So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

Mit dem Vorfahren beginnt schon der Urlaub... Türen werden auf gehalten, Gepäck wird versorgt, das Zimmer erklärt usw, usw. Das Hotel bietet einen sehr guten Service von Anfang an. Alle Abteilungen sind sehr bemüht und überaus freundlich. Essen kann man rund um die Uhr und findet auch immer etwas in den verschiedenen Restaurants. Verhungern ausgeschlossen! Für Lob, Verbesserungen und Kritik stehen die Gästebetreuer Nesli und Osman zur Verfügung. Auch diese Beiden machen einen super Job und man könnte sie auch als die gute Seele des Hauses bezeichnen. Wir waren hoch zufrieden und sehen uns mit Sicherheit wieder. Unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!!

Ich war mit meine Tochter, für Kind ist es OK. Eigentlich wir sind zu dritt gebucht aber wegen Krankheit mein Mann kann der Reise nicht teilnehmen. Und wir haben größeres Zimmer gebucht, aber ein kleines bekommen. Es war so klein, kein platz für zweite Koffer. Und letzter Tag beim Check-ab habe Probleme gehabt mit Strandtüchern. Ich muss den erste Tag 10 Euro bezahlen als Pfand für ein Strandtuch und bei Abreise muss ich eigentlich Geld zurückbekommen. Aber ein Mitarbeiter nicht zuständig hat seine Arbeit gemacht. In der Mappe war alles ausgefüllt und mit meine Unterschrift, aber in Computer war gar nichts. Ja,20 Euro waren nicht so viel, aber es hat mich nerven gekostet und der Transporter für den Flughafen muss auch warten mit den andere Leuten. Und nächstes Mal, ich überlege mich gut, ob ich dieses Hotel wähle.

Dieses Hotel war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt für meine Familie. Das Essen ist fantastisch, das Personal ist wunderbar und alles war von hohem Standard. Der einzige Grund, warum ich eine schlechte Bewertung hinterlasse, ist die Enttäuschung, die wir aufgrund des Zustands der streunenden Katzen in diesem Hotel erlebt haben. Wir waren schon in anderen Hotels in Antalya und Side, haben aber noch nie so ungepflegte Straßenkatzen gesehen. Die meisten Katzen sehen verletzt aus, einige haben Augeninfektionen oder sogar Schnittwunden und andere Behinderungen. Die Katzen sehen so dünn, hungrig und dehydriert aus. Auf dem Weg zum Pool sahen wir eine Katze, die Wasser aus einer schlammigen Pfütze trank, und als wir ihr frisches Wasser besorgten, trank sie so viel, dass es uns schockierte. Es wird so viel Futter verschwendet, was bedeutet, dass so viel Geld weggeworfen wird, aber das Hotel investiert nicht in die minimale Pflege dieser Katzen. In anderen Hotels haben wir Futterspender, Wassernäpfe und sogar kleine Häuser für die armen Tiere gesehen, aber hier gibt es absolut nichts für sie. Das Mindeste, was dieses Hotel tun könnte, wäre, einige Wasser- und Futternäpfe aufzustellen, damit diese Katzen nicht verhungern. Wir haben mit der Rezeptionistin gesprochen und selbst sie hat selbst erklärt, dass es überhaupt niemanden gibt, der sich um diese Katzen kümmert. Als Katzenbesitzer und Leberbesitzer hat dies unser Image vom Hotel ruiniert und uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. Wir hoffen, dass Sie diese Informationen berücksichtigen.
