Ich hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Angestellten sind nett und sie können Englisch sprechen. Das Zimmer ist makellos sauber und das Bett ist so schön. Das Restaurant in den Jotels bietet köstliche Speisen in Buffetform zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Das Hotel befindet sich auch im Herzen der Innenstadt, sodass Sie die Touristenattraktion in Trois Rivière leicht besuchen können.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

Der warme Himmel in den Bergen ist zu günstigen Preisen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und die Ausstattung ist voll. Es ist ein sehr nützlicher Service. Es ist wert, einen Kompliment zu empfehlen, ursprünglich um elf Uhr abzugeben. Kostenlos um zwei Uhr verzögert. 💯. Fünf Sternen Kompliment!

Hier für zwei Nächte auf der Straße Kanadas geblieben. Hotel ist gut in der kleinen Stadt Trois Rivieres am Fluss gelegen. Es ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Haupt-Nahrungs- und Getränkebereich. Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Hotel ist Teil eines Konferenzzentrums, so dass es sich immer bemüht fühlte. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz reichhaltig und komfortabel unterirdisch oder oben. Barpersonal war freundlich wie Frühstückspersonal. Das Frühstück ist eine La carte und was wir hatten war sehr geschmackvoll und anständig Preis. Wenn in der Gegend wieder gewiss hier bleiben würde.

Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr! Die Lage ist erstaunlich! Zimmer war gemütlich! Liebe zum Tisch für Zimmerservice! Essen war gut, aber wegen des Restaurants geschlossen, Essen war nicht heiß, als es unser Zimmer erreichte, was unvermeidlich 😉! Staff was extremely accommodating!!! Vielen Dank und bald, weil wir bald wiederkommen!!!!

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel geblieben, und durch die Sauberkeit und das leckere Frühstück, das David und Simon vorgestellt haben, konnte meine Familie und ich sagen, dass unser Aufenthalt in Quebec ein unvergessliches wäre.

Gute Erfahrung im Allgemeinen. Bett und Zimmer war schön und sauber. Person auf der Website waren schön . sehr gut Frühstück mit guter Qualität. Wir empfehlen unseren Freunden. Lage ist gut, weil es nahe der Autobahn ist.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool.
