When I entered the room, I had a bit struggle to find the lights. It’s not a common 4 star hotel where I just need to insert the key card and everthing is on. The pool area is perfect for afternoon cocktails. Elevator was fast. The hotel is within walking distance to shoping center. I think this hotel is decent for short stay in Sao Jose.

Lage: in der Nähe der Metrostation Airport. Etwa 10 Minuten Taxifahrt von T1. Der Shuttlebus zum Flughafen war sehr praktisch. Zimmer: sehr sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Restaurant: Ich habe dort gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war sehr gut und nicht teuer.

Nice hotel. Location was good with shopping mall just opposite. The gym was sufficient. However, breakfast can have more variety would be best.

Hotel bem localizado, tivemos um imprevisto com a cobrança sendo realizada duas vezes, infelizmente houve um erro que passou por 3 atendentes do hotel, depois foi resolvido através de um estorno do pagamento, então neste ponto, tudo foi resolvido. A área da piscina, a pesar de informarem ser coberta e aquecida, o aquecimento é mínimo, deixa ela de gelada para menos gelada, infelizmente a cobertura está bem danificada, possui vários buracos na telha, durante nossa visita, acabou chovendo e existem pingos por toda a área da piscina, o que fica quase que impraticável o seu uso.

Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, und es ist auch eine relativ hohe Qualität in der Umgebung, in der Nähe des Flughafens. Die Einrichtungen und das Frühstück sind gut und einen Aufenthalt wert.

Ich finde die Unterkunft sehr gut, aber das letzte Mal, dass ich hatte Probleme mit der Zahlung, weil ich auf der Website zahlen und sie haben mich die Karte zu vergeben, wenn ich anmelden.

The room seem to be little smaller and AC was little weak initially. But rest of the things were great. Oh yes, I booked from trip.com. but the hotel system did not have my reservation. They took at least 15 mins to verify before I was getting the key.

Perfect stay !!! Top notch hotel. Highly recommand to stay here. Very vrry nice renovated room. Amazing multi options for breakfast never saw that in Brazil. Really nice staff amazing helpful. They do their best to satisfy your needs. Definitely deserve the 5stars and will be back for sure. AMAZING STAY !

Foi a primeira vez que eu aluguei um quarto no Ibis. Já tinha ouvido comentários de que o quarto é pequeno, mas pra minha surpresa era bem menor do que eu imaginava. aluguei mesmo assim. Achei que minha crises de claustrofobia tinham sido curadas, mas no quarto do Ibis tive uma crise claustrofóbica. Falta de ar, dor no peito, dor de cabeça. A janela do quarto mal abria. Parece uma prisão solitária não tem espaço para se locomover. O banheiro é apertado. Foi péssima a experiência. Tive que sair no mesmo dia. Não consegui ficar lá. Tive que alugar um hotel no centro desses bem sujos, mas que pelo menos tinha um espaço maior e janelas de verdade.
