Super schöne ruhig gelegene Lodge. Sie ist absolut empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist super nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück kann sich morgens über eine Menü Karte ausgesucht werden. Zum Abendessen wird ebenfalls über eine Menü Karte ausgesucht. Alles hat super geschmeckt und wurde sehr fürs Auge angerichtet. Wir hatten ein Luxery Room und konnten von unserer Terrasse die Schweine beobachten. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war auch sehr sehr sauber. Abends wurde durch den Zimmer Service das Bett vorbereitet und der Moskito Vorhang aufgezogen. Wir hatten nicht eine Mücke im Zimmer. Jeden Tag wurden zwei kleine Wasserflaschen in den Kühlschrank gestellt und das Kaffepulver aufgefüllt. Auch der Pool war super sauber und nicht so kalt. Für die Liegen am Pool wurden separate Handtücher bereitgestellt. Auch vom Pool aus konnten Tiere beobachtet werden. Alles in allem eine sehr gute Lodge und auch nicht zu weit von der Stadt und den Viktoria Falls entfernt.

I enjoyed the food, breakfast and supper. Bedding was comfortable and liked the management of mosquitoes. The simplicity of the rooms is very good and intriguing, and the garden is very well done, a lot of effort was put in and please maintain it that way.

Insika Lodge is a palacial oases in the heart of the dry African veld. The rooms and gardens compliment an extrodinary diningroom and bar setting with interior decorations giving purpose to space and light. Well situated just outside the Victoria Falls National Park, which is a must visit, with breathtaking picnic spots above the Falls. The staff at Insika are most friendly and accommodating in all requests and the river boat evening cruise was also the most enjoyable way to grace the Upper Zambezi. A most peaceful place! Thanks to all for their efforts, until we meet again.

5 stars across the board! Standing ovation for this beautiful new hotel and their incredible staff. From our amazing waiter (who bartends for the hotel as well:)), to the lovely front desk staff, to the house cleaning turn down service and everyone in between, this staff’s dedication to customer service and excellence is second to none. Just when we thought we couldn’t be more impressed, one of their darling staff members Sean offered to leave the property to pick up a book for my mom when I shared her kindle wasn’t working. Now that’s next level, exceptional customer service. Keep doing what you’re doing Insika. You’ll be the rave of Vic Falls in no time.

So spacious, clean and organised. Staff were brilliant - all so smart and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are new, huge, and so well appointed you would think you are in a top class facility somewhere in the first world, but with African animals in nature right on the fence line. Definitely would recommend to the most discerning of my friends.

A great quality lodge well located in Victoria Falls. Friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Extra screening may be required for the bathroom for more privacy otherwise a great room. Nice open plan dining room and bar overlooking the swimming pool. Great food which is well presented.
