Wunderschöne Anlage mit hohen Preisen, aber die Zimmer sind nicht auf dem Stand eines Luxushotels. Einige Dinge müssten erneuert werden, zusätzliche room features (Hausschuhe, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, minibar,…) zudem wirkt das Personal an der Rezeption gelangweilt, nicht geschult und ist unpassend für eine Umgebung wie diese.

The hotel is worth the money. It was our third time going. Amazing atmosphere! One of a kind architecture, hospitality, food, set up, and overall experience. The hotel is like no other. You’re in the jungle that connects to the beach. They are prepared for all guest needs and were super helpful with every little thing. Beach lounge set up is like no other and the service is 10/10. The beach had minimal sea****. We had Ruben as our main server during our stay and he was excellent. He was always in an amazing mood, cracking jokes and making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this place for a relaxing time to disconnect and connect with nature. If you have the time and spare cash I suggest reserving a treatment at the spa. I say it’s like glamping!

This is our favorite hotel in the world. We keep coming back year after year, not only for the beautiful ambiance and wonderful food, but Be Tulum has the BEST staff and service Carlos, Ivan, Javier, Phillipe, Sarah, and Jaly to name a few specifically. GRACIAS for making every trip memorable and welcoming.

My recent visit to 4 Fuegos at Be Tulum was far from the upscale dining experience I anticipated. The lobster, which was highly recommended by the server, turned out to be both overpriced and overcooked, making it tough and unenjoyable. To add to the disappointment, when I requested a side of rice, the server informed me it would take too long to prepare, which was baffling and inconvenient. Moreover, despite it being just the two of us, a 21% service charge was automatically added to the bill. Given the lackluster food and indifferent service, this felt entirely unwarranted. Overall, 4 Fuegos failed to live up to its reputation, and I left feeling underwhelmed and overcharged.

Went to tulum for a low stress but high activity trip. Needed serious help from hospitality to achieve that given that this was our first time to tulum. We leaned heavy on the concierge team, namely Aylin, and we were taken care of beyond expectations. Excursions, reservations, recommendations and follow up were thoughtful and spot on. Busy days felt like mellow days and mellow days felt like a dream come true. Highly recommend Be Tulum.

Went for my cousins 40th birthday. I seen this hotel the last time I visited. I recommended to my family to pick this place. It has top customer service. Gorgeous beach and amazing well sized rooms. I enjoyed every minute of the place. Thank you

My room was amazing, spacious and luxurious, I enjoyed breakfasts in front of the sea with the best view, they have a varied and high quality menu, my favorite restaurant was Ocumare is really amazing experience and attention from the staff.
