbeschränkung.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Woodland Grange und können dieses Hotel durchaus empfehlen! Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber nur 10 Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum von Leamington Spa entfernt . Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und erstreckt sich über 16 Hektar weitläufiges Parkland, das zu einem gemütlichen Spaziergang einlädt . Das gesamte Personal war herzlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat . Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, geräumig und makellos sauber. Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter einen gut ausgestatteten Fitnessraum, einen Billardtisch im Spielzimmer und ein Business Center . Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der großzügige, kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor Ort . Und nicht zu vergessen: das schnelle und zuverlässige WLAN . Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können es jedem wärmstens ans Herz legen!

The Dakota is ideal for budget savvy travellers. The accommodation is clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom in good condition (water power in the shower good). Would stay again when I'm in the area.

Very glad I booked in this hotel. I needed a place for a night while coming to see the RSC, and the location couldn’t be better, just across the park. The room was so pretty and had everything you needed, bathtub, soap, iron, a kettle to make coffee/tea, and hair dryer. It doesn’t have AC, but my assistant dog and I were fine with just the fan. (I wonder in the winter?) But it did have towel warm rack- fantastic to dry off the towels and small washed clothes. The check in and out super easy and they’re keeping our luggage until we leave tonight, so I’m super grateful about that. The only thing I’d add to the room is better lighting for the bathroom’s mirror, since I could really see what I was doing 🤣 And maybe a better system to order in the pub, since it was a bit slow… But the food was Ok for a quick bite. Everyone was nice and I’d definitely would come back 🙌🏾
