Das Gebäude ist sehr schön, gerade im Zentrum, wo die meisten historischen Gebäude sind. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und auch das Badezimmer. Das Personal ist nett. Das Frühstück war sehr nett. Das Parken ist begrenzt und vergiss den Parkplatz in der Nähe, wenn es voll ist. Die blauen Teppiche auf den Treppen müssen leer sein, da sie sehr schmutzig sind. Die schwarzen Teppiche nicht vollständig schließen, ich musste mein Haarklipp setzen, um geschlossen zu bleiben. Das größte Problem ist, dass sie alte Fenster auf der Straße haben, so dass sie vergessen, wenn Sie wirklich schlafen wollen. Sie wissen, dass die Fenster schlecht sind, wie sie sagten, sie haben neue bestellt. Die Frage ist, dass die Gäste nicht wissen, bis sie mit Menschen schlafen, die unter ihrem Fenster schreien. Wir waren vor Neujahren, unmöglich zu schlafen, so wir baten um 4 Uhr zu bewegen, sie hatten ein anderes Zimmer mit besseren Fenstern, so warum sie uns nicht dort auf dem 1. Platz gestellt. Sie sagten, es sei ein Familienzimmer, aber wenn sie wissen, dass die Fenster keine Klangfestigkeit haben, müssen sie sich bemühen, sicherzustellen, dass die Gäste schlafen können, auch wenn das Zimmer etwas teuer ist. Schlimmere Nächte jemals schlafen und das macht alles andere schlimmer. Die Hauptmännchen kamen aus dem Hotelgebäude, aber seltsam sagten sie, sie hätten nichts zu tun.

Das Hotel hat seine Erwartungen erreicht, weil es das Unternehmen schon kennen und die Qualität der Dienstleistungen und Einrichtungen beibehalten. Was den Preis angeht, so war der von Trip vorgelegte Wert sehr wettbewerbsfähig gegenüber den anderen Agenturen für die gleichen Dienstbedingungen, und auch gegenüber dem Preis, den das Hotel selbst in einer Direktbuchung erheben würde. (die ich nicht verstehen kann ...). Das Frühstück war von hervorragender Qualität und Menge. Die Betreuung war hervorragend, alle Mitarbeiter im Hotel in diesen 2 Tagen mit Sympathie und Effizienz viel über dem Durchschnitt. Ich war jedoch ein wenig enttäuscht von der Trip-Agentur, weil ich bislang noch nicht die Rechnung über den gezahlten Betrag gesandt habe. Die einzige Sicherheit, dass ich die Zahlung habe, wurde mir vom Hotelrezeptor gegeben, der mir sagte, dass die Zimmer bezahlt wurden, aber ich konnte keine Rechnung übergeben, weil die Zahlung an die Agentur erfolgte - das ist natürlich! ). In dieser Situation war der Mangel an Rechnung sehr unbehaglich, weil ich 3 Zimmer (für uns und für 2 weitere Freunde) reserviert und bezahlt habe und ich habe bislang keine Zahlungsbelege, um mit ihnen ”konten zu machen”.

Das Hotel liegt im Norden von Viseu gegenüber einem Continente. Dort gibt es auch Fastfood und ein Café. Das Hotel verfügt ebenfalls über eine Bar. Mein Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad hatte eine Wanne. Das Bad war leider nicht ganz sauber und die Klospülung war eigenwillig ineffektiv. Das Angebot beim Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und die Qualität recht hoch. Der Kaffeevollautomat verwendete frische Bohnen und der Kaffee war für portugiesische Verhältnisse ausgezeichnet. Die goldbraunen Brötchen waren wohl wirklich frisch ( keine Aufbackware). Bacon und eggs gab es auch. Parken vor dem Haus war möglich, allerdings sind die Plätze nicht so reichlich.
