Vi hade en fantastiskt vistelse på Radhoo. Trevlig personal som också var mycket hjälpsam. Lugnt och skönt både på hotellet och runt om (inte som andra delar av Tulum där beachclubarna ligger nära).
Fantastiskt fin pool och solbäddar. God frukost.
Vi har positiva upplevelser från våran vistelse.

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen dort.
Schöne Anlage.
Das Personal war sehr nett und herzlich.
Das Zimmer mit Hängematte und Blick auf den Pool ist supercool.
Leider an beiden Abenden sehr lang laute Musik :
einmal Feier im Hotel, am nächsten Abend Party im Hotel nebenan. Es war Freitag und Samstag, da muss man damit vielleicht rechnen.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! The staff is super nice and accommodating. They made great recommendations for us and helped us to secure reservations which was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Fabian, Emily, and Natalia were incredible! They made this boutique hotel so special. They were responsive to every need and went above and beyond in service. The hotel is perfect location for all the great instagrammable art sites, restaurants, beach clubs and more. The hotel pool was refreshing. You event have access to their sister hotel across the street for beach club access. I would stay again.

Very nice hotel! Feels like you are in the jungle. The rooms are nice, beds are really comfortable. There is not a lot of lightning in the room but it seems to be the case in most place is tulum which is great in the end. Breakfast was really great. Staff in the front desk super nice! What we like less, is maybe the service at the pool, we had to go to the bar to order, nobody were taking orders at the pool, nor cleaning the empty glasses. The pool is a bit old and broken in some parts, might need a little refresher. The hotel is rather small. But in the end is was a super stay.

Radhoo is like heaven. The ambiance is superb. The pool is to die for and beach is 30 seconds away. So quiet at night yet so close to everything. No mosquitos. The service was the at highest level. Fabian was the best!

We stayed at Radhoo for 4 nights, and it was amazing. The staff, pool, closeness to the beach, cozy jungle vibe, and food were all amazing! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but as we spent most of the day by the pool, it was no issue at all, and it was very comfortable. It was also great that the hotel was on the jungle side, so we didn’t get the noise from the beach clubs (only a tiny bit of music from a nearby restaurant, which we didn’t think about), but we were still close to the beach clubs and walked over there on foot during the day. We communicated with the staff on WhatsApp, which made it incredibly easy to get their help - it almost felt like having a butler. Thank you Radhoo!
