Dieses Hotel ist ein wahres Juwel.
1. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschön renovierten historischen Gebäude und ist wirklich atemberaubend. Der Vintage-Aufzug ist ein echtes Highlight.
2. Die Farbpalette des Hotels ist atemberaubend, frisch und natürlich.
3. Die Zimmer haben unglaublich hohe Decken, fast so hoch wie Büroetagen, was für einen sehr komfortablen Aufenthalt sorgt.
4. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, und die bodentiefen Vintage-Fenster waren eine wahre Freude.
5. Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und freundlich. Das Restaurant befindet sich auf dem Dach, was sehr komfortabel ist.
6. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen der Altstadt, in günstiger Nähe zur U-Bahn-Station und zu Einkaufszentren.
Ich liebe dieses Hotel!
Wenn ich einen Nachteil nennen müsste, dann wäre es die etwas laute Umgebung, aber das ist nur ein Kairoer Problem; so ist es im Allgemeinen. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr ruhig.

It was a wonderful stay at Blue Ocean Studio. The entire place is clean and well-maintained, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The swimming pool area is another highlight clean, cozy, and a great spot to unwind.
What truly made the experience stand out was the staff: incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.

Für den Preis zahlen wir für drei Zimmer bei über US$100 eine Nacht und da es ein Hilton war, waren wir in den Zimmern extrem enttäuscht. Die Lobby sah vielversprechend aus, und das Personal war sehr nett. Die Zimmer sahen jedoch Grenze ******* und fühlten sich nicht super sauber. Es gab seltsame Hallen und zufällige Zimmer, die wir vor dem Eintritt in das Hotelzimmer selbst zu gehen mussten, gut das Personal war erstaunlich. Ich kann nicht sagen, dass es Hilton Standard oder Qualität ist und war extrem enttäuscht. Hilton betrachtet ist eine weltweite Marke.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt von Kairo und die Umgebung ist schmutzig und unordentlich. Die Serviceeffizienz der Wohnung ist sehr gering, das WLAN kann nicht mit dem Internet verbunden werden und das Personal konnte das WLAN nicht reparieren. Das Personal in der Wohnung hat keinen Sinn für Service. Der Zimmerpreis entspricht überhaupt nicht dem Service und den Einrichtungen. Der Zimmerpreis ist zu teuer und den hohen Preis nicht wert. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nicht empfehlen.

Above all, I would like to express my gratitude to the staff's efforts to manage the City Hostel clean which is too old and out fashioned building.
* Location & Transportation
Without noise, it is the best location to stay. It is located at 2 2-minute walk distance from Attaba subway station that connects to the Ramsis Railway Station and the Egypt Museum, only 1~3 stops away, charging 6 EGP per way. Of course, you can go to both by walk in 20 minutes. It means you can also enjoy the Nile riverside which is close to the museum.
And it is a 2-minute walk distance from the Attaba market which is the biggest public market in Cairo and so many locals visit to buy their livelihoods stuff at a cheap price.
In addition, you can also walk to the Al Azhar Mosque and Khan El-Khalili traditional market in 30 minutes, and St. Marc Coptic Orthodox Cathedral in AL Azbakeya in 10 minutes
Two problems I experienced are firstly the noi⁹sy from 8 am to 3 am outside the building due to market area and cars' horns. It took 3 days for me to adapt it. Any room in the hostel cannot escape it without changing the windows to soundproof ones. If you are sensitive to sound, it is better to find other lodges in a residential area or modernized ones.
Secondly, its location on the Uber taxi map and other maps is not accurate, so drivers have some problems in finding the city hostel. I have to meet them in front of the KFC next to the Attaba subway station. The signboard of the hotel is too small to recognize it.
* Building and room conditions
Like many other buildings in Cairo, the hostel building is old and shabby. The interior design and facilities are also outdated. However, the staff manages it so clean, particularly a common toilet and shower room.
It is quite convenient a washstand in each room.
However, it is bad there is no electronic kettle to boil water in a room or a common space. I could not enjoy my tea or coffee time at any time. I have to ask for hot drink water every morning when receiving breakfast, and store it in my tumbler.
It will be better to provide a tea or coffee service area in the hostel.
* Cleanness & Safety
Cleanness and safety are very good. I have no issue with this.
* Services
There is no basic service that most guesthouses provide in general: toilet paper and drink water.
Wifi is too weak to use the internet.
Other services like laundry are satisfied.
* Others
During my stay, I couldn't enjoy having an exchange time with other travelers. I think it is because there is no reason to stay in a common space where only sofas and a table are. Largely guesthouse provides a commonplace where guests enjoy better the internet or drinks including tea or coffee and foods, which makes guests meet each other naturally and structurally.
In conclusion, if the hostel provides basic services like toilet paper and commonplace with drink water and electronic kettles, it will be much better.
And it is necessary to change its signboard so that is more recognizable.
Except issues I mentioned above, it is a very good budget lodge.

TTricolordinglingDas Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens und es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttleservice. Sie können das Hotel anrufen, um den Flughafen abzuholen. Der Preis für eine Person im selben Zimmer unterscheidet sich von dem für zwei Personen. Mir ist nicht aufgefallen, dass ich im Laden 60 $ für zwei Zimmer bezahlt habe. Überprüfen Sie dies unbedingt sorgfältig, bevor Sie eine Reservierung vornehmen. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, aber für den chinesischen Magen nicht geeignet.

GGastnutzerGute Lage, Service an der Rezeption leider nicht eines 4 Sterne Hotels würdig, mehrere Anliegen wurden gleichzeitig bearbeitet, was dazu führte das Sachen mehrmals angefordert wurden, und der Check-In deutlich länger dauerte als notwendig. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, Klimaanlage war recht laut, Dusche war kaputt. Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht unbedingt das Niveau von Novotel außerhalb Ägypten.

GGastnutzerLovely smart hotel. Several restaurants. Massage and gym. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel nice sbd roomy. Rooms spacious. Would stay there again but if you want to be in the town centre with many shops you need to stay closer to city centre as this, was, about 30 minutes from airport. It didn't matter because everything is a short cheap taxi fare away. Also it's next to a military camp where you can see and hear the soldiers marching from your balcony. If the bugle noise bothers, you at 6am then maybe not for you. Also, but not related to the hotel you'll be woken up at 4am by the, wailing from the mosques but you can't really get away from that can you. The hotel I understand is, owned by the military and so you'll often see soldiers stay there. They weren't any trouble. In fact it made you feel safe.
