Wir waren Ende August in diesem Hotel und hatten uns zum ersten Mal in unserem Leben in Kroatien für ”All-inclusive” entschieden. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist top. Wir hatten eine der wenigen Suiten gebucht. Die Zimmer waren groß und es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Eine Wandseite zum Balkon hinaus war undicht und es regnete rein (wir hatten einen Regentag), was jetzt aber nicht unbedingt schlimm war. Das Hotel winkte das nur ab und meinte, dass ist halt so an Regentagen. Aber das war nicht das größte Problem. Die Poollandschaft ist renovierungsbedürftig. Ich habe hier gelesen, dass jemand vor 2 Jahren eine wackelnde und instabile Leiter moniert hat. Diese Leiter ist immer noch instabil und echt ein Abenteuer. Auch ist der Poolbereich völlig überfüllt. Viel zu wenig Liegefläche für so viele Hotelgäste. Nun zum größten Manko. Das Essen!! Eine Katastrophe, nein eine echte Unverschämtheit eigentlich. Dieses Hotel ist nicht günstig und ich muss sagen, das Einzige was essbar war, war morgens das Omelette und mittags die Pommes. Essen ohne Geschmack, Gewürze kennt der Koch scheinbar nicht. Verkochte Nudeln, zähes Fleisch. Bratenreste vom Vortag wurden am nächsten Tag als ”Rindersalat ala Chef” angeboten, das gleiche mit Geflügel. Suppe bestand nur aus Brühwürfel. Wir sind am Meer und müssen Tiefkühlfisch essen, wo gibt es denn sowas? Wir mussten nebenher noch sehr viel Geld ausgeben, damit wir zumindest jeden zweiten Tag ein schackhaftes Essen genießen konnten bzw. unsere Kinder mal etwas anderes außer Pommes auf dem Teller hatten. Als ”All-inclusive-Gast” ist man tatsächlich nur Gast 2. Klasse. Denn man genießt nicht die gleichen Getränke wie ein ”zahlender Gast”. Kaffee nur aus dem Automaten (der schlechteste in meinem Leben), Cola, Fanta, Sprite etc. nur Sirup-Gemisch. Billigwein und sehr schlechtes Bier. Urlaub und genießen ist echt anders. Den Kaffee haben wir genau einmal getrunken, danach haben wir ”echten Kaffee bzw. Cappuccino” gekauft und der hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Leider ist dieser gute Kaffee nicht im All-Inclusive enthalten. Kellner und Personal waren uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und äußerst höflich. Unser Fazit: ”Nicht mehr dieses Hotel und auf keinen Fall mehr All-Inclusive”.

Der Check-in ist nicht zufrieden, sowohl Ctrip als auch das Hotel müssen verbessert werden. Können Sie auf Ctrip das Zimmer mit Meerblick in ein Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick umwandeln? Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und kann die Straße und die Bäume sehen. Wenn Sie an der Ecke des Balkons stehen und den Kopf herausstrecken, können Sie a sehen Ecke mit Meerblick. Ich dachte ursprünglich, dass das von Ctrip angezeigte Zimmer mit Meerblick einen Blick auf das Meer in der unteren Gegend und der höchste Blick auf das Meer einen Blick auf das Meer in der oberen Gegend habe, aber das stellte sich nicht heraus. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass Ctrip das „Zimmer mit Meerblick“ in „Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick“ ändert und „extremer Meerblick“ als „Zimmer mit Meerblick“ bezeichnet werden kann. Zweitens ist dies ein Service eines mit Ctrip verbundenen Drittunternehmens. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit Sofa gebucht. Das Hotel sagte, dass ich ein Familienzimmer gebucht habe. Check-in, ich brauche nicht so viele Betten. Dann rannte ich zur Rezeption, um mich zu beschweren und sagte, dass ich Geld hinzufügen würde, um das Zimmer mit Meerblick aufzuwerten. Eine kleine Frau mit Brille an der Rezeption des Hotels ist sehr heuchlerisch. Sie hat offensichtlich ein Zimmer frei, betont aber immer wieder, dass das Zimmer voll sei und es nicht möglich sei, Geld hinzuzufügen. Sie möchte mein Zimmer einfach nicht ändern Zimmer. Ich habe die Ctrip-App geöffnet und sie gefragt, ob ich jetzt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bestellen soll? Wenn Sie das Problem nicht lösen können, bitten Sie bitte Ihren Manager, herauszukommen. Diese kleine Frau mit Brille hat den Vorgang neu gestartet und schließlich mehr als 200 RMB hinzugefügt, um mich in ein Zimmer mit Meerblick umzuwandeln. Der Vorgang war ziemlich unangenehm. Später stellte ich ihr in der Nähe ein paar Reisefragen, aber sie beantwortete sie überhaupt nicht. Sie lächelte und empfahl mir einen Stand mit einem Stand an der Tür und fragte mich, wo ich mich beraten lassen könne. Die kleine Frau mit der Brille an der Rezeption sah nicht wie eine herzliche Kroatin aus, weder wie eine Tschechin noch eine Polin. Es wurde auch betont, dass die Zimmerkarte nicht verloren gehen kann und bei Verlust 10 Euro fällig werden. Der Portier ist auch Garagenführer und Parkservice, und der Service ist aufmerksam, also gefällt es mir. Andere Servicekräfte wie Restaurants sind durchaus begeistert, aber diese Rezeption nervt. Dieses Hotel ist mehr auf Eltern-Kind-Routen ausgerichtet und verfügt über mehrere Swimmingpools. Ich habe ein Frühstücks- und Abendessenpaket bestellt. Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls ein Buffet. Getränke müssen separat bestellt werden. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe von Abendessenvarianten. Die Bilder von Internet-Prominenten sind wunderschön und meine Erwartungen sind gestiegen. Die tatsächliche Szene ist nicht schlecht, aber auch nicht erstaunlich.
