Eine traumhafte Lage über dem Meer gelegen. Das Hotel ist frisch renoviert und mit Indoor - und Aussenpool ausgestattet! Das Hotel als ganzes einzigartig in Bournemouth! Wir waren in einer Suite in der obersten Etage mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer und auf den grossen Hotelgarten. Das Zimmer war top! Das Bad super schön und gross! Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine zum benutzen im Zimmer! Die Mitarbeiter alle hilfsbereit, motiviert und zuvorkommend und trotzdem herrscht keine steife Atmosphäre - im Gegenteil, schon beim Betreten der Hotellobby wird man verzaubert durch brennende Kerzen, tolle Musik und es duftet fein! Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zwischen Lobby und Restaurant sind wirklich einladend, unter anderem mit Kaminfeuer! Das Restaurant selber mit Bar lässt keine Wünsche offen! Tolle frisch zubereitete Cocktails, hübsche und sehr freundliche Servicemitarbeiter/innen und gute frische Küche - raffiniert zubereitete Gerichte - eine Augenweide und für den Gaumen eine Bereicherung! Auch die Weinkarte absolut interessant! Ich hoffe dass ich mit meiner Beschreibung viele Menschen neugierig auf dieses Erlebnis-Hotel machen konnte! Ich bin ein Fan geworden und werde bestimmt zurückkehren - an den Ort welchen man gesehen und erlebt haben muss! THE PLACE you must have been..!!!

Schönes Hotel, große Lage, freundliches Personal, Zimmer war sauber und wirklich schön und modern. Ich hätte nicht nach einem besseren Hotel gefragt!

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Geblieben ein paar Nächte war es billiger, auf der Hauptstraße zu parken, dann was es war, Hotel für Parkplätze zu zahlen, Zimmer ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite mit kleinem TV auf der Wand, nicht extra für Frühstück zu zahlen, so dass Sie nicht wissen, was es war oder haben Zeit, die Einrichtungen zu nutzen, Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer war sauber würde sicher wieder zum Hotel gehen

Das Hotelhall ist wunderschön und schön, das Restaurant ist gut, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich, der Service ist gut, das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Strand, die Umgebung ist sehr schön, das Wasser ist sauber! stark empfohlen

Bought a virgin experience day afternoon tea for mother's Day. We got round to having it today. Booked two months ago. Confirmed the booking by phone last night. Drive 1.5hrs to get to the hotel. Arrived and were seated l, got given a pot of tea. 20mins later we were told they couldn't find our booking (my mother and I and another couple who came in at the same time as us, on their 50th anniversary...4 of us) but had seated four other people for afternoon tea instead of us 4. They told us to wait and they'd sort out our afternoon tea. 45 mins later were told the chef basically wasn't going to be bothered to make us our sandwiches etc so we'd have to choose off the menu instead and it would be two courses and some drinks included. Asked for the club sandwich advertised on either brown or white bread. They had no brown bread. Eventually got food nearly 1.25hrs after arriving. Waiter then had the audacity to expect me to pay for drinks despite saying they were included. We had already cashed in our voucher to pay for afternoon tea and although the food was ok it wasn't what we wanted or travelled all that way for. They tried to accommodate us being there but we were made to feel like a complete after thought and it dampened the whole experience. The tea pot looked nice and that was the extent of our afternoon tea. They said we could take cakes home with us and when we asked them to pack them so we could take them away we were given the line they couldn't pack them due to health and safety and I was given a bag to pack them ourselves which made me laugh. Was a bit of a disaster and disappointment all around considering we booked well in advance. We confirmed by phone the night before then couldn't find us a day later. Knowing the difference between **** and elbow springs to mind. I think they cocked up giving the four of our bookings to another party then didn't know how to handle the situation. Wont go back there !!!
