It’s a decent hotel for a decent price. Within 2 minutes you are at the main road along the beach. The swimming pool is perfect. The only thing they could improve is plastic loungers instead of wooden.

An OK property for under $90/night per private room. The room (queen) is OK, cleaned regularly and owners and staff and very friendly and professional, security present at night on premises and the street, but thats about it.
Nothing to do on premises, literally, zero activities are happening. There is a BIG pool where occasionally I saw a couple of people swimming in the morning, that's about it. The room had a lot of small maintenance issues. Street which leads to the hotel from the main "Ocean Drive" is poorly lit with large potholes, don't break your neck at night.
I found a large number of other properties in the West End which are on the "Ocean Drive" per se, have pier into the "ocean" and are within the same price range.

The building where we stayed is beautiful. The pool area is really nice and views are spectacular. The room need some renovations.
The staff and service is wonderful. The included breakfast is delicious. We were there a couple days and they switch something’s up.
The location is great for taking water taxis, and other boats to do excursions.
It is about a 20 minute ride to and from airport.

Very clean property, easy walk to main road and restaurants 2 min. Nice pools and very quiet. Relaxing location away from the bars and noise. The only drawback is nothing on site for food or stores. But there is a small store at end of the street. I will definitely stay there again

Very clean property a 2 min walk away from the main road. So nice and quiet. Very large and nice pool. Plenty of lounge chairs. It is a separate property from the main resort. So there are no amenities on the hotel site. Still i would definitely stay there again. Very clean and comfortable.
