We loved our experience at Casa Zaba. The location was perfect, the house was so pretty, we had the three bedroom… You could walk across the street to a cenote. The team that is available to help was very considerate and timely. Now it is a sustainable property, which I love, but it is important to know that they will not have air on the entire time. But we opened the doors to our beautiful porch and the ocean breeze made it great. we had a Cacao ceremony on our porch overlooking the ocean, we had massages on the porch, and then we had a birthday celebration dinner with a private chef… Fantastic We would stay there again!!

Beautiful soft, white sand beach, private and shaded lounge seating, clean, comfortable home, safe and secured, sparkling nighttime sky, warm, helpful and gracious hosts, plus private access to fresh water cenote pond across the road. Perfect for two couples or family needing 2 bedrooms, with separate entrance to second bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Would return!

Casa Zaba is perfect as a base to explore the bounties of Tulum and the Yucatan peninsula. A tiny slice of paradise in South Tulum beach, it offers unlimited access to clean, crystal clear waters, powdery sand and spectacular sunrises. We stayed in the garden view unit for a week as a family of four. The rooms are very clean and the kitchen is well equipped for families with little kids. This private property is very secure and served by friendly staff round the clock. Communication with the property management is a breeze and they provide all kinds of useful information at any hour of the day. Owing to its location, we enjoyed a noise free and relaxing vacation; and yet we were less than 10 minutes from the best restaurants and clubs. We recommend Casa Zaba to travelers whole heartedly ( the sunrise is something not to be missed 😊)

The perfect getaway! What a paradise and great service. We booked the **R, jungle room. Lovely and a few steps from the beach. Santiago, Juan and Myriam offered a great service. They replied/handled very quickly, cleaning every day and security at night. Our 3 year old son loved the bodyboard and ocean! Private cenote which you can visit to swim across the road. Would recommend to everyone. Regret to leave!

Casa Zaba is a hidden gem in Tulum. Loved the privacy and calm surrounding it. Myriam, Juan & Santiago took great care of us during our girls trip. We slept like babies due to the provided overnight security. The town is within walking distance and helped us get some exercise in after laying on the beach all day. The recommended chef was perfect too! Already planning our return with the kids! Such a treat to relax and reset on this property. Thank you for everything!!

Noi alloggiavamo nella casa per 4 persone con vista giardino per 10 giorni e anche se non avevamo vista mare abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità di tutta la proprietà , la posizione ( 20 metri dal mare), la disposizione su 2 piani delle camere, l'equipaggiamento completo della cucina, l'estrema pulizia giornaliera, la sorveglianza notturna, l'accesso privato al Cenote Encantado a pochissimi metri. Spiaggia privata incantevole, molto tranquilla. Ottimo il servizio della chef a domicilio. Ci ha accolto Miriam dandoci un sacco di informazioni e rimanendo sempre molto disponibile. Ha superato le nostre aspettative.
