2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful

Heathlands Hotel is located in a very good location that is a short walk to the beach. Parking at the hotel costs £5 for 24 hours. It is reasonably priced. The hotel is clean and the staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. I would stay here again when I come back to Bournemouth.

Wir blieben ein paar Nächte, es war billiger, auf der Hauptstraße zu parken, als im Hotel für das Parken zu zahlen. Das Zimmer war etwas klein mit einem kleinen Fernseher an der Wand. Wir zahlten nicht extra für das Frühstück, also weiß ich nicht, wie es war, und hatte auch keine Zeit, die Annehmlichkeiten zu nutzen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer war sauber. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder ins Hotel gehen.

Typical UK seaside hotel, in need of re-furbishing. We paid a lot for the small, badly furnished bedroom, but it was one of the busiest weekends of the year. Friendly, helpful staff. Chloe in the bar was a star. Pleasant walk through the park to the beach.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with the usual comfy Premier Inn bed that ensured a great night's sleep.. Overall, it was great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bournemouth.

It was a very nice experience though there was a delay when we got there because the room we booked for was not available as they said it was not what was booked. But they find something else for us considering we have children.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Ich war überrascht, dass man für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche 4 Pfund bezahlen musste; es war das erste Mal in meinem Leben, dass ich für die Aufbewahrung einer Tasche bezahlt habe. Die Bar war morgens nicht geöffnet und ich habe keine Erfahrung mit dem Essen in diesem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Empfang war ordentlich, die Flure waren nicht besonders gepflegt. Das Zimmer hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war nicht schön, aber für eine Nacht war es ok und es war ruhig. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, alles ist sauber. Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen, denn rund um das Meer und in der Nähe des Meeres gibt es viele Pinien, fernab vom Trubel der Stadt. Nicht ideal, aber durchaus akzeptabel. Das Personal half bei der Lösung aller Probleme.
