Hotels in Bournemouth mit Parkplatz

This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine..  Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm.  Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal.

The place could do with a lick of paint and I found it odd that my room was cleaned/replenished one day and not the other but the staff were nice and happy to attend to requests. The room was comfortable for a few nights and the hotel is just a short walk from the high street and beachfront.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt mit meinem Freund. Das Hotel war schön, spotless, und hatte eine so ruhige, entspannende Atmosphäre – perfekt für einen romantischen Pause. Das Personal war warm und willkommen, und die Lage war ideal, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zu allem, was wir brauchten. Von dem schönen Zimmer bis zum leckeren Frühstück, alles machte unser Aufenthalt wirklich besondere. Wir würden sicher lieben, zurückzukommen!

Die Lage ist super, nur zehn Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, oder fünf Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle, von der aus man in zehn Minuten nach Boscombe oder Bournemouth fährt (allerdings fahren die Busse nur halbstündlich, scheinen ständig Verspätung zu haben und fahren ab 18:30 Uhr nicht mehr, also gut planen oder stattdessen ein stressfreies Taxi nehmen – nur 6 £ nach Boscombe). Das Hotel ist sauber und ordentlich, aber das Personal an der Rezeption war mürrisch und wenig hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren furchtbar (man spürte jede einzelne Feder; ich habe zwei Decken daruntergelegt, um überhaupt schlafen zu können, zum Glück war es sehr warm, sodass wir sie nicht brauchten). Leider war unser Fenster kaputt, sodass ich den Lärm der Gäste, die direkt darunter ein- und ausgingen, nicht aussperren konnte. Der Mann, der das Fenster reparieren sollte, war jedoch äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit und respektierte meine Bitte, leise zu sein und sanft zu sprechen, da mein autistischer Sohn versuchte einzuschlafen. Und er hat das Fenster repariert. Zum Glück blieben wir nur eine Nacht, daher würde ich trotz des unbequemen Bettes für einen weiteren günstigen Kurzaufenthalt wiederkommen.

Sauberes Zimmer, viel Platz, super bequemes Bett und toller Fernseher mit vielen Sendern. Der Fernseher der Nachbarn war etwas zu hören. Das Badezimmer roch, als ob dort jahrelang geraucht worden wäre. Selbst Duschen und offene Tür halfen nicht gegen den rauchigen/muffigen Geruch. Er schien in den Wänden zu kleben. Ansonsten ein toller Aufenthalt! 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum.

Es war ein schönes Zimmer und hatte ein Bad. Meine Haustiere. Erst Nacht vermisste seine Medizin! Meine erste Nacht war gut. Am zweiten Nachtaufenthalt wurde ich im Bett angegriffen, während ich schlief! Ich fühle mich immer noch krank!

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

I had read the reviews so I was not expecting much. All the staff appear to work really hard. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is really grubby and in much need of new carpets, redecoration and maintenance. (Sorry you maintenance guys, it might be a case of not enough hours in a day). Its NOT good enough to say ”there is only one pump” when no water comes out of the shower and then its brown for several minutes! I believe the pool is a new addition but why let the weeds grow up around it? The room was disappointing, my clothes hangers kept falling out of the holes and my clothes were then laying in the bottom of the wardrobe. I requested some hangers from reception, but no hangers existed? It was recommended that I book a table for dinner, I opted for 7pm and the steak. Forty minutes later it was still being chased up! Chatting around the pool it appears two people can stay for £80 per night but I was charged £133 with breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style and barely warm. I visited the hotels in the group and they are by far better. I will not recommend this hotel or stay again!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Big room and accessible bathroom there is a very retro lovely charm here which is like of timeless but not in a bad way . The Internet was very good as were the facilities in the room . The only thing I would say was the bar soft drink was relatively expensive but it was just that you tasteless like it had been watered down too much
